This is a beautiful dress but very heavy and runs big. Should have sized down one size.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous and felt extra special - perfect for a mother / daughter photoshoot, with lots of texture / detail. I listened to the reviews and sized way up (and I’m glad I did). 

I wore this to my nursing school graduation. Rented the 6 & 8. The 8 fit perfectly. So many compliments. It also looked great under my gown as I walked across the stage. 

It was perfect and airy for an outside summer dinner party. The only issue I had was the armhole gaped a little, but I just wore a strapless bra and still wore it to the party. The underlayer is nude and above the knee, so it’s flirty but the high neck still felt modest. 

Full length which for some reason I had expected midi length. Could not zipper by myself not because it was too small, just stiff. 

I’m a size 6 for the most part - and the 12 fit great - it’s super cute and flattering - I’ve rented it twice now for different summer parties. 

I wore it to my bridal shower and it fit like a glove! 

Definitely size up on this one and wear a full body slip. The under lining isn't vvery big and the side sleeves are very open so any bra will show. I wore it with a slip in same nude color as the lining and it looked like it was part of it. Felt very forty. Wore it with blue showed and matching hand bag 

I loved this dress!! Many people admired it because it is different from many of the common dresses out there. It was a little tight on my chest, but it worked.

So perfect for my bridal shower. So many compliments. I love SP. 

I wore this dress to a Paris themed Gala and it was perfect. I’m normally a size 6 and the 10R fit perfectly. I got many compliments  throughout the night. 

I got this dress to take on a trip to a dude ranch for my 40th birthday, and I kept it through multiple shipments. I probably should just buy it, but I love getting to rent clothes and not having to accumulate and maintain. Still on the fence about possibly purchasing in the future. Wore this many many times throughout the summer and fall. The brand is known for being small, and I feel the stress was similar. The waist is definitely tight, so I don't recommend it for any event where you're going to consume copious amounts of food lol

This was great and comfy. Got lots of compliments :)

This dress was perfect for Dia de los Muertos in Mexico. Comfortable and pockets?!?! I couldn't ask for more.  I have an athletic build, but it definitely gave me that femininity I was looking for. 

I'm usually a 4-6 in dresses but after reading reviews, rented a 10 and it fit true to size. This dress is beautiful and feminine. Has pockets? Say no more. Compliemnts galore! What a winner..

This dress was so great! It could be dressed up or down! 

Perfect dress to wear for the last dinner of my honeymoon trip. Size 6 (10R) fits my large butt (39”) through its zipper, and once zipped, it was comfortable for my hourglass body (I have small waist). Usually self portrait dresses I wear size 4 in US but this one I am glad I got size 6 equivalent. I hope this helps another hourglass woman. 

I wore this for my bridal shower. It looked beautiful and was highly complimented! However, the fit was really awkward. I sized up, and I still felt like I was crammed into it. (The waist appeared flattering though!) The strangest thing was the placement of the lining over the breast area. The lining hits very low, I was afraid I was going to have a wardrobe malfunction. 

The waist was a little snug and the nude lining was off for me, but it is a nice option, I just wore something else.

I really enjoy Self Portrait styles and I did like this.Only caveat is must stand and sit very straight or the way it's made it poofs out in top making you look matronly.Otherwise a lovely dress.

This dress is perfection. The style and structure is impressive. I didn’t have to wear heels and fit like a glove. I rented a bigger size based on other recommendations and glad I did. No stretch so don’t go smaller. I have rented it twice now cause I love it so much. 

I’m a normal 8/10 but had to go all the way to a 14. It was mostly tight in the chest. The dress was perfect for our beach photos though. 

It’s lovely dress, just too tight in the hips! I used once only, wasn’t ok! Beautiful though!

Wore this for my wedding rehearsal and got so many compliments! It's a gorgeous dress - flattering, chic, and very lightweight / breathable. perfect for a formal summer event.

I wore this dress for our 10 year anniversary photos and loved it. It fit perfectly. The sizes are UK sizes. I’m normally a size 2 or 4 so ordering an 8 seemed weird but it fit great. As other reviews have stated, the material doesn’t have any stretch to it (which may be an issue if you are bigger chested). The lace is beautiful and the sheerness on the bottom kept it from feeling frumpy! :)

Very tight in the bust rib cage area! I would definitely size up! 

Wore to a “boots and bling” auction and got TONS of compliments. Perfect length for us short ladies. Remember to size up!! I’m typically a 8, and the 14 fit well but too tight in the bust to wear a bra. Other than making sure to check sizing it’s a perfect dress !


Glad i read the reviews about sizing up! I sized up 2 sizes and it was snug in the chest but didn’t bother me since I have a small frame. Size up 2-3 sizes! Overall really beautiful dress with lots of eye catching detail.

Read reviews about sizing up and they are true! I rented two different sizes, both sizes up from what I would usually wear and ended up going only one size up. The dress fit great! So many compliments and perfect for my bridal shower!

Amazing dress! A little tight around the waist but the lace and sleeve details more than makes up for it. Was perfect for an April wedding in the desert (hot during the day and a little cold at night) 

Love love love this dress! It was perfect for my daughter’s baptism. I received so many compliments. It’s is well made.

The only problem is it runs very small. I am a size 2 and had to go all the way up to size 8. It does mention it runs in different sizes but definitely size up at least 2 sizes. I am very thankful RTR was able to send me a new size on time. 

I am 5’2 and length was great. I’m usually a 2-4 in US sizing so I ordered an 8 on here based on other reviews. I ordered the 10R as my secondary size and it fit but was very snug around the chest. Definitely size up. 

This dress was beautiful quality. For engagement photos, I ended up deciding I liked the design, which is feminine but with some unique touches. The tan/nude layer (which is beneath the white laser-cut top layer) ends around the knees, so it lends to a more sheer/nude look. The dress moves beautiful in the breeze, which is fun for photos!
