The fit was snug, but not too tight in my hips or legs. allowed me to move well. I have a small chest so the dress wasn't too tight there, but was very tight in the shoulders, meaning I couldn't dance as well to songs like "shout!". Overall a very cute dress for an evening reception in Brooklyn. 

This dress fits true to size everywhere but the arms.  The sleeve are on longer side so it would definitely pose a problem if you are on the shorter side.  It was a great material, thick enough where a bra was not needed underneath.  I received many compliments during the night which felt great.  The only negative is the under dress is much shorter than the outer, so if i lifted my arms above my head dancing it was a tad risky!!  Otherwise a great rental.

Perfect for a casual or formal wedding - the cold shoulders also make it appropriate for occasions in-between seasons!

No stretch but cut is loose so very comfy. At 5'2'' the overlay hit right at the knee and the slip about 3 inches above. As noted in photo, sleeves were long on me. The overlay colors are navy and burgundy and the slip is black, which initially seemed strange, but it worked with black shoes so that's a plus. For the Type A girls, you'll have to resist the urge to iron all the flowers flat--this might bug some renters but I don't think anyone would notice unless they looked really closely. I wore with a strapless bra but you could probably get away with a regular bra or racerback. Rent it, you won't regret it!

So many compliments on this dress! The lace detail is very nice and tts. The cold shoulder design isn't restricting at all compared to some where you cannot move your arms.. although the sleeves were a lil long I actually like it that way as I felt it added a statement to the piece. There's not much stretch to it but since it's a shift dress I was as to eat tons at a party! I am 5'4 and the length was perfect. I matched with OTK boots as it's freezing here in Chicago which work out.  I was still able to look cute while it's super freezing outside.
