From reading the reviews I was worried I needed a size 0, but the size 2 was perfect (I am normally a size 2 elsewhere). Looks very elegant and photographs well. Not a bright or obnoxious yellow. Wore with red lip stick and large earrings! Hugged in the right places

Wore this to a September wedding out in California. Loved the unique mustardy color. Super cute boho-y vibe and fit like a glove. 

I wore this dress for a rehearsal dinner for my friend's wedding.  It was such a nice color and had a "pop" to it.  The cut is similar to a common work dress, but the crochet, the neck line, and the fringe bottom make it much more fun looking.  Highly recommend.  

I wore this for an outdoor spring wedding and it was perfect! I received so many compliments on it. My favorite details were the high neckline, and the tassles at the bottom. It ran slightly big, but overall true to size. My only con would be the lack of motion at the bottom. You have to hike the dress up a little to get in/out of cars, as well as going up and down stairs. If you plan to really dance and boogie, this may not be the best dress, although I still managed to get my dance on in it :)

Love the fit of this dress as well as the color for fall!

I LOVED this dress! It is a true mustard yellow in person and the overlay design is really pretty. I wore this for Easter and got a ton of compliments. I will definitely rent this dress again as you can really dress it up or down and make it work for a variety of occasions. 

The color of this dress is amazing! It was my original first pick for a wedding but I ended up with my second choice and wore this to work instead. It does not have much stretch in the legs/knees so it would've been hard to dance in. I paired with cognac riding boots and a jean jacket and got a lot of compliments! I'm glad the 10 fit because when I tried the 12 on for size there was a hole in the overlay. 

A little large in the waist, but not so much to keep me from wearing it. The weight of the zipper caused the zipper to rest in a weird way in the back, but nothing some spanx couldn't fit!  Overall, I enjoyed it and would recommend it!

Very comfortable to wear! I rented this for a friend's outdoor wedding. The color is very pretty and I loved the detail and texture of the dress. It was fitted, but not tight at all. I danced all night in it. I received so many compliments! Highly recommend. 

So comfy! Neck a little itchy but I had to run back and forth to two weddings in San Francisco City Hall and brunches and lunches.. minus one star for having to unzip and take off top to bottom  to use the bathroom. Skirt is too tight to hike over my hips. Size 8 zipped up and fit like a glove no undergarments necessary and regular bra is hidden under sleeveless. Short steps for my long legs but everyone loved it. 

This dress fit perfect.  I wore it to a wedding and had many people complement me on the color and details of the dress.  

The dress was gorgeous and really unique. Everything fit fine, but I didn't feel like I could go the whole night without worrying what part of me looked weird. 

I wore this to my bridal shower and everyone loved this dress! It does run small, but the 0 was fine. I can't wait to rent it again for another occasion!

I was nervous about the color, especially with my pale skin tone. It was beautiful, the fit was incredibly flattering and I received many compliments. Only trouble is the fit around the legs for versatile dance moves, but you can make it work! 

True to size - I am normally a size 6 and I wore the six. A tad constricting in the movement because of the tight bottom, but still managed to dance just fine! Such a fun dress that I got many compliments on, but still conservative enough to wear to a colleague's wedding. Would rent again. 

Stunning dress, complimented my shape and complexion. Definite head turner.. I wore it with silver or grey accessories due to the tone of the slip underneath.  No give for long strides and be careful because it's easy to snag. Overall it was a lovely dress.  Great RTR experience

Fit just right, was comfortable and perfect for a bridal shower. Also, no need for special undergarments. A bit different and got a few compliments :)

I wore this to a work gala and got compliments all night. Beware of the skirt, it's tight without stretch so I found myself having trouble on the stairs, unable to take my normal sized steps. The tassels were a little all over the place, but that's what makes this a fun piece! 

This is a beautiful dress I wore for my daughters dedication at church. It was true to size and very flattering. I love the small fringe detail and the gold color- different from what I would normally choose. I'm big busted and have big hips and I feel like it fit like a glove. Great length for church as well.

