Amazing quality bag that's great for everyday. Goes with a variety of outfits and super cute. Definitely smaller than it looks online but for me was the perfect size 

Love the soft leather and the option to use as cross body. I was disappointed that the leather was creased from shipping but otherwise a practical bag for everyday use. 

This is a classic, well made leather bag. I liked the structure of the bag and it wore nicely to work or for casual events. Would purchase this as you can wear for many seasons!

Would buy this bag without question. Perfect size. 

I rented this same bag in blue and fell in love with it.  I love the cognac color for fall and the bag is a great size for everyday use. 

It is the perfect size to fit everything you need and still have some extra room 

Perfect size for larger wallet and a few other items...not the kitchen sink. I tucked the front handle inside the purse and the back handle in the back pocket so they wouldn't flop against the bag when I walked. Otherwise it would make an annoying sound when you walk. Nice leather material. 

The long handle is thin and the leather itself is pretty flimsy. But the color is perfect for fall outfits. If the bag had enough weight in it, it'd be okay, but when it's light it just doesn't look as high quality.

Great color and size. I love that I can wear it as a crossbody or by the handles. 

Another bag I wanted to love, but just wasn't 100% thrilled with it.  The opening can be kinda small, even if you have the cinch buckles loosened.  It has decent organization inside and I do think this is the perfect size bag: not too big, not too small.  Other Shinola totes seem to have such nicer leather: this one left me wondering whether or not it was truly leather... felt more like polyurethane faux leather.

Small purse but still plenty of room for essentials like sunglasses, phone, wallet, etc. 

I used this for a few weeks. It was very versatile and went with many things. A great casual bag.

This is fine. It's small and the leather feels vegan. Obviously high quality but not the wow factor you expect with a Shinola bag.

The bag is nice, pretty color, but it's a bit small for everyday use. Can only fit a large wallet and a few other things. It's fine if you don't need a lot of space. 

This is a pretty bag.  The leather was okay but not a wow.  Too small for me.

This  bag was a lot smaller than I thought it would be.  It cannot fit a laptop. Returned without using. 

This purse was way, way too small.
Also, it looked a bit cheap like a purse from Kohls.
The brand label is tiny, tiny and barely noticeable
