Beautiful fabric and details and an easy, classic shape make this a pretty much perfect summer dress. The high side slits really add a little something, as well. I sized up for my curves to make sure it wasn't too fitted thought the hips and that worked out well for me, but this is probably true to size for most shapes. Very pleased with this rental to have around in this latest heatwave, can work for errands or work or a nice dinner, depending on what shoes and accessories you go with. 

I own an almost identical Navy & White Sail to Sable dress and thought it would be great to rent another colorway as a go-to item that works well for day and transitions easily to evening. Boy, was this a miss!! I was shocked to put this on & realize that the slits went almost up to the curve of my hip. I was actually a little embarrassed to even show my husband, let alone walk out of the house!! I'm 5'8"/137lb and run 5-6 days a week; I expected this to be an easy rental but it was a FAIL.

Really pretty. Not lined and had to iron before could wear but liked it. Would buy if less expensive. 

Wore to a yacht-themed party. Length was perfect with flats. 

More formal than I expected so I didn't wear it but the fit was great. It looked really classy and elegant. 

Loved the fit. A little on the long side for anyone under 5’5”. 

This has such a fun 60’s vibe to it! I rented it when I was 5.5 months pregnant and it looked great!

Casual but stylish. Great fit and not too tight. Have room to eat a little more! Detail stitching was nice and material nice. Didn't wrinkle as much as I thought it might. 

Got a lot of compliments. Fits nicely and works day or night. 

Wore the XL for roomy fit. Wore with flats, which is my shoe preference always (5'7"). Slit side is fun for dancing but high enough to reveal spanx if you wear them. I am not the svelte body type, but I felt comfortable and confident in this dress. Cool fall night called for a shawl but the decorated neck and simple style kept me feeling as close to elegant as I could be.

Absolutely beautiful column dress.  The collar is everything on this and absolutely calls for "hair off your face look"  want to own this![

Form fitting, super comfortable, classy, and chic. A tad too long for me so had to wear shoes that gave me an extra 6”.

Great looking dress for a summer wedding, but be prepared to get the wrinkles out of that nice linen!

The navy cotton is easily wrinkled and collects lint.  The stand-up collar is funky and I was constantly trying to keep it straight.  Not my favorite rental.  Returning.


The fabric is thick and has great structure. The embroidery details are well done and solid. The waist was juuuuust a bit slim for my tummy. 

As others have said, if you have no hips and no belly fat and a relatively small chest, this dress is perfect for you!  As someone who has a bit of a tummy, this just made me look 3 months pregnant and I really don't enjoy being asked how far along I am when I am, in fact, not with child.  The fabric is really thin and the dress that I got looked a bit tired by the end of a long, midsection weary summer.  Ended up not wearing this at all.  Very unforgiving.

Rented because other reviews said cut was generous, but was super narrow in the hips. Very cute dress, but wouldn't wear that tight. Would probably be very cute on a leaner/straighter figure. 

Will need ironing because of the fabric. Very simple with sexy side skits that came up to about mid-thigh. Lots of compliments - made me feel pretty!

I love this dress.  I've worn it several times already, which is a first for me on rental outfits.  But it's such a great, cute, casual dress, perfect for Houston spring weather.  It will be too warm for our summers, so I've been enjoying it while I can.  It has a zipper down one side which is how it manages to fit so nicely and actually curve in at the waist.  Be careful if you are really busty.  This is pretty low cut.  I'm small chested, so it wasn't really an issue for me.  But I could see it being an issue if you are busty.  Every time I wear this I get compliments on it.
