This is an amazing jacket that works well for a business casual outfit. Great quality and super comfortable.

I loved the way this looked, so professional and work appropriate but yet sexy and feminine. It was perfect for an evening work reception with C-suite execs. 

I LOVED this blazer and wish I didn't have to give it back. It's professional but a fresh take on the average work blazer. The ribbon tie is a nice accent, it's comfortable and flattering on multiple body types. Good for petite, busty girls and has functioning pockets. Lots of compliments.

This is a great jacket, well made, and has a bit of visual interest with the tie closure. 

I thought this was just ok but I received compliments all day so I guess it’s good?  Probably could have sized down. 

Love love love this blazer! It's super versatile, you can dress it down or make it more professional for work. I paired it with a black lace camisole and leather leggings. I'm seriously considering purchasing this. It fits true to size. 

Unlike some of the other reviews I thought this blazer fit true to size. And the tie and pulled in waist makes the fit more feminine than most blazers. I'd say this is a good blazer for petites or people who don't usually like blazers.

Loved this blazers and its versatility of use. Wore with both pants and later on a skirt. Super comfortable while still suitable for office wear!

Wish the sleeves are slightly longer. Tight around the shoulder.

Arm length and waist was very good for petite frame. Was low enough I needed a cami underneath, but was a great business professional look. Because it needs to be tied/buttoned, recommend for more standing than sittting days

Paired with the lace tank/camisole, and got ALL the compliments. People were raving. Like others, I opted to not button and just tie for a slightly more cinched waist. *It did open up a lot when I was sitting down, likely due to my height, so maybe not for a seated panel, or anything like that. May rent again and pair with dresses, etc.

Closure was a little strange as the tie gave me the perfect silhouette but the button would’ve made the jacket too loose. So I just used the ribbon and left it unbuttoned (you can’t see it)

If you're looking for a professional blazer with a little bit of interest, this is a great pick. I am busty, so I really dislike the  oversized blazer trend. This piece fits well and is slimming.

Felt very professional in this- beautiful fit!

This was a beautiful professional look for work. I loved the ribbon tie for a feminine look.

I styled this basically the same as the model. Throw on over a black top and pants, and BOOM, professional BOSS. I go between a 4 and 6 (always a 6 in Veronica Beard for example), but the 4 fit well here. Great staple piece for work. 

The jacket fits well and the tie is a nice touch. There is the snap closure beneath it so you can adjust size but that wasn't a problem for me. 

Not too formal but put together. Wore with black skinny jeans

Wore this with black top and pants to the office for something professional that could switch things up.  Nice fabric with woven zigzag pattern I couldn’t really see in the photos.  Fitted style.  Great fit though sleeves VMware a little short on me so I rolled them up.

I thought that since it had a tie waist it would be adjustable, but it is not. There is a snap that holds it together. As a result, it was a little big for me (I am a 00 and got the 0), but it still looked nice and put together. I ended up wearing this a bunch of times.

I loved wearing this work. Management is supposed to be in full suits day in and day out and this just gave me extra flair. Love the delicate bow and the design in the fabric. 

Cutest and best fitting blazer I've ever worn. The detailing is subtle yet still a statement, and it fit so proportionally well throughout. Received tons of compliments. Definitely recommend a rental!

The fit was too relaxed and baggy. It just looked frumpy

This is one of my favorite jackets, I've rented it a few times and would buy if cheaper.
