Love love love this shirt so much. It's the perfect fit, length, weight, everything. I paired it with the free people wide legged pants and loved the look! Will definitely be renting again

Definitely a shirt you can wear to the office, but also everyday. Wrinkles easily, but is cute overall. 

Really fun print! I didn't realize it had tiny stars when I ordered. It arrived a bit wrinkled, but easily fixed with an iron. I wore it to work tucked in with suit pants. Fits true to size. Rails shirts tend to be cut a bit shorter than other brands. Still comfortable and easy to wear. 

Medium fit large on me so would get a small next time but overall, cute top! 

Perfect style and pattern for work. Great wearing alone or with a blazer. Fabric is pretty durable I feel. Also goes well with jeans. 

Loved this! Not much stretch and it does wrinkle easily so I wouldn't purchase but it was great for a fun work top. I would rent again. I got tons of compliments.

Comfortable, lightweight, cute and flattering.

I loved this shirt! It has a unique pattern that's still appropriate for a traditional business casual environment. At first I didn't know what to do with the tie, but I found it looks best tying it in a low single knot. 

Very cute top, perfect V-neck cut.  The tie was a nice touch.

I wore this blouse twice during my rental period. Once out to brunch with friends and another to my business casual office. It paired well with denim jeans and brown booties or slacks and dressy flats. Perfect versatile and flattering blouse!

This top is so much better in person! It is navy, not black, so keep that in mind. I love the tie around the neck, I felt very French :).

Went rent again and in the same size. Sleeves were too short, but I rolled them up. The bow around the neck made the shirt! Wish the sleeves were longer though as I'm 5'8 and a larger size shirt would be way too big as I'm small chested and the shirt already fit loose.

If you are anything larger than maybe a C-cup, be prepared to wear a camisole to work. That being said, this is a really fun shirt. 

Didn't wear because I didn't like the star print. Still a flattering fit though.

Definitely recommend for a casual work outfit, but the top part slips up and the neck pulls back. It's a little too short to tuck the back into pants.

Loved the easy fit of this, good length to wear tucked or not. I am between a 4-6 and wore the M and wish I got the S. The neck ties are quite long so if that will bug you keep that in mind!

I liked the pattern, but it was a little boxy and, unlike a lot of other brands I wear from Rent The Runway, didn't fit my petite frame very well.  The under-arm area was big, and the sleeves were a little awkward.  I did get a few compliments, and I did like the pattern. 

This wasn't a bad shirt just not for me. It was too short but the print was nice. Other then the cut the shirt was great. 

I liked the design and fit of the shirt. However I was hoping it would be a little more drapey. It was more fitted. Also fabric wrinkled very easily and looked sloppy by the end of the day. 

I'm 128-130 lbs 5 ft 4. I had to return the XS because the arms were too short. As other reviewers said the torso is also short. If I ordered a S I probably would have worn it. It's a very cute and fun style and can be dressed up for work or down for everyday. 

Good for Friday's at the office or weekends 

The shirt is a little boxy and just didn't sit right on my body so I didn't end up wearing. The neck tie is confusing how it's supposed to go. I couldn't tie it so it looked correct or natural. Otherwise cute top! Nice subtle pattern.
