Worn for a concert. I loved the neoprene- the dress holds its shape and doesn't wrinkle. Two great things for photos and active nights! The cut of the bodice is great for girls with a bust, though you'll need a nice low-cut bra. The length was great- fun but not so short you have to worry about flashing your friends. Love love loved it!

The dress fit very well. Comfortable actions the chest, despite the fitting instructions saying it would be tight and I wore a strapless lace black bra and even though it did show on the sides just a little it looked like it was part of the dress. Overall I would recommend the dress.

So I was completely nervous what a dress made out of neoprene would feel, look and fit like.  I could not have been more pleased.  I am normally a size 8 but really would have preferred a size 6 in this as I am not big busted.  I actually tried a 6 on at Saks Fifth Avenue but RTR only had the 8 available.  The 6 would have been a perfect fit but the 8 was o.k....just a little looser in the bust than I would have preferred.  The 6 I could have gone braless but the 8 I went and got those "chicken cutlet boobs" and stuck them on.  You can't wear a regular bar only because on the sides it goes down just a tad too much.  This dress was great because the neoprene kinda acts like spanx and sucks everything in and holds it.  I received SO many compliments on the dress....I really did enjoy wearing it.  Fit is great for covering up a belly, or bootie or bigger thighs I would think...but also so flattering for skinny ladies as well.  Overall, highly recommend. 

This dress was absolutely fabulous.  It was made of high quality material and fit perfectly (although a little large in the bust).  I received compliment after compliment all night long and literally had people walking across the room to compliment it.  It was fun and sexy, yet elegant.

Please note: both the size 2 and 4 had small fraying around the bottom. 

I'm a 34 C and the top was perfect when I was standing but a bit loose when sitting... Fashion tape doesn't help because the fabric is so heavy.  I normally wear a 4, wore a 2 in this... It's a thick neoprene material that keeps everything held in!  Very chic!  Felt beautiful in this dress, very glamorous!  And the RTR rental process was easy!  Will definitely be renting again!  Thx RTR!!  :D

Fit is great and the fabric and cut are very forgiving.

I am 5'4" 140lbs athletic build (larger hips, small chest) the dress fit great except the top is definitely better suited for a larger chested woman as it was rather large on me. The bra situation was difficult to find as well since it cuts funny. If you're torn between two sizes just know that this material is neoprene (like clover canyon dresses or a scuba suit) it is very stretchy but still sucks you in. Overall great dress and very happy with my rental.

Bust fit very large... That's what padded bras are for!

I wore this dress to the Kentucky Derby with black sandals and a ridiculous black and white hat.  It was perfect!  I've never gotten more compliments on a dress.  One woman even stopped me to ask me where I had bought it, and told me she had been stalking my dress all day.  As other reviewers have mentioned, it's a bit large in the bust, but didn't cause any problems.  Because of the low cut on the sides I wore this without a bra - the thicker scuba-like material made this comfortable and just fine.  Such a fun, unique dress which can be dressed up or down for day or night.  Love!

I loved the details of this dress but was worried how it would look in person (particularly the layers of the skirt and the narrow V-cut neckline).  I'd have to say this dress looks even better in person than on the model.  The material is very thick and heavy, so the skirt lays where it should and isn't overly poofy.  The neckline is pretty, and the dress overall is fun without being too sexy.  I normally wear a size 4 or 6 but the 4 fit perfectly on this dress.  Although I didn't end up wearing it, I would definitely rent it again.

No bra I own could have been worn, so I wore those sticky petals (I had some from Target, bought some new ones on this site, they worked well too.) If you are small busted, moving your arms might make opportunities for nip-slips, but I kept pulling the skirt down to keep the bodice flat against my chest. The entire dress is neoprene (think scuba suit) and was very slimming. The skirt was laser cut and the size I wore had been worn before and needed to have many threads trimmed from it to keep from obscuring the black/white color blocking of the pleats. The straps irritated my skin around my arms and shoulders and I had a little bit of dry skin in the shape of the arm holes for about a day after, but that's understandable with the synthetic fabric. I'm really glad I chose the dress, it was very versatile and fun to wear.

Because the material is a thick neoprene "polyester". 
It's not forgiving with very little stretch. Fits tighter in the bust area than I would like. 

I wanted to love this dress...but I felt like the material added a lot of bulk around the lower tummy and hips. You'd have to be creative with undergarments with this dress...the center slit in front went to the bottom of my sternum, and there was a lot of side boob action. 

SO many complements! So unique and fun to wear!
