Flandre Dress

I may have been able to size down but got the 16R. It was a little loose but not excessively so. This dress is stunning and I received no end of compliments on it. I wore it to a business conference.

I love this dress every time I rent it.

Dress was amazing. The only tight area was where there was a band around the midsection of thicker clothe. It took a moment to get the zipper over it and then the first few times sitting down made me nervous, but it was no issues at all!

This dress is seriously stunning. I kept it for two months because I couldn't bear to send it back, but as you can tell by the price, I was certainly not going to buy it. The sizing is odd-- for reference I'm a standard 2 at banana republic and a 4 in most designers, and the 10 fit me perfectly in this dress. Definitely great for taller girls because of the length, and the fit was perfect on someone with wider hips.

Nice professional flair with the bow. Sexy yet conservative for work. Beautifully designed but a bit tight in the mid-torso area.

My coworker said I was giving her "flight attendant vibes." The bow sits in a way that makes everyone ask, "is that a bow?" I felt great and, although I would re-rent this, I'd like to find something else from this designer.

I am a US 4, which in this dress would be an 8, but the 10 fit perfect. It was a bit too long on my 5'4" frame, but I received lots of compliments and it did look elegant

This fit like a glove in the waist, and it fit comfortably (certainly a little roomy, unsurprisingly) in the bust. But the length felt a little dowdy for me. I paired this during the work day with pumps and a cropped gray blazer to tone down the bow. The quality is beautiful, the fabric is comfortable, and this is so chic and well structured - but this just felt like a bit much on my petite frame. Better for taller girls!

Detailing of bow lays better on the body than the hanger. Good length for work. There is a slit in the back allowing ease of movement. A bit restrictive across the chest and underarms if you have wide shoulders and a fuller bust. The waist is loose if you have an hourglass figure, but still wearable and cute.

Size up. I felt like I poured myself into this dress. I don’t have bigger arms, but it was definitely uncomfortable at the arm holes. In addition, I was really excited for the pop of red but the way that the front was designed looked unfinished to me. The dots on the photo is from my mirror…not dress.

I’m 5’8”, 150 lbs,and usually wear a size 8. Size 12R was the right size. Not too tight or loose. Looks like a well made dress great for work.

Doesn't give very much so get one size up.

I was a commencement speaker for the first time and this dress came with that extra bit of confidence I needed! For me it did fit true to size. Has some stretch. The length is really great if you’re tall. Loved it!!

Comfortable and beautiful, if you can pull of wearing it with black- you easily be the best dressed.

This dress is stunning, gives you such a figure! Sadly the bow doesn't quite sit like how it does on the model/it droops a bit but it's still gorgeous. I am 5'2 and it was pretty long on me but looked great with a pair of pumps for a professional luncheon. Got tons of compliements

A bit on the long side, but very comfortable and super high quality fabric. Simple and elegant with a little extra with the two-toned bow feature. Would definitely recommend.

This is quite possibly one fo the most flattering, beautiful pieces I've ever worn. Received so many compliments. Subtle but hits all the right notes.

Fits great and looks a million dollars. i have very small boobs however and I couldn't even wear a bra with it. Very small on the top.

I recommend you to get two sizes larger. I'm a size 12 but I got a size 16 and it was perfect for the conservative wedding. I recommend it.

Absolutely perfect work cocktail party dress. So many compliments. Photographed beautifully. Amazing fabric. Would buy if the price wasn't $$$.

This dress was AMAZING! Got so many compliments, the peek of red that comes through the bow took it over the top. Not just a simple sheath dress, was just perfect, classy, timeless, flattering. Only note - the bow is floppy and I had to pin it to keep it up like you see in the pic.

It's a beautiful cut and fabric, tho it runs long and so I felt a bit funereal over the course of the day. It's an unremitting black. You will need contrasting shoes and bag or whatever.
