Loved this skirt for work. Very sexy but professional for work. Like the high waist and ruffle. 

When you need that credibility outfit, here is your skirt! Great fit, could easily transition through seasons (if we had that in FL!) it was FL cold at 50deg so I went with a basic black sweater, pink, patterned tank, flip flops, I think this could be an amazing wardrobe staple 

The ruffle detail really elevates this pencil skirt. Fit was perfect. I am only 5’3” so it hit slightly below the knee rather than above as on the model. Styled with a thin black sweater, black thermal tights, and black booties. Fit so well that I decided to buy it. 

The extra detailing on the skirt makes it a winner. I got lots of compliments, and it was comfortable and easy to wear.

This skirt is perfect! Hugs in all the right places, and it's super comfortable. I wore this to work, so I put a jacket on with it. Received so many compliments. This could also be worn for a date night out. One of my favorite rentals so far!

I really liked the look and fit of the skirt. It hugged curves while still being work appropriate. I’m in between a 6-8 for most items. Definitely glad I got the 8 in this one. Wore well all day without wrinkling. 

Form fitting in all the right ways. Comfy and has a tiny bit of stretch. 

Form fitting to hug your shape in the best way without feeling constricting. Paired it with a black sweater and red shoes for a pop of color. Perfect for work! 

Lined. Looks polished. Knee length. Looks good when you walk. No surprise high slits or back slots     Nice alternative to the usual pencil skirt. Nice detail on the ruffle 

Pencil skirts can fit me pretty tight because of my hips/butt but this one was actually comfortable standing up or sitting down. I loved the detail on the side and I also like that it didn’t wrinkle in the front after sitting in it all day at work. 

This skirt is so cute and flattering!  I'm glad I sized up a size based on other reviews, but it was just perfect! 

I've had this on my hearts forever and finally gave it a whirl.  It fit well but wasn't super flattering on my pooch.  Would be nice with a black blouse/sweater and tights to hold on a bit.  Will rent again likely.

The size 6 wasn't available when I was ordering so I ordered the 8.  I am glad I did!  Normally the 6 can be snug on me.  In this case the size 8 was snug.  Fun skirt.  I would order this again.  Very versatile for everyday work or a high profile work event.

This is probably my favorite item that I have rented it and I've gotten by far the most compliments. It fit perfectly and is so nicely constructed. The ruffle is so cute and feminine!

This skirt is fabulous! The ruffle sets it apart from your typical pencil skirt. The fit is great, and really flattering. The fabric is a great weight, and nicely lined. I got lots of complements in this one!

Loved the length and fit. I wore it with a turtleneck sweater tucked in in a chilly day.  Perfect way to stay warm at work without looking bulky.  I would also wear this in fall or spring with short sleeves and pumps.  Fabric is versatile

Based on the picture I am posting for this skirt, you can see my massive smile how much I loved this skirt. The ruffle design makes this skirt and the fit creates a nice silhouette of your body. Recommend this skirt for all body types, but it is a real win for us curvy ladies.

Love this skirt. Cross hatch pattern is perfect for the office. High quality  material that is lined . Skirt is high waisted and shows off curves in a tasteful way. The side ruffle adds a touch of fun and sass to the piece. I will rent this one again. 

Wore this to work and received a ton of compliments. I am 6' tall and was surprised that the length was perfect and work appropriate. The fabric is structured enough to be forgiving, smoothing and comfortable. Will definitely rent this piece again.

I am 4 months post pregnancy. Usually a size 4 but at the moment a size 12. It has been so frustrating to go to work with a limited wardrobe, so I am trying out RTR. I'm sure glad I did! This skirt is perfect for work. Slimming and I love the style.

This skirt arrived missing the hook/eye closure, but thankfully the RTR team quickly replaced!

I loved this skirt - wore it a few times and received compliments each time. Paired great with boots (still in winter) and a turtleneck but also wore it with pumps and a button down. 
You should rent this skirt - size up 1 size 

The skirt is extremely comfortable to wear it's lined so it lays very nicely I thought the ruffle might add bulk but it's actually in a perfect spot so it's flattering 

Rented to give a presentation In front of a large audience and I love the way it fit. I typically wear a six and sometimes eight… Based on other reviews I chose the eight for today and I'm glad I did because it was the right combination of formfitting but not too tight for work setting. Very comfortable with a little bit of stretch. Also love that it hits right below my knee for a very classy look

Just about every person I interacted with that day gave me a compliment on this skirt. There's no stretch, so be careful with sizing. It's true to size, the end. 

The length was typical for a pencil skirt but the ruffles made it stand out. It's very high waisted and since the ruffles go to the top I felt was limited to wearing a tucked in/fitted shirt. Fit was slightly snug around the waist but I usually wear a 2 and the 2 fit fine - 4 would have been too loose. 

I'm usually between an 8 and a 10, this was quite snug on me so I would size up if you are between sizes. Perfect for work and I got a ton of compliments!
