This dress is gorgeous, fits perfectly, and really suited the Christmas event I attended.  The red is a dark red and the fabric has a good give to it while remaining structured.  Highly recommend.

This was AMAZING!!!  I did this for an event that many big named people would be at, I was complimented all night!  Very chic and classy!  The shoulders gave it the edge and the length made it very classy.  The material was so elegant and did have a little stretch.  Very impressed!

Pros: Fit my 38.5" hips and flat 34A chest like a glove. Perfect for an outdoor event in South Carolina in February. The material is thick wool crepe. The length was perfect for  my 5' 9" height and the slit at the knee was SEXY! Cons: The dress was ready for retirement. Too much dry cleaning meant the color was faded and tired. The boning was busting through the lining and there was a tiny hole on the back seam, right on my butt. But the incredibly professional customer service at RTR meant that I got sincere apologies and a full refund. Excellent customer retention. I have rented since then and been very happy.

Good for winter and outdoor affairs. The color was so pretty and not may other people wear red so, I loved it. 

Gorgeous dress and material. Utterly unique, will undoubtedly turn heads.

Body conscious but demure. The dress has a very flattering cut and it is also an unusual design. No risk of looking like someone else at the party:)

Really wanted this to work but it didn't!  I am usually a true 8 and tried this in two sizes (8 and 10) and neither worked.  It is pretty tight on the arms and I assume that is intentional since the overall look is meant to look very tailored.  But my arms are on the meatier side relative to the rest of me and so the size that was right for the rest of my body was too tight at the arms.  The 10 was more or less ok on my arms, still not great, but then the waist was just a touch looser, which made the dress lose its charm.

fit way too tight, especially in the bust area

OMG--So wanted this dress to work for me. The cut, design, fabric, construction, all just gorgeous but it runs very small. The size 6 could have worked but the built in boning was no longer sewn in and was cutting into my skin below the ribcage. This sooooo sucked because if the boning had not been loose this dress would have been amazing for the premier of my film. Arrggghh! The lovely woman I spoke with at RTR made everything right by offering me a future rental as the back up dress was too big and this dress was damaged. Love the customer service!  Also, if you rent this amazing dress, you really must not have small shoulders or a small back as it will not fit well on the upper body--gorgeously made! Runs very small.

The arms on the dress were a little too tight for me so it felt a little snug.  The chest,waist, and hips fit fine.  If it were not for the arms I would say the dress runs true to size.  Ended up wearing another dress from rent the runway that the stylist recommended.  

I rented the size 8 and size 6 of this dress for a black tie benefit I was attending for my job. Both sizes arrived damaged. The size 8 had shoddy repair stitching on the bodice, and the size six had a visible stain on the front of the dress. I was appalled. When I called customer service about the issue the representative accused me of wearing the dresses and causing the damage. Now I was appalled and offended. My first RTR was positive, and this being the second I am telling everyone I know how abysmal the service I received was. This dress is hot, but as is... not. 

Oh, and if you're thinking of renting this damaged dress anyway, the bodice is a little small, if you're a C or larger it might be a squeeze.
