Like everything that Sandro does, this piece is elegant and well made. Wore it to a date with my hubby, girls’ dinner and to the office with different accessories and got a ton of compliments every time. 

Wore for work and it could not have been more perfect!

I got a TON of compliments on this dress. The length was perfectly appropriate for work (I’m 5’6’’), but it was still fun enough to wear out to dinner. No notes, 10/10.

OBSESSED with this dress. Wish I had more places to wear it to. Wore it to date night, dressy but also casual. Could probably wear to work. The pleat skirt is perfect. I have wider hips and small boobs so the chest was a little big but not noticeable on the outside. 

I actually got a ton of complements on this! I added the belt because the waist is pretty big and the top kind of gaps open. If I got a smaller size I'm pretty sure it would have been too short to wear to work. 

I'm a tall pear, so the top gaped slightly, the hips were a bit tight and the length was short but I still managed to wear it out to dinner and then again with a sheer blouse and opaque tights / flats to a work event. Loooove

if you wear without cami top it looks more cutesyy & with it more formal

This dress has the perfect balance of being fitted and cinched on the body, while also having some flow and movement at the bottom. I felt very confident in this one and would rent again. 

Fits TTS. Perfect length for petites and the bust area is well cut - no weird bunching or tightness. The little pleated hem adds a cute detail for the office. 

Really cute dress I wore it for work. It is fitted and it fit me like a glove. It’s tight around the waist, but it also cinches a little. I loved it and paired it with flats and heels.

Wore this on a recent work trip and couldn’t have picked a better dress. It fit like a glove, was incredibly comfortable for a full day of meetings, and still felt polished and elevated. I received so many compliments—it’s one of those pieces that just works without overthinking it. Would absolutely rent again.

I always know when I pick an RTR winner based on how many compliments I get and this dress had them pouring in. Loved it so much I bought it. 

Really nice dress, the skirt is a playful feminine touch on an otherwise really bland work dress. Only critique is that the zipper on the side may pucker a bit off the hip, so it isn’t a perfect skin tight fit.

Wore this in New York in August and although I loved the fit, like a sleeveless fitted blazer dress the fabric was a bit heavy for the August weather. But loved the bottom and how it flowed.

Loved for work, good length for tall girls 

Wore this to my work conference to present and felt very put together but also trendy! Wore it again to a work meeting. Would have loved to buy, but the price point is perfect for renting. I am fairly broad so I always try to size up in dresses and the 8 was perfect for being comfortable around my shoulders.

Love this dress! I personally rented it and it fits so well. It’s not too tight and plenty long to wear it to work. The shoulders are padded and there’s a zipper on the side. The buttons and just for show and there’s no stretch but I felt it ran pretty true to size. 

Loved this.  Wore in January to work.  The photo I attached doesn’t do it justice.

Super cute but the top part near the chest kept coming open

It was a gorg dress but fit a little too large up top. I felt at times I was showing everyone my bra depending on how I was sitting. Other than that it was beautiful! 

It was too tight for me to zip. Need to size up for me! 

I wore it once and it was cute enough but I really needed slightly more give in the hips and less material on top. Wouldn’t rent again. 

I loved the look of this dress but the natural waist was so large and didn't give me any shape. I almost felt like it needed a belt
