Sophisticated color scheme, nice flow of the skirt, has a touch of stretch

I absolutely loved this dress! The crushed velvet is so supple, the color is gorgeous, the long sleeves kept me warm and was easy to add layers. She is so much prettier in real life, photos don’t do it justice. If you’re considering renting, just do it!

I had to buy this dress. It’s comfy to wear with just the right rouching and stretch. Love the subtle pattern and colors. Wore this to a NYE party and a black tie event. 

Perfect for my winter arc. I wore it to a work conference and got to many compliments. Lush velvet is cozy and refined. definitely a must try!


Very comfortable attractive, slimming dress.  The size M was a perfect fit.  I wore it to a holiday work dinner. At 5’9”, I liked the length, but it may be too long for shorter gals. 

Fit perfectly, very comfortable for cold weather 

I took this to Paris and wore it to a cocktail party. It's beautiful and sexy because of the cutout, but easy to wear because of the stretch. Got lots of compliments! I would have rented the S but it wasn't available so tried the XS. It was a bit snug in the shoulders, but worked! The dress is very forgiving.

Very comfortable and very forgiving. I felt great in this dress that I wore to a Dracula show in October.

I wore this Sarah d Halloween and everyone seemed to love it! The back zip was a bit uncomfortable but the look was so fun and holiday appropriate.

This is a difficult dress to photograph as the details are hard to capture without the right lighting. The print is subtle but there are beautiful warm tones of bronze & copper swirling through the fabric. Fit is TTS works for petites with a moderate heel. The ruching at both the front & back of the waist give it a great shape without being clingy. Although the keyhole is a little low on me as I’m busty, it still looked work appropriate on video calls. Great for work to happy hour or date night. If you’ve been thinking about whether or not to rent this, go for it. You won’t regret it

I rented this for a conservative wedding and was worried with it being black. But, the pattern is so pretty and eye catching, and the velvet softens any harshness of the black. I didn’t wear because this was a backup but it fit well, was stretchy and forgiving and would have worked perfectly!

I liked this dress but I kept feeling like I should go to a Renaissance Fair! It’s super comfortable and soft.

I closed the keyhole with fabric tape because I think it looks better without it. Fabric and cut are otherwise amazing 

This did nothing for me so I didn’t wear it, which was a bummer. It bunched up on my upper body and the sleeves stuck out on my shoulders because I think it’s meant for somebody taller. The fabric imprint are beautiful and I loved the skirt part, but didn’t wear it because I didn’t have anything suitable to wear over it. Wasted rental sadly! Oh, and the keyhole slides around awkwardly so you have to keep pulling the dress down to keep it straight.

Photos don't do this beautiful dress justice. It's multi-patterned very soft velvet with a little stretch so it hugs you! Sea of NY designers must love women because all of their designs flatter real figures.

This is a very flattering dress. I received tons of compliments. A little tight in the arms and shoulders but not uncomfortably so. 

I wore this as part of my Halloween costume. It is gorgeous and comfortable

I felt like Stevie Nicks in this and sooo comfortable. Great form fitting piece.

This dress has so much too it. Velvet is great, there is cute little flowers on it and the rouching is so flattering

The pattern in the velvet is beautiful- especially in light. Golds and reds. I’m a size 16 and the XL fit, but not well enough that I would wear it; it was a bit too tight.

I carb fasted a week to get into the dress. Lol I wasn’t the prettiest belle at the ball, but I'm pretty sure I was wearing the prettiest dress!

Wore it to an evening at the Met and received quite a few compliments from strangers. Very elegant and comfortable dress with an understated luxury vibe. 

It fit great.  I thought it might be too long but it was perfect.  Photos haven't come back yet from wedding so I don't have one.  The rutching made the dress difficult to zip by myself but I managed.   Stretchy fabric great.  


Great for a holiday party - unique and stunning. Wore it to a work holiday party but would look fab for any occasion  

Soooo many compliments! The flattering ruching and unique velvet printed fabric make this one of my RTR favorites. I am between a 4-6, wore a S and it fit perfectly. If you have broad shoulders you may want to size up.
