Brought this to a business trip to Vegas and it was a perfect smart dinner dress. Threw on a grey sweater when it was chilly at night. 

Tailored fit but with room to move. Comfortable and chic. 

This dress looks so much better in person than in the picture.  The material is thick and high quality with a bit of stretch.  Also has a lining which is nice.  
The other ladies in my office loved it! It's beautiful and professional.  

This dress fit very well (true to size) and was quite flattering to my curvy shape. The material was nice and you can tell it it well made. I also loved the slate blue color. I would rent this one again for sure.

Fit a little tight and short but loved it. 

I liked this dress. The color is nice and perfect lengrh for work. Wrinkles fairly easily. Good quality/lined. 

I rented a size up based on other reviews and it fit with some room to spare, but I think my normal size may have been a tad small. The color is more muted in real life, but it's a beautiful dress. My only gripe was how wrinkled it got after sitting at a desk at work. 

Loved the color and weight of the fabric of this dress. It was very forgiving and looked great with and without a blazer. I wore this for a professional international business trip. The slit in the back is a bit high at 5'6" tall, and it was a little big in the chest and the abdomen / butt area for me. Overall, liked the dress a lot and felt it was a very solid choice, but if I owned it, I would want it tailored to make it fit me better. Probably would've fit a more curvy woman well.

Dress is beautiful. Classic and great color that makes it standout and unique. Material is a good thickness, so no lines of undergarments show. I received so many compliments at the office! I'm in between size 2 and 4 so it wasn't as fitted as I typically prefer. I'm planning to rent in the future in a size 2. Fingers crossed it is more fitted. 

This dress was really cute and I loved the color! The slit in the back was a little high but I wasn't too bothered by it. 

When I first saw the dress it looked pretty blah to me. Then I put it on and found it very flattering. The cut is really nice and simple but unique. I also LOVE the color; its a dusty blue/teal color which looks great with a similar eye color. The fabric is a bit thick, but I found it okay to wear on a warm summer day. I think it would also look great with tights and boots in fall. 

This is an understated and elegant dress for any professional setting.  The color is a bluish-grey earth tone.  It fits true to size and isn't too tight or short for tall athletic women.  I wish I could buy one in every color!

Fitted but loose enough in the right places. If taller the length falls right above the knee. Would of loved it a little longer for me- the slit behind is a little high. It was tight on me to get on but fit well once on. Loved it!

Dress is comfortable, flattering and well made. It's a classic style that can work with a jacket, sweater or wrap. Fit was spot on to my normal size.   Not a "wow" dress, but a great piece. 

I paired this dress with a Victoria Beckham wrap belt and black heeled gladiator sandals and it was perfect for a day at the office.

I liked this dress and the material. The fit was ok, nothing too flattering. It was comfortable to wear though. 

The cut and style of this dress is classic sheath and so flattering! The fabric is thicker, so it hides bumps and keeps its shape. Great structure and cool faded denim blue color. I don't want to give it back! 

I wore this dress to give an important presentation at work, and this dress was really perfect for the occasion! I was worried it might be too pastel, but in person the color is a beautiful, rich, medium blue. I paired it with a cream colored blazer. The dress has a nice structure to it, and I felt really good in it all day!

I've been wearing a 6 in the designer dresses and Rebecca Taylor was no exception.  I wore this dress for my Grandma's memorial because she loved blue.  I felt great in the dress for the long period of time I wore it.  I even wore it on the metro and lugged around suitcases in it - super comfortable.   If I had the money, I'd buy it!  The pic does not do it justice but it's the only one I had.

This was incredibly comfortable for a business casual dress! I loved the color and the length, especially with heels. The material is thick, but it isn't heavy or hot and it doesn't have any stretch. It can be difficult to find a business casual dress that isn't a boring black or gray, so this stood out to me and I wouldn't hesitate to wear this to work or in a more sophisticated setting. 

Love this dress! Effortlessly stunning. Will rent again.

This dress is great for a work event - I wore it to a conference in San Diego and I liked it because the fabric is fit (forgiving!) but the style is fitted so it still makes it kind of sexy.  I wore it with a blazer during the day and then took that off for evening.  Got complimented that it brought out the color of my eyes.  The one star deduction is because the bottom hem was out -- and that's how I received it.  RTR should have noticed that before they sent it out.  It was too late (I got it two days before my conference) so I didn't have time to contact RTR or have something else shipped.  I used fashion tape to hold it up but it still looked a little "bubbly" [like not flat] so that was the only bummer.  

Lovely fabric and color. Ran big. I'm normally a 4 and I got a 2 in this one--and it was roomy! But work to work and lots lots of compliments

Loved this dress! Wore to work, paired with brown/tan heels & mixed media accessories. This dress laid on me just the right way, flattered my shape with a great outline and the Material was perfect for late November in Florida. I felt great in this dress. The color is very subtle, different from most general hues. Very complimentary. 

The dress is conservative but stylish and was perfect for work under a cardigan 

The dress was a little roomier, which I prefer for professional appearances to not be too sex-ified. The color is beautiful and the material was thick, so it should work with any variety of underthings.

Color is a beautiful cadet blue.  Needed to wear a streamlined bra so my bra wouldn't show through armholes.  Can accessorize this in many ways.

Really liked the subtle blue/grey color of this dress. Liked the fit a lot in the bottom, but I found the top sleeve area fit strangely. You could definitely see my bra on the sides if I lifted my arms. The sleeves also sat off the shoulder a little bit, kind of like a pilot costume or something. That was my only complaint. 

The thing that stood out the most about this dress is the incredible fabric. See the closeup fabric photo.  It is so forgiving with a luxurious silk lining. This dress was high cut around the arms so no bra showed through. The fabric was firm enough to provide some tummy support. Stretchy enough around the bust area to not make you feel flattened and the sleeve length is just enough not to be sleeveless. As you can see, this is longer on me than model (I am only 5'3") but it made it perfect for business.  I wish I had worn Spanx for a better smoothing, but this is an overall flattering dress. Received compliments all day long.  Wish I owned this one!