I didn't find this dress to be nearly as formal as it appeared on the site. The color was also darker than I thought. I didn't love this one but I did receive a lot of compliments on it. As others have mentioned there isn't much give around the knees. 

This was my back up and I was so happy it was! Overall great dress. Runs true to size, but there is not much give/stretch in the material.    

I typically consider myself a 6 but ended up wearing the size 4. The overall fit was a little more flattering. I did have to shimmy to get the dress up and down when using the restroom but didn't find it constricting when dancing or walking around. 

I'm pear-shaped and it was flattering on me. It's hard for me to find dresses that I feel comfortable in that I think look good and are not a super A line.  I read the reviews and saw that some said it was tight around the knees, which is was, but not unmanageable. Some said the neck was itchy, which is was, but again, not unmanageable.  I was very pleased with the dress and received a lot of compliments. We are renting the runway here and it did not disappoint!

This dress was so fun and straight out of the 70s. I wore it as a bridesmaid dress for a farm wedding. It was form flattering for an hourglass and was great to be able to wear a regular bra with the dress. I contemplated purchasing this dress because it was so cute and unique!

I received so many compliments on this dress! I loved it and for the most part felt great, however I have a small bust and waist and the dress was loose in those areas. If I were going to reorder this dress I would go down a size for that reason. 


The 8 fit better, but I had to wear the 10 becuse the 8 had a back seam that was badly puckered.  It was ok, though and I had a great time at the wedding.
One more thought - others mentioned they could war a regular bra with it, but i had to wear my bra in a  cross-back configuration; otherwise the straps showed becuse the arm holes are cut a high on the sholder. 

The lace is not stretchy so was a bit snug especially in the empire waist area. Still loved and highly recommend!

I was reluctant to rent this for a September wedding... the color is not one I wear often and I was skeptical to say the least. But, this ended up being one of my favorite rentals yet. I received a ton of compliments... while it's a unique, quirky look - it's rather simple at the same time. If you're on the fence... rent it. Size 4 was huge on me and the Size 2 fit great (still slightly big). It is tighter on the bottom as others have mentioned... which made it difficult to walk up stairs, but I had no problems on the dance floor.

My birthday party was a huge success! The color and fit were perfect!

Fit perfectly, a little hard to get in and out of the car because of the slim lines but I loved this dress!

The fit was very flattering and the length was perfect for my graduation. As mentioned in other reviews, the neckline was incredibly itchy, but that was the only downside for me. 

I am 5'4, 130 lbs, and the size 4 fit perfectly. It was a fabulous dress and received many compliments! This was my first time renting, and I loved it!


This dress was perfect for the rehearsal dinner! Comfortable fabric, eye catching and a little sexy! The fit of the 6 was perfect, which I was nervous about because Shoshanna dresses normally run small and I have always had to size up to an 8. This material was just enough give to make it comfortable yet form fitting. 
The only small issue was where the dress hit me. I am 5'5" and have wider hips and the bottom tappers in and has no give at the bottom seam. Getting the dress over my hips to go to the bathroom was a bit of a challenge at times, definitely some wiggle movements necessary. Other than that, this dress was perfect! I received so many compliments and felt so confident all night!

The color was beautiful and overall it was a very nice dress. Things to keep in mind. It's very hot fabric so you definitely don't want to wear it outdoors. The neck was a bit itchy but manageable. If you're someone like we who is always in a hurry and takes long strides this isn't the best dress for that. It's pretty tight around the knees so it limits your mobility. 

I'm 5'7", 36DDD, hourglass shape, 160 lbs. Sheath dresses look best on my figure and this one did not disappoint. Great fit, fun style, trendy color and perfect for a summer day at the races. I had them send the 10 with an 8 as a backup but the 10 really was too large, especially at the top so I ended up wearing the 8, and I was glad I chose a size down for my backup, though if you are smaller up top, you might not have enough to fill it out. This dress was comfortable and eye catching and the only con was that you have to be careful not to snag the knitting overlay, but other than that, it was a perfect dress for a perfect day.
