This dress was perfect for a black tie wedding I attended. I got so many compliments and it was so comfortable. Highly recommend!


Fit well on my shape, the satin straps made me feel like they were slipping all night so I kept checking. Material is a thick satin, so no worries on showing undergarments. The back dips low, so wearing undies was tricky - I had to use alot of double sided tape up top and below! Make sure you have enough! Color is gorgeous and goes great with gold or silver accessories.

My only regret is that I didn’t buy this dress! For like a glove. I have a slightly boxy frame but this dress gave me an hourglass!

The knot comes loose throughout the night but it’s an easy fix. Loved the color, good for a wedding

I attended a more formal outdoors wedding with themed colors being brown and green. This was PERFECT! I absolutely loved this dress, and it was so flattering. I had to re-tie the bottom tie, but my sister did it pretty tight once, and I didn’t tie it again. I WOULD 100% RENT THIS AGAIN

This was just a little too big through the hips once the lower tie was tied. There was some gaping in the back that led to having to pin the sides of the dress to prevent spanx from showing with the low back (you can kind of see it in the photo with my arm up). Otherwise, was just the right length and perfect for the event!

This fit so much better than I thought!! I got compliments all night and for days after. I am bigger busted and sticky boobs worked perfectly! Only downside is the material is slick so the knot around my neck and back would loosen. They needed to be tightened throughout the night. 

I worse this dress as a brides maid for my friends wedding and it was stunning! The fabric is satin, but is dark enough that you couldn’t see any water stains. I didn’t even need to steam it! The top and the bottom are also kind of like 2 pieces which makes it super easy to sit down. I wish the ties had been a little longer to make bows, but overall I loved this dress.

I tend to be a bit more conservative because im a bit bustier and bloat easily. But this really got me feeling mature, sexy, and just fun! It has ties for around the neck and torso, making it more appealing for those who tend to be in between sizes . I’m so happy in comes in a printed version too; will wear for my next event.  

I loved it the moment I put it on, I felt so pretty and sexy in it! It’s a 1-piece dress that gives the illusion of 2 pieces so it gives good coverage on the belly area and isn’t tight, and I felt comfortable to eat to my heart‘s content. I had to use boob tape for the open back, and that worked fine. Honestly, the back was a little loose even when tying it as tight as I could, so I think a L would’ve been perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Breast felt tight. Had to tighten the back to keep from sliding and choking. The material is good quality. Couldn’t wear shapewear which turns out wasn’t a problem because the dress is thick. I would recommend.

Super flattering, perfect for a black tie wedding. I’m 5’6” and it was a perfect length with a 3 inch heel. 

The only issue u had was it became loose because of the silky material. So I had to retighten it. However my husband decided to tie it with a hair tie I had and make a bow and it stayed put the rest of the night.

I loved this dress but was constantly adjusting and mirror checking that my sticky bra wasn't showing. Full chested girlies might be a bit self conscious like I was. 

Loved the dress not very good with bigger boobs because the top goes down so low other than that I loved it 

dress fit perfectly! the only thing is the back and the straps around your neck tie - there is no zipper or buttons. I had to retie the straps several times throughout the night

I was nervous about this dress because I had just gained some weight recently but it held me up in all the right places and I didn’t even have to wear spanx underneath since the top part of the dress covers that along with the material. My only complaint is the tie in the back. I needed my boyfriend to tie it really tight so it wouldn’t keep falling down/loosening up through the night. 

This dress fit just right, I normally wear an S and it was perfect.
It is very low cut in the back so make sure to wear the right underwear.

Get this dress. So flattering and comfortable. It fits well and has a layered feature that’s forgiving around mid section. I did have to re-tie the ties like 5 times throughout the night because they became looser the more I dances around but that’s just due to the silky fabric. Felt great in the dress rent it like now 

I wore this to a black tie wedding and got so many compliments! I loved this dress it was extremely flattering. I ordered the medium and large and I wore the medium. The only downside was tying the back a couple times throughout the night but wasn’t a bother to me. 

Wore this dress to a wedding and got a ton of compliments! I order a S and a XS because I wasn’t sure what size would fit. I’m 4’11 and 26in waist. The S fit perfect and it was very comfortable to wear. Only negative is that I didn’t tie the back correctly and it kept coming loose while I was dancing. 

Ordered a M and L since I’m usually between and took a L. The color was beautiful, fit super well, and I got a TON of compliments. Def can’t wear a bra or shapewear with this but not the worst thing. Only thing I’d change is I wish the neck could be adjusted. It’s sewn in where it meets the dress so I almost had to choke myself to make it tighter. 

this dress looks incredible but the halter, back tie situation is abysmal. i’m not very full chested and i actually had a full Janet Jackson situation that my husband caught during a wedding. luckily no one saw (i hope!) but I had to stay very still for the rest of the night. i guess size up so you can triple knot the back? but then you won’t get the right fit elsewhere. such a bummer 

Perfect color for a fall wedding guest dress! It runs a little bit large in the waist area. I love it! And I got some many compliments 

Absolutely loved this dress, felt so beautiful in it. The fit was perfect aside from it being a little long, but I opted for the long length as it was all that was available.

I agree with other reviewers that the fabric is slippery, so triple tying is necessary for the neck and back ties. Double sided tape is handy as well. I was also able to wear a strapless bra with this by securing the ties around the bra back!

Really beautiful color, high quality material - looks and feels expensive & tons of compliments! I’m glad I got two sizes because the small (usual size) was a little too tight on my hips and felt it looked unflattering so ended up wearing the medium which was a little too big, I wish there was a small and a half lol! But still definitely recommend - one of the cuter wedding options on RTR right now 

The perfect wedding guest dress! Since it ties in the back, you can adjust it to fit perfectly. Very flattering and comfortable to wear all night. 

I loved this dress and it was the perfect style for this event, but the tie in the back kept falling. I thought my triathlete back would keep it up but maybe it was the opposite.  As a result, I felt self-conscious all night that a boob was going to pop out of the side, and I was constantly fidgeting with the dress.  I wish they'd added some of the sticky material they use for strapless bras at the top of the bodice, which might have helped.  (PS Don't judge the home photos, it was after the event and I was exhausted!).  

I would absolutely rent this again if I could get it in petite! It was so comfortable and the fabric was really nice - being able to adjust the waist tie was awesome. I managed to have someone tie a double knot on both of the ties that wouldn’t fall down, but they did come undone easily when I tried to tie it myself.

Sitting down I felt like I had to adjust the butt area to make sure it wasn’t gaping open (hindsight should’ve used dress tape) but it was perfectly fine when standing, and the top had to be kept up with dress tape otherwise it would’ve sat too low for me because the fabric has weight to it. 

I think the dress in petite would’ve fit better, but it worked because I have a longer torso and shorter legs. I wore ~2” heels and it was grazing the ground a little, but not uncomfortably so.
