This is great for spring/summer. The neckline was a little low for me (wish it had 1 more button) and it has a slit at the bottom. Love the flow. A cute statement piece. The belt tie adds a unique touch but It was a little annoying since it came lose once or twice. Otherwise I loved it! 

I’ve rented this dress twice (xs and s). I like it a lot and always get a lot of compliments! In both sizes, the bulging when I was sitting drove me nuts. I felt self conscious and had to fuss with it a lot. I think the buttons are a little too far apart and the thicker fabric (pinstripe) paired with the lighter satin creates a folding that isn’t ideal. 

Fit just right! (I am small busted and no camisole or safety pins were needed for wrap-style). Paired with white sneakers for a "on your feet" work event.  It was rather long, probably better for a taller girly! Hit me about 1.5 inches above ankle so longer than a midi and longer length than shown on model in stock pics.

Wore to work, it never needed steaming and looked fresh hours later. 

The side bow was impossible for me to get it to look like the models.  I found the top to be larger, so the armhole draped much lower than my arm and extra fabric hung there making the sides look bunchy.  If it wasn’t loose it probably wouldn’t have any give as the fabric is silk like.  Not a deal breaker but I wouldn’t rent again. 

Just get it! Lays beautifully. Light silk and so comfortable. 

I received lots of compliments but it was too long

Looooooove this dress! I wore this on a business trip and it was comfortable all day long and got so many compliments. It didn’t wrinkle in my suitcase so it’s ideal for travel. The material is silky but not shiny. 

I’m often hesitant to order shirt dress styles because I have a large chest and a small frame - if it fits my shoulders / waist, it’s likely going to be gapping. I did not have that issue with this dress, probably because of the v neck and adjustable waist tie.

I wore this for work - the fit and material was nice. It was too long for me, which was the style, I just didn’t love it. Won’t rent again due to personal preference (not fit)

True to size.  Wore this for a work event in Las Vegas.  Was cool. The material is amazing.  Received lots of positive comments.  The belt is a little tricky, but was able to get it to work.  Want to buy this one!!

Lightweight fabric which is nice for summer and the pinstripe accent was cute. The tie leaves an awkward hole and the fabric is mildly grandma’s couch. But I’d rent again.

I wore the dress a few times, some days it seemed like I was ready for farm life another days, it was a chic number for work and weekends. I got compliments each time. Important how to accessorize. there is a little tie on the front of the dress that is on the left side, and I felt the tie was in a weird spot. But the dress was still really fun to wear.  

This dress was even better than the picture on RTR. It’s so flattering and cute. I love the pattern 

Rent this! The perfect dress for work, parties, etc. Very comfortable, fit true to size, and I got tons of compliments. I wore low wedges but heels weren’t necessary, it came to about my mid-calf (I’m 5’6”).

Moved beautifully, felt amazing and received so many compliments. It was perfect for a work event with patients and families. 

This dress was so beautiful! It does have the buttons down the front which can be interesting when sitting. I ordered the 36 and 38 thinking I would need the 38 - it was too large in the bust area but the hip area fit the same on both dresses. It pulled a tad in that area - I have curves, but spanx helped a lot lol.  So yeah if you size up just know that the hip area didn't seem to change so I went with the 36. It's very comfortable!

Wore for Mother’s Day. Beautiful design and fit. Would definitely rent again. 

I wanted this to work so badly! My torso is not long enough and I’m far too curvy. It didn’t fit properly AT ALL. Loved the feel and the pattern though! 

This was the most flattering dress I’ve had from RTR. I would’ve bought it if it wasn’t so expensive. Also, I have a belt that bulges and it was very prominent in this dress especially when I sat down. But it wasn’t an issue for me. 

This dress fits me perfectly and I have gotten so much use out of it - out to lunch, bridal shower, evening cocktail party.  The silk flows beautifully and the colors are flattering.  Kind of conservative but a nice change from sleeveless cocktail dresses. 

The tie was way too short, almost like it had been cut, odd looking to me. The fabric felt so nice though and I like the mix of silk and cotton accents. Just okay

Stunning! Both workplace friendly yet fun! The fabric quality was amazing and the colors were beautiful! Definitely would rent again or even buy if I could!

I loved this dress aside from the sleeves feels short.  I'm 5'9 for reference 

I liked it. It's like a very elevated house dress my grandmother used to wear. 

I really wanted to keep this! It was to comfortable and classy. 

I loved this dress so much! For perfectly and was so elevated for work. 

Silky and lightweight. Beautiful and detailed. One little complaint- Had to remember to engage my core or the striped material on the buttons would flash a little at the stomach. I did not size up and it fit perfectly but that may solve the problem at the mid section.

Sandro traditionally runs a bit small, but I found this to be true to size. Love the little pinstripe detail with the floral print, perfect spring dress

Vibrant colors, lightweight, and flattering. The bottom has a slit, but was still work appropriate. I didn’t realize the sleeves are 3/4 length, which isn’t my preference, but it’s a beautiful piece.

This was the prettiest silk shirt dress. The half wrap was a little tricky and slipped a little but other than that, would love to have in my closet again. Recommend. 

I didn't love this one but it was cute and fun! The tie is a lil awkward and it is very thin material.
