Wore this to the waste management open and it was definitely different than a lot of the dresses I saw there. Really unique style with the asymmetrical sleeves. Loved wearing it! 

Loved this dress! It's a little tighter in the rib cage area but so beautiful!

The fit of this dress was very uncomfortable. Due to the cut of the one sleeve I could not raise my arm up very high and the strap kept falling over the shoulder whenever I did. I ended up using a scarf to keep the strap in place. Over the breast line it bulged at the hook, the closure made the dress look cheap. The overall dress fits so bad, that I ended up adding tights underneath. I wore this dress for approximately an hour and a half before changing.

I've had my eye on this dress forever, so I was so excited to rent it! I wore it for my dad's birthday dinner and it was perfect - the perfect special occasion dress. I typically wear a 4 but Self-portrait runs small so I ordered a 6, which was the right fit. Probably wouldn't rent again since it's one of those dresses people don't forget, but I did love it!

Wore this for Halloween as cruella! Lots of compliments. Was tight around the waistline but I made do. I was standing all night so that helped!

Hook closure in the front came undone once or twice but otherwise, loved loved loved it

The dress is beautiful and sexy. However you cannot lift your arms. I took my pic this way to show it. That's the highest I can reach my arms. It was super restrictive especially when trying to dance at a wedding or even pick something up off the floor. I also pinned the top together because the clasp made my chest look super weird. So if you're going to something where your arms don't matter, go for it! I still had fun in it :)

This dress gave just enough leg and just enough cleavage. I received SO many compliments. For a 5'8" girl, it was definitely on the shorter side.

Wish I could've ordered an 8 because the 6 just fit me. VERY low cut even with the built in clasp. Had to pin it. Very nice material though and bit heavy for the summer but I made it work. Received many compliments. 

My boyfriend called this dress fun and it rubbed me the wrong way. It did fit perfectly after I properly steamed it. Because the print was so busy it was a little hard to style. Also the edges turn in sometimes. 

I loved this dress but didn't end up wearing it to my event but will likely rent again for another event. It's a little loose in the shoulders and bust for me and I'm a medium and 4-6 but still overall fit pretty well. 

So unique but easy for a date night. Runs large in chest but has great built in bra straps and closure loop in front for more coverage. Also great that the beam is longer in the back for girls with curves like me that get tired of dresses fitting well everywhere but their back side. Loved it and wore three places that day (date, shopping, friends)

Fit was true to size! However, ladies with a bigger boobs, you will not be able to use the hook on the chest area. Or if you do, it looks weird. I opted not too use it for a sexier look. Received lots of compliments! Definitely a unique dress.

Very cute! Short but not too short for my long legs. Would rent again and potentially buy. 

Amazing dress! The fabric is very light and flowing but has good structure underneath. It needs to be ironed/steamed because of all of the different layers. It takes about 30 minutes so plan ahead. I gave it a 4 rating because the closure at the bust line pulls. The hook snapped off half way through the night (we were dancing) which caused the one-shoulder strap to fall and my bra would show. The strap could not be tightened as much as I needed it, so had to keep pulling it up all night. :(

This is my favorite dress i’ve ever rented. I got more compliments than ever on it! Fit comfortably and true to size 

Wore this during Forced WFH to my kitchen, super cute, not sure if it runs small or if I've had too many quarantine snacks. Would love to wear this out one day!

I wore this for my birthday and it was a hit! Sleeves were a little long but it didn't bother me. I loved this fun and unique style of dress for a night out!

Loved the bold print and lace details of this dress. I wore to work with a leather jacket and then to date night. The chest is a bit tight if you are bustier but it still worked. 

So easy to wear. Very comfortable and unique dress.

Very flattering, fun party dress. Received many compliments, stood out, and was very comfortable to dance in. It was a little large in the chest but thankfully the strap was adjustable. Highly recommend if you want to wear something different than another black cocktail dress! 

Rented this for a girls night out.  Such a fun dress!  Got tons of compliments.  Fits pretty true to size, might run a little small. If you are between sizes, order one size up (especially if you have boobs).  I'm between a size 2 and 4 and the 4 was perfect for me, I honestly don't think the 2 would have zipped up over my boobs (I'm a 34C).

I wish to choose my correct size but I wanted to wear for thanksgiving, it was a little bit tight on my breast but with a top under it fits perfect.

This dress isn't really my style, but it worked perfectly for a theme party I attended. The dress fabric is quite nice and the lace was lovely. Could wear a strapless bra. There is a hook and eye clasp at the chest to keep the dress closed and it hid the bra. 

Sleeve were a little big so I rolled them up and wore it that way. Super fun dress!

This dress was so much fun and I got a ton of compliments on it. It fit true to size, but the bust area was goofy. Once I closed the front clasp, it made my bust look weird so I ended up leaving it open but had to use lots of double sided tape to keep it in place. It was still super fun and sexy!

I love the sculpture construction of Self Portrait and this did not disappoint. I find SP usually runs small so I sized up to a 10 (I'm typically at 6-8) and it was too big but I was able to fake it a little by rolling the sleeves under and tightening the waist tie. Stick with your true size. This dress NEEDS to be steamed or pressed to looks its best and make the lace lay right. 

This dress fit true to size, I am an 8 or 10, and often choose a 10 for a looser fit and added length. I  felt sexy in this dress and received so many compliments. However, the shoulder strap did break after 15-20 minutes of wearing it. Since the dress was a looser fit on me, I'm not sure what happened. Thankfully, a girl had a sewing kit since we were out of town and I did not pack my backup size. 

Wore this for a night out on Broadway....it was perfect. Fit was a lil big but I could tie it up a bit tighter and it worked great! 

Not my usual size, but I was able to make it work. I loved this dress and will rent again. 

Still unsure if I love or hate this dress. I'm a size 6 and sized up to an 8. It fit well, but my review is more on the dress alone. I still can't decide if it looked a cheap or luxury item. Will say in the right lighting you look like a million bucks and I would suggest wearing it in the evening. 

This dress was so comfortable! The different shoulder styles give you a sexy side and a conservative side. Many compliments all night. I had a blast dancing all night. Great length, I am 5'2 135lbs. size 6 fit  like a glove.

I wore this to a concert! Such a fun print, got compliments all night. I'm usually a 4 or 6, and rented the 6 which worked, but I wish I had rented the 4. It ran just a tad big in my opinion.
