Loved this fit. The length was perfect, I am 5"9. The sleeves add a super fun element. I felt amazing in it. 

Perfect for work! Love the length and fit. The sleeves are a BIT annoying because they’re tight at the elbows so when I put on a jacket they bunch up but I love the look so definitely not a deal breaker!

Great thick fabric and fun sleeves. However the sleeves were a little itchy and the seam was exposed. A little large in the waist, but would rent again - got lots of compliments 

The color is conservative, is very thick great for winter, it may be a little itchy, & some people may consider it too short, I pair it up with booths and I wore in for an Easter Sunday Brunch!

Great dress for the winter! It's a heavy wool and a little itchy. It was so warm though I didn't feel I had to wear tights with it. The statement sleeve made this dreary NYC Monday a little brighter. 

You cannot tell from the pictures online but this material is HEAVY. Like, so heavy that I wore this in the middle of November and I sweat a lot in it heavy. But other than that I loved that it was a little shorter than a lot of my work dresses- great for petite/shorter girls! I don't think I would've done this length at work without tights under it but again, it's a winter dress so that was fine. The waist for me snugly without being too tight and the arms are also just right. 

This dress was much thicker than I was expecting, making it a solid winter choice. I liked it enough overall, but probably wouldn't rent again. The material was a little bit scratchy and it was decently-restrictive at the top. But definitely a fun, different dress. I got a couple of compliments throughout the day. 

Loved this piece; it was very flattering and the fit was perfect. Wool material so it's warm for winter but a bit itchy in the shoulders where there's no lining. The color is beautiful and despite the itchy fabric I plan on renting it again! 

This dress was perfect for an evening event in the city and for at work. It fit me perfectly in all the right places. Definitely thick so would only wear in cold weather.

This dress is so pretty in person. The wool is thick, so it was warm! Sleeves are unlined and itchy, but worth it. The waist and hips were a little baggy on me, but at 12 weeks postpartum, I didn't mind! If you're tall, this one might be a little short. I am 5'4" and it was long enough to wear to work and church, but it hit me well above the knee.

Very flattering when standing but not so much when sitting as there’s no give. 

Heavy wool material with no stretch. Looks great on but hard to move in. 

Only giving 4 stars because it was a bit itchy, but I LOVED this dress! Got so many compliments and almost decided to keep it.

The body is lined but the sleeves are not. The fabric is very itchy on the arms and the flowy sleeve gets in the way a lot. Looked great, though. 

Really thick, warm and nice wool. Perfect winter dress for work. But if you have a bigger chest you need to size up.

Zipper on back wouldn’t stay up. Itchy wool material - not comfortable at all. Too short. Didn’t end up wearing. 

Would have been more appropriate for winter or late fall. Too hot for summer. 

Dress has a nice cut and the color is a pretty gray. It is a little tight in the thighs and hips but baggier in the waist. The arms aren't lined and the wool is pretty itchy. It wasn't unbearable,  but you're aware you're wearing wool every time you move your arms. If you aren't a fan of wool I wouldn't recommend. 

Fabric is very itchy- I didn't wear the item due to the feel. 

Fits as expected but the material is incredibly thick and very itchy.

I'd wear this dress again except for the unbearably itchy fabric. Itchy all over; arms, neckline, waist, even my legs hurt from the bristly fabric. I wore the dress to work and hated my entire day. But the dress looks beautiful on - it's just horrible to wear.

Material is very thick and sleeves are a little itchy. I wanted to like it, but it made me look matronly.

This was a great work dress. Heavy material which kept me warm in January in NYC. Was able to wear twice for work. Love the sleeves! My usual size 2 was not available so I took the size 4 and fit was great, shoulders and sleeves were perfect, body was a little loose, fit more like a shift which was very flattering. 

What a great dress for work with a little fun twist. The sleeves are awesome! Heavy material, very warm but great for winter in Chicago. Paired it with brown knee high boots to give it a bit of a more casual look & it worked so well. No stretch so be sure to get the right size! 0 worked for me as it usually does but not a lot of room left: if you don't like a tight fit, size up.

I am normally a true 0, but I am so glad it was suggested to get a size up. The 2 fit perfectly. Snug around the right places and a little bit more dressy than I pictured, it is great for work or after work events. 

Only comment is that the sleeves are a statement, so just be ready to have them in the way sometimes!

The dress runs true to size.  It's a heavy material but very stylish.  I was a bit warm in it.  Also, the sleeves are not lines so it was a little itchy.   I got lots of compliments.

Fit perfectly but the sleeves are very wide so not great for work -- better for a work holiday party or dinner.  It's also VERY thick and the sleeves aren't double lined so they're a little itchy but my sister  almost bought it because she got so many compliments.

Very nice dress for winter. Thick (although a little scratchy) and the lining is very high quality. Would definitely rent again!

Unfortunately the 8 I got was too small. My arms run big so I should've gotten a 10. would definitely rent again in a 10. This dress is not for warm weather, I had it on for about 20 minutes and was more than warm. 

I loved this dress. Great quality and design but the waist was way too big on my petite frame.
