Fit perfectly, made me feel snatched but professional at work

I love the look and fit of the dress. It is cute and comfy. I have worn it dressed up with pumps, and dressed down a bit with a suede boot. 

This dress will respectfully enhance all your curves. I felt like I had super powers when I wore it, 


This dress fit beautifully and felt very polished. I styled it with a sleeveless coat for a monochromatic look and received so many compliments throughout the day.

The details really make this piece—the button accents at the V-neck, the belt, and the mixed metal tones add just the right amount of interest without feeling busy. The fit was comfortable, flattering, and easy to wear, making it one of my favorite looks from this rental.

I loved this dress, it was comfortable, nice true to fit, however the belt seemd to be missing the peg to keep it in place, so I had to figure a way to keep it "cinched" without releasing and coming loose. Still give it a 5 star rating.

I loved this dress and for so many compliments. The fit was perfection and I had no issues with the belt as others mentioned. I would get this again and again and again.

This dress is perfect. Material is just the right thickness, keeps you warm without over heating. Beautiful color. One of my faves. 

It fit perfectly. The belt was a little tricky and would stay but once I figured it out, it was fine.

This dress was great! The belt was a little weird to get to stay put, but overall would definitely recommend. I initially leaned toward a large, but the medium was totally fine.

Long time RTR customer and this is 1 of my faves. Classic and classy, flattering fit, just easy to wear. I only recently started wearing Reiss and they’ve been consistent on quality and style. 

Belt was great and not an issue. Navy is always elegant!

I kept this dress for a few months and wore it a bunch. It’s fabulous. Good for work, holidays, or a night out for drinks. Perfect fit and got it new with tags. 

Wore to a baby shower, and then wore to work with a sweater on top. Hit the curves in all the right places. And fits like a glove. Absolutely love this dress. Perfect for January. Did not have to wear a coat on top, it was so warm. 

I loved this dress and received so many compliments. It fit perfectly. The only critique I have is that if I moved around a lot or was carrying a few things at work, the belt buckle came undone. It’s a dress that’s great for work, but not in an “active” work setting if that makes sense. Nevertheless, I still absolutely loved this dress and would absolutely consider buying it. 

Flattering with big hips, I loved how this dress made me feel.

Fits like a dream, so many compliments. I’m thinking of buying this one because it works for almost any occasion- work events, 9-5, conferences, dinner out.

First Impressions: Love! The small slit adds a little something extra.
Basic Features: Belt, with notches to adjust. If you’re on the cusp of sizes, I would go up a size. This has little give. 
Quality: Amazing 
Special Features: Lovely Gold button detail
+/-: The belt is attached so you can only adjust so much. I ended up tucking the end of the belt through the top.
Worth it?: Absolutely! 

This dress was such a hit at work. Perfect fall dress.

she gives you a shape and hugs all the right places. i love the length, all the way to the floor. also a slit to give you a little extra movement

Perfect fabric. Wore this for my birthday dinner and absolutely loved it. Probably one of my fave rentals. Although the belt doesn’t like to stay buckled


Loved how warm this dress was. It’s slimming but not super tight. It has some weight to it which I liked. The gold buttons were the perfect touch. 

Very comfortable and chic. Good fall/winter work option. Love the navy and gold combo. 

I seriously feel so skinny! The dress is so flattering. I pinned the belt in the back so it would stay, but I will more than likely rent again.

Came NWT. Sized up since it was a body con dress and I’m half I did. I had a little more room and overall fit was better. Great dress for work dinner in Vegas. Loved and will rent again! 

Wore this dress to a work conference at the United Nations in New York City. Overall, liked it and I received multiple compliments. I don't know if I would rent again though -- if you have any extra belly fat, it will show (even with spanx).

Very comfortable and accentuates an hourglass look. Didn't love how the lower side stretched out over the course of the day or how the belt strap hung off the side. But would rent again

I adjusted the belt on this dress 583368473 fifty leven times throughout the day. It would not stay buckled. Very annoying. Cute when it was adjusted and in place though. 

The dress is heavy material and forms to the body. I liked the overall look for work with a blazer and post work without a blazer. 

This would have gotten a perfect score, however, the belt was sewn in off center so that was a little wonky

Nothing too fancy. Just a sweater dress, but buttons on sleeve made it pop a little  

I liked this for work. I found it flattering while also being reasonably conservative for my workplace.

Fits TTS. The belt would not stay buckled which was kind of annoying. The belt was also long and the extra fabric just hung. The buttons were a nice touch. I liked it, but not my favorite work sweater dress out there. 

First- wow the fit is amazing. It sucked everything in just right. The dress was too tight and black to wear to work during the day. And, with long sleeves I couldn’t dress it down with a jacket or vest (too hot!). It could work for a winter work dinner and conference.

The belt is made of the same stretchy fabric as the dress. It kept falling out of the buckle and pulling off-center. 

Otherwise, gorgeous dress. Soft fabric, TTS.
