I wore it with a suit jacket and it looked great. 

The top fit great, however the skirt of the dress is tight and held together by snaps. This would not snap over my hips. 
Made with thick good quality fabric 

Kinda reminded me of a stewardess. But fit just right and is stretchy

I´d say the fit is a little small.  I usually wear a size 2.  This looked great on, but I had limited range of motion with my arms...like it was very difficult to lift my arms over my head (to fix my hair).  I had to have someone else zip me in and out of the dress.  

Fits great and is an amazing choice for a work event or holiday like Christmas where you want to be cute and fashion forward but be classy enough for church :) so comfy and glam!

This dress is a nice simple work dress with a little flair. Love the color!!

I am normally a size 8/10 and found that this dress was a bit snug across the hips and a bit loose across the top. I loved the color and asymmetric hem, but ultimately was a bit short for work (didn't stop me from wearing it though!) I am 5'8", for reference

This dress definitely embraces all your curves (so take that as you will). I've only ever owned Rebecca Minkoff's purses, so it was disappointing to see how cheap the material was and it just doesn't fit well. It's too thin of fabric to be acceptable in my work office at least.

Loved the cut and color of this cute dress! Hit me just above the knee. Loved the asymmetrical  skirt and gold buttons are classy. Fitted but not too tight. Perfect for work and can go to dinner too. Will definitely rent again! 

The color of this dress is really lovely. It's a nice dress for work but I didn't feel like it was anything too special. 

It didn't fit as I expected. It was big in the waist and hip area. Kinda just hung on my body weird. Not obsessed but it was okay for a day at work. 

This poor dress arrived in a shambles! Broken hangar, balled up in the garment bag. I steamed it out and it popped back together. Lots of love for the asymmetrical hemline. I love the "berry" color. A little shorter than what I usually wear, so I wore a little pair of bloomer shorts underneath. Watch for gaps and the snaps on the front! Cute and different. Nice material. Winner! 

Definitely going to rent this in black at some point. The zipper was a bit tough (due to dry cleaning I bet). Felt like a million bucks. 

A little tight but I received so many compliments, so adorable. But be aware if it is tight on you the snaps are not for show they are actual snaps that can undo. 

It definitely rubs smaller and was very tight right at the rib cage. It's short but was so cute on.

I ended up not wearing this dress. Despite sizing up, it was still tight at my waist. And there was a LOT of extra fabric on the back. It wasn't for my dimensions.

Comfortable, wore it to work. No issues with sleeves. Color was less red than I thought, more purple or mauve.

Overall, this dress was great. The color is spectacular. The top portion was very loose and roomy compared to the bottom portion, which fit perfectly. I didn't really mind the bagginess all that much, but do think it would be a little more perfect if it had a more tailored fit. 

Didn't end up wearing this dress because it was too tight in the middle. The dress was good quality and fit well everywhere else. 

Rented this same one in black in a 0 and would recommend sizing down.  I think the 2 was fine, but it was big.  There's an odd difference in sizes - I just thought this one was kind of swimming on me in weird places.  But it's a decent work dress, probably better for spring or summer than when I wore it in the winter. 

Felt like this was a little too long in the shoulder area for my 5'4 frame, but otherwise a pretty color and good work dress. 

Great dress for work - I liked it didn't LOVE it but it was great for a one time wear! Color is a little different in person. A little short if you are tall or have long legs.

Wore this for work, and I will wear it a few more times before returning it. Love the color- kind of a rich raspberry- and the snaps and asymmetrical hem make it unique. The snaps are legit snaps, so the bottom one does at times unsnap on me, so you have to watch for that. Darts for bust don't line up with my chest at all, although I'm not busty either. Could be filled out more if you're bustier, but then the sleeves would be more restrictive so it's kind of an odd fit there. Not much stretch to the dress, but I did have a baby 11 mos ago and it did cover my reducing baby belly really well, so there is a little room to breathe. The snaps also help to visually slim. Love this and fun to wear but I don't know that I would buy it. Photo is taken after working at a desk for much of the day, so creases slightly but not bad. BF complimented me before work this morning, so it's a win there!

Pretty color and unique buttons. Fit was loose on top and comfortable but a little tight on bottom, so returned it. Cute in pictures though. Not practical for work.

Snug on my hips, I'd size up if you're pear shaped. 

The fit of this dress is so flattering and the asymmetrical design with gold button snap detail gives it some flair. Was a perfect dress to wear to work. I'm excited to rent the black color too!

Very pretty color however does run small. I'm a full D, size 6 and it was tight across chest. Couldn't raise arms up to give someone a hug. Getting myself zipped was a true struggle. The buttons on bottom will pop open if dress too tight around thigh area. If in doubt SIZE UP

Nice work dress. Color is plum-ish. The fit is a little odd - can't lift arms all the way up because restrictive sleeves and my chest doesn't fill the top out. But overall, I like this dress. Will wear it once to work.
