I thought this shape of this dress was really flattering without being fitted. The pleats give an illusion of a cinched waist under the bust, it's roomy so maybe go down a size. The 34 worked well for me. Definitely wear with boots! 

Not bad but not great either. I thought it would magically transform me based on other reviews but it was just kinda plain and meh. It fit pretty nicely, maybe a bit big in the back, but no big issues. Overall, it's fine, but I wouldn't rent again 

Flattering for an unfitted dress. Great if you're not feeling good about your figure. Nice detail. Possibly runs a tad large, but hangs well. Great with boots. Perfect everyday fall dress.

I wanted to love this and I'm usually ok with "frumpy" for an average weekday at work. The front detail is nice, quality fabric, just couldn't get past the super long back even with riding boots. Business in front, jammie time in the back. 

Very ok shirt dress. Being from this designer, I hoped there would be some little detail or something about the cut that made it feel special, but it was pretty meh. Wouldn't rent again. 

my husband actually loved this but I didn't feel great in it - felt a little awkward. But I did get lots of compliments. 

You would think it would be kind of plain but I loved it. It's actually so detailed with the expert tailoring I can expect from this brand. One of the few times I think it looks cuter on me than the model. Wore w olive green tights, it did ride up sometimes when I also had my coat on. Lots of compliments- easy to wear all day. 38 was perfect size for me, looked slim but not tight and no gaping for my larger chest. Would rent Again esp when I can go without tights. 

Maybe my favorite rental ever (excuse the horrible picture) - I loved the length of the dress and the detail. It was definitely a subtle showstopper. Will rent again!

This had been in my hearts for a while as a potential basic dress for work, but as someone who usually wears a lot of bright colors and patterns, I wasn't super pumped about it.  However, I ended up really liking it.  It was crisp and flattering for a day at work, and super comfy.  I would buy this if it wasn't so expensive!

Wore to work with black slip-ons, was thinking about wearing white sneakers, that would have been cute too. High quality with cute pleat detail on chest area

 I wore this 3 times while I had it which I never do! Wore it to a bridal luncheon, birthday party and work. I would've bought it if I could justify how expensive it is :)

Comfortable fit, Roomy but stylish. Received many compliments for this beautiful dress. 

This dress is intimidating but I promise you it gives you comfort and confidence like nothing you ever felt. Wore with flat brown leather knee boots.  It fits perfect everywhere perfect for cooler weather. Quality fabric and detail. Stand out in a very discreet way. Ready to wear and perfect in every way. Arrived new with tags, I'm impressed and now I'm addicted! 

Oversized fit. I wore with brown tights and brown knee high boots. Very very easy to wear. 

Wore it to the space center with grey tights and tennies, and to a charity breakfast with bare legs and flats. The sleeves look cute down or rolled up and are nice and long. I was worried about the length and the slit showing too much leg, but it was perfect. 

Mixed reviews from others: My hubby said I looked like I had my nightshirt on. My daughter said I looked like an "old time detective " because of the color/pattern, and BFF said totally on trend. I loved it!

Wore this for thanksgiving and then to a funeral.  It was classy and fit very well.  Conservative but looked cute with knee high boots. 

I had to use a belt and it was just perfect  for a casual outing 

Lovely, tiny houndsooth print that is hard to see in pics. Such a fun and comfortable dress. Highly recommended 

The quality of the fabric is nice but that's the only thing going for this piece. The color and cut is super unflattering. I am petite and this just about swallowed me up. 

This is one of the best things I've rented. It's very comfortable and stylish. I wore it for work, date night, and church. I received a lot of complements. 

I love this damn dress. It somehow feels tailored even= though it's completely oversized. The suiting material is crisp and refined the pleating is awesome. goddamn i wish i could keep it.

I had people stop me in the airport and ask where I got the dress! Its a shirt dress, runs loose but I purposely wore it looks - makes the dress look very sophisticated. The pin tuck details in the front and the material itself are so so eye catching in a very understated way. The sleeves are huge, so I prefer rolling them up. I wore them with dark brown (tall) ankle boots. 

I wore this to an out of state work site visit. The shirt dress fabric is great quality. It does not wrinkle easily. It’s roomy, but doesn’t look boxy and fit is flattering around upper body.

Dress arrived with tags still in it and I so wanted this to work. It was just TOO shapeless. And i like a dress that's not too structured. Maybe the next size down would have been better. 

I ordered the larger of my potential sizes and it was way too big, didn't end up wearing it. 

Dress is roomy and cute but the sleeves were way too long, perhaps a smaller size would have worked better
