Lovely dress for a date night, wedding, Santa brunch for Holidays!

I was soooo excited to wear this dress to the office, especially since we are getting close to the holidays. It is a gorgeous dark red color - perfect for this time of year. 

I wanted to love this but honestly it was just huge and unflattering. I am sure the ruching in the front would be flattering on someone else, but not me. As you can tell from the pic from the side, it made my waist look large and gave me a stomach almost? I am not sure what happened there. The arms are also extremely large. 

If you are on the petite side and hourglass shaped, I would steer clear of this one… :(

Loved the fit. Classy yet with shape. Many compliments. 

This is an incredibly flattering dress - I rented it when I was a size 6 and when I worked down to a size 4 (shown in photo). I consistently style with converse as a nice way to balance it being a more formal fabric and cut in my barely business casual office. 

I sized down from 8 to 6 and seems like that was the right thing to do. Comfortable stretchy fabric. Puff in the sleeve on the shoulder was a bit big for my taste but overall a flattering look.

I wore this on a day where I had multiple events to attend from making remarks at an early morning conference to community events, yours and office meetings and it held up great. I was in and out of the car, little wrinkles. The material is thick but not hot- so I was comfortable all day. 

Really enjoyed wearing this dress for work travel. Didn’t wrinkle and looked great after all day wear and walking. 

Comfortable and classy. Looks expensive. 

Fits just right. It’s comfortable to wear all day and the design and cuts make it super stylish. 

proportions of the dress did not work for me. too long in the bodice which created a lot of extra fabric and a bubble on the back 

I had a presentation in front of 250 and this was the perfect professional, stylish and comfortable dress. It has a little bit of stretch in the fabric so it's easy to wear and really comfortable. Also, it won't wrinkle when you sit down. Will definitely rent again!

Love the sleeves, I thought the length was going to be too short but the design made it the perfect length, modest, the fabric is soft & the sleeves are not tight 

Wore this for my most recent work headshots - the color is beautiful, dress is super comfortable and great length for the office (I’m 5’7”) but may be too long for shorter ladies. 

Loved this dress. I wore it to a work event and it was perfect. It fits great and is super comfortable. I ordered a 4 and 6 and wore the 4. I’ll definitely rent it again.

The color is amazing, I received many compliments while wearing this dress. It hugged all the right curves and was warm for “winter”. I felt great in this dress. 

Perfect dress for work events. Wore to a conference where indie a lot of walking. Great material with slight stretch and doesn’t show wrinkles. Color is my favorite. Only thing is the slightly proofed sleeves (at shoulder) make me look bigger and as a broad shouldered 5’9” woman, I prefer less focus on my shoulders. Still received many compliments on the dress. Felt great wearing it.

Rented for a work trip and wore all day and even walked 2 miles and rode a scooter in this dress. Fit great, liked it but not enough to buy. 

I usually am a size 4, sometimes a 2/6. I rented the 4 - pretty true to size, but it was a little loose so probably could have fit the 2 and definitely wouldn't get the 6. Love the color, love the structure that accentuates the waist but hides the stomach. Like the minimal puffed shoulder. Only issue is the skirt bunches up a bit as I'm walking - find myself pulling it down / flattening out the front piece during the day. But overall very classy and feels expensive, great piece for work!

Very flattering, TTS but comes with room to move around in 

This dress was very unflattering. I probably needed a smaller size, but also the way the fabric drapes across the front did not work for my body.

Extremely flattering, easy to wear and beautiful fall/winter fabric. It is not super tight but still is slimming because of the way the waist is cut. 

This dress was true to size and is great for the work or holidays. 

Fits a little big but has neat features and flattering cut. Good length if you're tall. 

The dress wasn't quite as form fitted as I was hoping for, but still fit. The top of the side detail lays funny so leaves some extra fabric that is a bit awkward.

Selected this dress for an outdoor wedding after the weather forecast changed from sun to rain. It was very warm and was very flattering. Received many compliments and would wear it again. Fit true to size.

I love most Shoshanna dresses and this one was no different.  The material has a good amount of stretch so I was able to go with a 10 (I'm often a 12 in a dress given my bust and thicker waist).  Tights were perfect for concealing bumps.  It's a tad short on my 5'9" frame for work but fine with tights.  Might need spanx in summer.  I loved this dress and would rent again!
