I sized up after reading reviews. I normally wear size 4 or 6 pending the brand. Size 8 hugged my butt, however was not uncomfortable. It was slightly loose up top. I wore my biggest strapless bra. Love this dresses 80ies esthetic. Multicolored stars make this dress stand out. Length was not too short. 

Got lots of compliments on this dress. Comfortable despite not being stretchy. The fit across the top could be a little tighter but with a strapless bra and good posture no issues. Getting zipped in required extra help, just a tough angle to get it all the way up on the side. Wasn't expecting the boning structure but helped make me feel slim in it. Was able to fit 4 and 6 but 4 didn't fit any more snuggly across the top so wore 6 so could sit in it. 

Too beautiful, would have bought if it we're just a smidge cheaper. A tad scratchy under the arm, and short, but it still covered my butt.

I dressed this up for an 80s theme bachelorette. It was very snug - like hold your breath to zip snug. Size up if you are between sizes. 

A little tight, but a fun dress for Vegas!

Wore this on a surprise helicopter ride and date, was perfect. If it’s just right.

I usually wear a 4 but am on some medications that make be lost so I ordered the 6 to be sure. Dress had extra room so I'd say it was true to size. Zipper is tricky so I recommend a partner  Perfect for my 80's Prom party

The zipper was hard to zip, but I had an extra inch or so at the top. The 2 would fit but I didn’t care to fight the zipper. Wore to an 80s work event/fundraiser

Wore this to a work party that was in a club. It was perfect blend of cute with a little edge. It runs small so I sized up two sizes! 

Don't let the photo fool you- I'm tall so this is a little short on me. Still felt great and very comfortable forgiving fabric. 

It fits a little tight in the hips, but I am on the curvier side. Fit perfect through the chest. Really fun for a night out - I wore it for NYE. 

OMG I absolutely loved this dress! It fit perfectly, not *too* short for the tall girlies, and was very comfortable.  I wore it with a leather jacket because it was chilly in Florida that evening.  The material was NOT scratchy and I got a lot of compliments! What a fun dress - I wore it to Giggly Squad Live

As for fit I got a 10 and 12 because of many of the reviews saying it ran small and my normal size is 8. That was not my experience but I’m thinking maybe it was stretched out from wear?  I think an 8 would have been perfect and a little more form fitting. Length was perfect. Color and fabric are so fun and I got so many compliments. Really really enjoyed the dress.

This dress is so fun, and the embroidered stars and fabric shimmer are even nicer in person. I’m sad it didn’t fit! I was hoping to wear it to a TSwift Eras concert (midnights-1989 mashup). I’m a pear-shape size 4/6 on top and size 6/8 on bottom. The size 10 was too small in the hips (couldn’t sit) and the top was huge (see photo)! If you’re a different body shape than a pear, give it a try.

Dress was perfect for at the bachelorette party. Very flattering not too short. Formfitting. With no give. Loved the one shoulder. Loved the color.

As you can tell, I really enjoyed myself in this dress! It just felt special and fun. The interior boning held me in but I was able to dance and enjoy dinner. Such a fun piece!

I rented this for a friend's 80s themed birthday party and it was spot on. Paired perfectly with hot pink heels and crimped hair. 

Fitted, gorgeous, 80’s chic!  I am 5’3 and usually wear a small chested 8.  The 10 in this dress was a snug fit.  No way I could have zipped the 8.  Loved the dress - tons of compliments and perfect for a rock star party! 

Get ready for all the compliments! I’m a fit 5’2” with a 38B chest. I needed the 10 to get zipped up past my ribs. Dress was a flattering fit and withstood hours of dancing at a wedding reception. Will continue to rent Shoshanna. 

I don’t normally wear tight dresses like this but the ruching and structure made this so flattering. The print and sleeve just put it over the top on uniqueness and fun.

Sized up 2 sizes (16) and that was the right call. Super fun to wear to elementary school fundraiser event.

This dress was perfect. I’m 5’2 170lbs and the 12 fit great. If you have big hips or mid section you might was to size up. Overall very satisfied with this dress. 

Got nice compliments with this one! I felt like i was adjusting and pulling it down all night but I have a butt :) loved the puffy sleeve!

Wore this for an 80s night party at work with a pair of jelly sandals. I got so many complements. It’s definitely meant to be a snug fit but the ruching was forgiving for this mama’s figure. 

Can’t tell you how hard it was to put this back in the bag. Fit me to a T. So comfortable. So fun. Every single person complimented the dress. Highly recommend.

Wore this to a gala/fundraiser with cocktail attire and got tons of compliments. Was comfortable and easy to move in, though I didn’t try dancing in it, so I can’t help there. 

This dress was so comfortable and flattering. Initially I thought I'd have to size up to an 8 because I was having a hard time zipping the dress over my rib cage, but the 6 actually fit really well as long as I had help with the zipper. Some dresses are just like that, I've found! I rented this for a company party that was casino themed and I got compliments all night long. My husband really loved this dress on me too! Would definitely rent again.

the dress was overall big. the top was lose fitting, which typically isn't a problem for me. it was also very long. it went to the tops of my knees, being 5' 8 with short legs and a long torso. it ended up being fine since i pinned it shorter. got lots of compliments though, and would order again, but i would size down 

Perfect with minimal gold accessories & gold heels. I rotated my hair between an updo and wearing it down (it looked great with the dress both ways). Highly highly recommend! 

 I wore this beauty to a Caribbean cruise 80s party. It was perfect! I felt like Jem from the 80s cartoon. 

Wore this for a dressy work banquet. I got several compliments. If you're tall like me I had to be careful sitting because it was short. Overall pretty dress, nice fit, would wear for an event like this again. 

Wore this on a recent trip to Vegas.  So cute and comfy.  I suggest if you are between sizes to size up so you can sit down.
