I had a problem with the small head opening too.  It&#39;s tiny!

DESIGN: I really liked the design of this dress but it did not fit me like a glove. BODY FIT: Chest and shoulders fit nicely but my backside and hips did not fill it out. (This is a problem I have regularly being petite but busty.)  I also did not love that the dress stopped about 3 inches below my knee when I stood up; if I owned it outright I would tailor it shorter. Likely great for taller ladies. I also had a hard time getting the dress on; I had to step into the side of it and pull my face and hair through the small head opening. Be warned: do your hair and makeup after you put the dress on! It did crease heavily when I sat down because they material (although comfortable) is not stretchy. 

This dress would have been an awesome work outfit BUT there is a small opening in the back that makes it impossible to wear with a sweater in a conservative environment. The dress looks much better without a sweater. Runs a bit small - I wear a 4/6 in dresses and the 6 was good. 

Fit good, has pockets!  Added a jacket for an award ceremony.

I liked that it didn't have a slit, as I sometimes have problems with those. The back cutout was a nice detail. 

I wore to work and it ended up being a 14 hour day!  The only thing that protested was my feet!  The dress had awesome stretch and came just at the knees like the picture.  Covered enough but still felt sexy.  I got lots of compliments.  I love the pockets too!  I could shove my phone it and continue on hospital rounds!

I love this dress.  My sole critique is that it was a bit too tight on top and a bit too loose on the bottom.  I have a large chest and hips, and small waste.  My waist was lost a bit, while it was very tight over my chest.  But this dress is perfect for work, the back cut-out allows for just enough edge and still be professional. 

I purchased this as a back-up option for something to wear to a rehearsal dinner.  I had just had a baby 2 weeks ago, so I wasn't sure what we be flattering on my new body. I would up going with a different RTR option as the pockets did not flatter my midsection.  Very comfortable though!

Sophisticated style.  I wasn't sure about the look when I left for work, but I received many compliments throughout the day that gave me more confidence.  Fitted on top, but I didnt find too tight at all (34C chest) and room in skirt (I am a bit curvy in thighs).  I will rent again.  

Dress fits perfectly except a little tight in the bust, but I'm really busty, so that's life. Otherwise, it's giving me life. 

I'm glad I followed previous reviewers' advice and ordered a size up. I struggled a little when I attempted to shimmy the dress over my hips, but the end result was beautiful. Fitted but not too tight for a school environment. A black sweater hid the opening in the back. This dress is perfect for work/night out transition. I didn't want to take this one off!

i'm between a 10 and 12, and i wore the 12. it fit really well (10 would definitely be too tight in the bust). Nice slimming cut, and if you get the correct size, it's flattering for the belly area (front pleats create a little give). the only reasons i knocked off one star is b/c of the side zip with a very difficult to use hook (but i eventually got it) and the fact that i had to wear a racerback bra and not a standard bra. minor things, but worth mentioning. 

I ordered the 8 but didn't wear it; it didn't fit. I am a 36DD bra size, and I couldn't get it zipped over my breasts even without a bra on.

I liked this dress for work, but it was a little larger in the hips for me. I think it would work best on an hourglass figure. Material has some stretch to it, which is nice. I'm a few months post pregnancy, and this dress was a nice cut with great fabric design to hide a little extra tummy, if needed.

The material was great though, just not a great look on me.

You must have a very small head or else you may not be able to put this dress on...
I think the dress is really pretty and fit for office wear however, putting it on is quite a challenge... Also, if you are a bigger bust size than a B, don't even bother with this one. It is extremely tight and, I am only a C size.
