Looks classy and professional. It’s on a larger side, especially around the shoulders. You may want to size down. The belt makes it adjustable to fit your figure. The fabric is not too light, so the dress works for cooler weather or an office with a cold AC. Easy to wear. 

I wore this to work twice and it’s really cute w/ boots or heels.

Great lightweight statement dress. I received several compliments on this dress and felt great in it all day. It runs a bit large so the tie for the waist was a must for me!

Loved the colors and pattern on this dress and received numerous compliments! I wish this was a more tailored/fitted dress, though. Without the belt, this dress definitely hangs loose and boxy, but the belt helps a lot. I found it a bit too squared off around my shoulders for me, even when it was cinched at the waist. 

I was feeling bloated and like I didn't want anything touching my skin and this dress was perfect for that! Mostly because it ran a bit large. The fabric is thin and it does come with a belt that I didn't use because it made the ruffles look odd. Great dress for a pop of color during the winter!

I love this print, but the fabric was very thin and not the quality i expected. Didn't wear in the end bc I'm a size 12 and this was too large.

It's a great quality dress but does run large 

The dress looked a bit different than I expected, but it was still beautiful. I'm petite so I belted it to make it more flattering. It's super comfortable and best of all...pockets!

Absolutely love this dress. I was planning on wearing it once and sending back but think I'll keep it for another week because it's so stylish and comfortable. I wore it out to a nice dinner in NYC and paired it with boots, but it was also appropriate in the office. The belt (which comes with it in a separate bag) is a must.
