I considered renting this dress so many times but never did because of mixed reviews but after seeing Sophie wear it in the hunting wives I finally added it to my bag for a baby shower and it just didn’t hit for me despite getting a lot of compliments. I thought the fabric would be more of a crisp cotton but it was a heavier soft cotton better for fall than summer. The straps are also a little long. But it worked with no bra for big books and the length was good 

AND it was featured on Netflix' Hunting Wives.  True to size and chic hippy feeling.  Perfect for a wine tasting. 

Didn’t love this dress on me. Felt frumpy, didn’t end up wearing it.

Wore in upstate NY and it’s just perfect, the stretchy straps and bodice make it so easy to wear! I love it!

It was fine. Lots of heavier than expected layers. Maybe a belt would help. I didn’t wear 

Pretty dress but the fabric is thick and straps are long. 

The dress is beautiful, as you can see.  This dress would be great for the city, the beach, or anywhere! I wear it with a white gauze shirt wrapped around my shoulders. The bodice seems to be quilted, which is a plus, because you don’t have to wear a bra. However, the heavily quilted bodice also tends to flatten your bust out to a strange shape. The straps are not adjustable, so they may not fit you. I had to tie the straps up to prevent the dress from coming down too low. This is nothing to do with the dress, but I realized that this length of dress is not the best for me, personally, because it hits my leg at the calf, and my calves are really huge lol.

I had to wear a cami under this to work to conceal the goods up top. Otherwise for a weekend or party, beautiful dress!

I generally love Sea and this dress was no exception. It fit great, was a beautiful pattern and a great weight. It was snagged a little but I don't think it was obvious when wearing. 

Thicker fabric than I imagined and was great for a sunny winery day. Wore with booties and a Jean jacket when it got cooler

Quilted material. Straps are elastic and it does have a side zipper. Good length for petites. 

Got the job done for fall colors in a Texas climate that doesn't match the date on the calendar. Not great on a larger bust and the straps kept twisting. I also felt the slip underneath was small through the hips 

Boho chic. The dress is a bit heavy and bulky, so if you're traveling, wear this on the plane! It's beyond comfy!!!

Cute dress but definitely thicker than it looks in pictures as it’s lined as well. Not light and airy as I wanted, especially on a hot day. Zipper on left chest was super uncomfy and rubbing the whole time. Felt super cute in it though!

This was cuter than I expected. The top is fitted enough that you don’t need to wear a bra. The tiered skirt bunched a little when I sat, but overall this was really cute. I would definitely wear it again.

I really like this brand but expected better. The fit was perfect with a fitted bodice and a-line skirt and the length was perfect for a petite. The zipper was hard to reach and the neckline didn't do it for me. Although better in person, the print/color combo read drab from a distance and in photos. 

I usually love anything I rent from Sea NY, but this dress was just okay. I thought the skirt would be loose and the bodice would have some give to it, but not the case.

Super versatile dress with pockets!! You can dress it up or down

I loved this boho dress by Sea New York! In my opinion it runs true to size with some decent stretch in the back of the top portion. I recommend renting your normal size. This style is fitted on top and flowy with hidden pockets (loved!) on the bottom. It probably works best for a C cup or smaller, as I don't think I would have wanted it any more revealing up top. You are not able to wear a standard bra with this dress due to the straps and the front v-cut in the chest, but I found not wearing a bra to be just fine! At 5'10" the midi length was just right on me. 

I wore this dress on a weekend running errands around the city. Very comfortable and well made . A little heavy for spring for overall a good rental. Looks like a maxi on me but I’m only 4’11.


pretty pattern and wore it once with a layering top underneath as shown. And another time without a shirt under. Super comfy and cute!

Top is stretchy and there is a side zip, and Pockets. Straps are also stretchy. I could feel the seam in the hips a little so I could not size down or hips would be too tight but fits perfect for me.
