Easy work dress, liked it more in person than online. Light fabric and could work in fall or in the winter with tights.

I love this dress! It was super flattering as it nipped in the waist. It was great for work and not too short. It looks great with or without a suit jacket. There's also a little stretch in the waist. 

The fit and high waist of this dress are very figure flattering. Easy to dress up or down.

Great fit, fabric and length. My sister has the same dress. Great for winter w tights  or spring. Def recommend 

The dress was comfortable the pattern wasn't exactly was I was expected but that didn't change my opinion about it. The length was good and the material was really comfortable. True to size 

This dress was a huge hit for me.  Perfect length, comfortable, true to size - received MANY compliments!

There was nothing wrong with this dress - it fit fine, fabric was as expected, etc. - but it just wasn't flattering. I felt like it made me look larger than I am and was matronly. With so many good options on RTR, save your slot and go for something else.

This dress is so cute and very flattering! It fits true to size. The sleeves were a little short on me but I do have long arms. Overall I was very pleased with this rental! 

Fits like a typical RT dress, sleeves a bit short on me and skirt slightly shorter than I'd prefer for work so I'd size up next time for length.  Still appropriate with tights.  Bodice fit well, has shirring/ smocking on the sides so there is wiggle room.

This is a really light, easy-to-wear dress. The elastic on the sides makes the fit nice. The color is black, not navy blue 

The dress is a bit more formal looking in-person as the fabric is shiny/satiny. There are stretchy panels at the ribcage, so larger busts probably don't need to size up. It runs a little bit large to size, I probably could have gone a size down for a more fitted look. The fabric weight was perfect for a summer/fall transition, or winter/spring. 



Great, easy dress for fall. I wore it once with flats and once with booties. The button up front and zipper back made it easy to wear, even though I'm 6 months pregnant. The floral pattern is sweet but not overpowering, and the fabric's texture looked nice all day.

The material is super soft and comfortable. Loved the pattern and how it fit. Wore it for Christmas Eve. 

This dress looks great with black tights. It was a bit too form fitting for work (size 6, 34D) so I added a jacket. 

Well tailored shoulders and great body fit.  Pretty and easy to wear.

Well made and fit was perfect. I loved the flow of the fabric. Nice for transitioning to the early days of spring.

Fit perfectly - well tailored so that with zipper and stretch panels it will fit a lot of body types. Usually I am scared of prints but this one was small enough and neutral enough to be just right. Sleeves were a little long and flouncy but it was so comfortable I kept wearing it. 

I have not worn it yet but it fits great and will definitely wear out soon!

Very easy, silky summer office dress. Very lightweight. Cute pattern. 
10 fit me comfortably and well, but if I owned it I would take it in on the side for a cleaner fit. 
I wore it with beige flats to the office and then black heels for a quick wedding. 
Too short for office in back in heels in my opinion. 
It's also versatile. Can be worn to drinks after work and can see it worn down with sneakers or open sandals for brunch. 
I'd buy it if it was cheaper. 


Love the soft material, nicely made. Fits mostly well on my petite size except for the back on top so I wore with a blazer 

I wore it with black tights and black booties.  It isn't a think fabric, but cute!

shirring on the sides allowed the dress to be both billowy and fitted.  it is high waisted.  the fabric had a nice drape and sheen

Loved this silk dress - paired with tights and booties - wore to a work meeting as well as to church. Very fitted look with elastic on the side which is form hugging but forgiving and extremely comfortable. The silk gives it a very elegant look. Would rent again!

Fits very well, work appropriate or would be good for a semi casual event. Thin material, although the skirt is lined. Color feels like it's good for winter or fall but it would not be good in cold weather

Rented with my unlimited and this was a big success.  I am a 0/2 and went with the 0 based on other Rebecca Taylor items.  Fit perfectly.  And looked great with black tights and heeled mules.  A great fall dress - highly recommend.

Easy to wear. If you have a larger bust there is smocking around the rib cage area so it will fit!! Yayyy!

Fit perfectly and was very comfortable! Work appropriate but could be worn day or night. I would definitely rent again!
