I was a little too cold wearing this at work, and I didn't have a great sweater to layer on top. I think it would be better during the warmer months because it looks better with nothing over it. 
The dress has a snug fit, but the length made it seem work-worthy. Not sure I like the dark stockings with it, though.

Super comfortable and fits great! I didn’t love the neckline and wished it looked different/able to be unbuttoned more but it paired great with a high heel boot and kept me comfortable all day night long

This is a great fitting dress for work or everyday.  It is longer than on the model but it works for me (5'3).

This dress is so cute and comfortable. I wore for a work event at 32 weeks and it fit great.

I rented this in a medium at 8+ months pregnant and it was great! A little on the plain/conservative side, with some interest added by the buttons and back seam. It’s extremely comfortable and I received compliments on it throughout the day.

Super soft, thin knit. Beautifully made, holds its shape perfectly, hugs the curves. It’s a keeper. 

Fits just snug with a good shape but ribbing helps to hide some bumps and lumps. Loved the button trim on the chest and the black stripe down the back adds a design touch 

This midi dress was perfect for the office and gave an effortless yet put together look. I paired with loafers and a blazer.  

Depending on your accessories and how you style to, this dress is great for the office, date night or dinner. I wore it for a photoshoot I scheduled in Paris and loved it. 

This was soft and has a nice fit. It does lose shape if you sit a lot.

So flattering. The black line up the back kicked it up to a little sexier for meetings

i loved this Reiss sweater dress, but it lost its shape by the end of a long workday. that being said, i'd still rent it again - it's SO flattering.

The dress is a lovely soft sweater, nice buttons and details. I found it to be a bit bigger than expected, I think I could have sized down.

Love love loved this dress! Perfect for fall transition (and came with tags on!). Super soft knit material. Fit was so flattering. Great for 50 to 60 degrees out, I would say. 

This pic is not the most flattering, but I comfortably wore this all day to a work event.  

Liked it a lot and fit true to size, but the knit was a little thin and as a curvy girl I definitely felt I needed shape wear 

I thought this would be a basic sweater dress but it was sooooooooooo soft.  I literally felt like I was wearing sweats and could lounge in this dress all day.  Will def rent again.

This dress is WARM & material is slightly itchy. It truly molds to your body & I found it less forgiving in the tummy area.

I would buy this dress. This is a great dress for work. Great length great fit, and I love the feature in the back. I got compliments today when I wore it.
