This dress is professional perfection. The asymmetrical buttons and structure are everything.

I wore this dress to host a major work event. At first I was hesitant - the fabric does bunch a little in the midsection - but overall, I feel confident. It was interesting and slightly sexy while still super appropriate for work. I got A TON of compliments with one attendee even rushing up to me after the event to let me know that a group of people she was with were "fan-girling" over my dress :) Thank you, RTR!

Easy work dress with some cool features like asymmetric buttons, ruching and a knee high slit. TTS with light stretch. The buttons aren’t functional (side zip), which I like because I’m busty (32DDD) and I hate dealing with gaps. The ruching at the waist camouflages a tummy (or leaves room for dinner). I like the 3/4 sleeves so I don’t have to roll them up when washing my hands. Good length for petites.

This dress has everything — fit is amazing (tts), can be dressed up or down, and easy to accessorize. My fav part of the dress is that you can wear it alone or with pants. I love the look of pairing with white trousers, to dress it down a bit, but it also looks amazing and sexy just as a dress alone. I bought it — highly recommend.

The cotton fabric is pretty stiff, especially straight from the dry cleaner, but the cut is very flattering. I wrote it to two separate work events and had tons of compliments.

I didn't have high expectations but this dress was comfortable, very figure flattering and didn't wrinkle all day long at work. The fabric feels a bit thicker and there is some stretch so it is forgiving. This slit was a bit higher than I expected 

Fits like a glove! So comfy and great material. Would definitely rent again. 

Beautifully cut shirt dress which has some flair with the asymmetrical button line. 

I’m 5’9-5’10 and let me just say this dress is compliments GALORE! I loved wearing it and can’t wait to rent it again soon! Prepare to be asked where it came from. :) super super flattering and comfortable. 

It’s simple but gives a lot. Was easy to wear to work but didn’t have to look plain. 

Loved this dress - the fabric is great for cooler months and the side zipper makes sure that this dress hugs you just right. Definitely a fun piece! 

I’ve rented this before but I really like how the simple look elevates your style esp paired with heels 

Zero wrinkles. Forgiving and comfortable. Slit was a tad high when seated and there was good stretch with the fabric.

Easy dress for work.  It needed a little iron touch up.  the fit is perfect.  There is a side zipper that helps getting it on. The material is a little stiff but comfortable.  I loved the button placement ~ very flattering.  Would rent again.

It is stretchy so it looks tight but it is super comfy. Very flattering. Many people commented on it.

I was not expecting to like this dress so much! The fabrics has a nice stretch to it, and the design is great - the front buttons are just for the design, so there is no gaping. 

I loved the simply black dress. The side buttons and waist made it flattering 

I wish I had a better picture of this, because it is very flattering on. Fabric is fairly thick with a ton of stretch. This dress hugs your curves all day and never looses shape! Button detail lies flat and stays closed with no fuss, and, with the rusching, keeps an otherwise plain black dress interesting.
Doesn’t wrinkle, and moves easy between day and night with a change of accessories. Leg slit is high but not scandalous (may or may not be work appropriate depending on your office environment). I could do without the large collar (doesn’t really need a collar at all) but I didn’t find it was distracting or took anything away from the rest of the dress. 

Fit tts, material had structure with some stretch for perfect fit. Felt like it was both comfortable and flattering. Would definitely rent again. 

I liked this dress a lot and felt that the rusching and button details were super flattering. I felt snatched all day lol. But, the material wasn't white what I was expecting/ is a bit unique but I still liked it. I felt the arm length was a little short but otherwise perfect fit!

This dress has great material the right amount of stretch- no spanx needed! Put it on BEFORE you do your makeup. 👌

But wanted to, couldn’t find the right occasion for it though 

I wanted this to work so bad for a networking event but I just felt like I was dressed for a funeral. It also runs a little long and was an odd length since I’m short. Unless I really played up the slit it just looked drab 

Wore to a funeral and it was very appropriate. A conservative look and the asymmetrical buttons kept it from being boring. Nice heavier weight fabric. Super flattering and it fit perfectly. True to size but very fitted through the body and not stretchy. 

Fits TTS! Has some stretch as well. Super flattering.

This dress fits perfectly for a professional or sophisticated date night setting! I'm a new mom that's gone up a size post partum, and this dress covers all the imperfections and flaunts the best parts – I can't wait to wear it again!
