Rented this for a work conference and wore it twice- great fitting 

This blazer is perfection.  It has the perfect fit and the perfect princess sleeve!  Loved everything about it.

The color is more a dark grey than black, so it didn't match my black pants as the photo shows. Was slightly tight in the shoulders with the puffy sleeves and material was a bit scratchy. 

This does run small but the perfect piece for casual fridays

I wore this while 35 weeks pregnant and although I couldn't close the front button the blazer was perfect left open. Cute and professional. 

I cut of this blazer is stylish and feminine. It's a classic for sure - I wore it with a work dress, to an interview, to a board meeting, and for a night out. I'll eventually buy it, it goes with EVERYTHING!

Fit was great. I usually have to size up because my arms are more developed but this blazer fit great.

Loved this blazer. Fit like a dream and the sleeves made me feel really pretty and feminine even in my work clothes. It was exactly true to size in my opinion. Looked great with both dresses and pants. Wish I could purchase but it's a bit pricy.

Absolutely perfect for a professional event 

It's more than a black jacket. You are suddenly a little extra but in a good way. Slap on a pair of jeans and a tee with this and you feel special, not lazy. Put it over a floral dress and you are French chic. It moves you up a bitch. But no that it definitely runs small. Especially in the shoulders or if you are one of us extra gifted girls in the 'up top' department. Just figure it out and rent it.

This is a simple black blazer, but has nice details. I especially like the pleats at the top of the sleeves. Unfortunately, it was just slightly big on me, so I returned it without wearing.

A little snug on my chest, I would size up if you're a D or higher. Cute shoulder detail.

Cute and sophisticated, but the shoulders and arms are too tight. I couldn't wear it and returned it.

Style seems dated.  Shoulders just didn't work and the rest of the fit wasn't flattering. I feel it may work for a taller, longer torso.

This blazer is quality, very well tailored and great non-wrinkle material 

It was exceptionally easy to pull together my denim + blouse combo with this blazer and be work-ready in a snap!  I always look for a unique detail or silhouette when renting pieces, and adored the extra "oomf!" this shoulder gave my work outfit. I paired this blazer with dark skinny jeans, a long sleeve lace top, and black suede pumps.  I work at Rent the Runway and constantly see new pieces - this one I would rent again as it's a staple with a touch of an upgrade.

Fit Note:  I have broader shoulders and slender arms and did find that while this blazer ran true to size through the chest and shoulders (I'm typically a SM/6R)  I did feel the sleeve length was a bit short.  The sleeve hem sat just above my wrist and I would have loved another 0.5-1.0" to the length for it to not feel as though it was riding up.

Love this for of this blazer, but I did notice that the material attracted fuzz and lint quite easily. 

This is cute looking but not wearable. It runs way too tight in the shoulder width, and also the sleeves were too short. It seemed like it was a "petite" in sizing.  I was not able to wear it unfortunately.
