This is classic woven style is updated with cutest embroidered details. It adds a small element of interest. This is a light weight fabric makes for easy wear in all seasons. I would pair with white jean shorts, high waisted jeans, or under a cardigan. It's an easy fit that's pretty true to size, but I do like a more relaxed fits with my wovens. 

I love this top! I've been looking for a light, professional dress shirt from RTR and this is great. Fits well and is a cute take on a classic style! Would rent again.

I have been waiting and waiting for this shirt to become available to rent! The multi colored hearts are such cute details that make a traditional button-up collared shirt so much more fun to wear. I got compliments from my coworkers as soon as I walked in to the office. I was nervous about renting the XS, but Rails shirts run large so the XS actually fits really nicely. Material is lightweight and comfortable - may consider buying I love it so much! Will definitely wear this time and time again in a variety of ways.

The mini hearts all over make this a fun day to evening shirt. I wore it multiple times and loved it!

Super cute shirt, wore this work but can be cute for almost anything else. Thin material but the heart designs give it an extra flare. Recommend! 

Pros: This shirt is very soft and comfortable. I love that the small embroidered hearts make it stand out from other striped button downs. It's very breathable, and I got a few compliments on it.

Cons: It's pretty thin so I opted to wear a cami under it for work. I started with it untucked, but the bottom got pretty wrinkled in the first 2 hours so I decided to tuck it in which still worked great for me.

I have loved every Rails button down I have rented. Soft, stylish, and somehow a little sexy. This one isn't as flowy as the RACSI tops. A little more structured and slim, but the same thin/soft fabric.

I work in refining and must wear jeans and long sleeve shirts when visiting our refinery. This shirt was perfect for visiting during the summer. It's light and comfortable but polished. True to size. 

Loved the traditional style with the fun hearts. Comfortable shirt, not stiff at all. 

Good basic but the thin material and design definitely make it more casual rather than a work piece. I wish the material were a little thicker but it's still cute with jeans and sneaks. The medium fits like a S/M.

The XS fit me perfectly, in that it was just a littttle loose in a very comfortable awesome way. The fabric is very lightweight, which was great for a fall day in LA where the temp was 50 in the morning at 75 in the afternoon - it worked for both.

This shirt was great.  I wore it twice.  I went with a M, even though I typically wear a small.  It was loose, but didn't look oversized or ill-fitting.  I wore it untucked, paired with jeans and booties.  The little hearts are a great detail, but not too cutesy.  Really liked this shirt.

Was great for work. Clean and professional with a little bit of fun! Did a nice French tuck and was good to go. I got the large because the medium was not available. It worked fine being a bit big.

I ended up getting an XL (normally a M-L) because that's all they had a available but it still looked great! Thin enough that I wore a t shirt under it but still looked great. 

I wore this shirt 4 times in 2 weeks while traveling for work. Absolutely loved it. It fits well enough that it didn't gap in the bust on me and it hung nicely. Can't wait to rent again. If it drops in price I would totally buy it later.

The fabric of this shirt is awesome. It's thin and cool like linen, but doesn't look wrinkly at the end of the day. Cute patterns of embroidered hearts set this shirt apart from boring. 

Super soft, very cute. Kinda see-through so needed a cami underneath. A really cute practical shirt. 

Will rent this again. Lightweight enough for summer. Boyfriend fit.

Ran large so I only wore it under a sweater. Was. Super cute print. 

I rented this top to wear to work. I liked the little hearts that were embroidered all over. The top fit great and I paired it with navy pants and nude mules. 

The shirt just felt very cheap and rubs small. The sleeves were super short, so had to roll the cuffs. And it's short in the torso as well. I work in a very casual work environment and I wouldn't even wear it to work because it's so thin. Not a winner in my book. Wore to run errands on a sunny day
