Styled with boots and a belt, super comfortable, lots of room in skirt, fabric was more stiff than I expected but a quick iron helped smooth and soften it.

Classic Ralph Lauren shirtdress, very forgiving and adjustable. The eyelet trim at the bottom gives this classic some feminine appeal.

This was nice and constructed but still comfortably breezy.  I didn't realize the holes went up so high but it wasn't noticeable.  Love this dress.

Love the ability to cinch at the waist. Great color. 

Wore this for work. Loved the detail of the skirt.

Material has a little weight to it, great for winter to spring transition or summer to fall. Runs a little bit. I’m usually a 6 and could size down in this (I had the small and still had room)

I loved this dress for a conference and will definitely be wearing to the office. Very light and airy but still a nice fall color so multi seasonal. 

The cutouts were higher than expected on the skirt. But overall I felt really good in this dress for work. 

I wore this on a cool spring day with cowboy boots for a relaxed afternoon party.   It was cute, comfortable, and trendy.

This was a great dress.  It’s a true army green.  The eyelet is pretty high up the thigh so I had to wear a slip.  It also wrinkles easily.   But it’s cute and fun.  

liked this a lot but the only issue is that some of the laser cut outs are kind of high, especially if you lean over, which i wasn’t expecting. so for work i’d suggest wearing something underneath.

I got compliments on this dress all day, it was comfortable and felt like for the waist I could have sized down but if you have broader shoulders/upper back like me just stick to true size

Such a pretty color in person! Loved the details at the skirt, they are a bit scratchy though. I’m relatively short and didn’t have an issue with the cut out details being up too high on my legs like some of the other comments. It is bigger than you’d expect so maybe size down.

Loved the look of this dress, but it’s a heavy material which made it quite warm. The cut outs are quite high on the leg, as well. Lots of fabric, but still a lovely dress.

Love the color and the cutout detail! They do go rather high up the skirt, but I didn’t find the scandalous. There is a lot of fabric and you’d need someone focusing on those holes to be very revealing. Felt like it ties rather high on the waist (and I have a short torso) but I guess if you don’t cinch it like the model this is a non-issue… but without the cinch there isn’t much shape.
Fabric is rather stiff. I think this would be better with a bit of wear to soften and flow better. Overall very ladylike!

Loved this dress for a conference. The drawstring waist made it super comfortable to wear and walk around in for a long day. I sized down and I'm glad I did. I will mention that the embroidered cutouts were a little uncomfortable when I was seated for a bit.

This is the perfect dress to dress up or down as well transition from one season to another. It's beautiful and causal at the same time!

The dress fit great, not too long and roomy in the chest and waist. The drawstring waist helped define w out being too tight. Loved the cut outs at the bottom, they didn't come too high up, was able to wear to a work event and christening. Wanted to buy but just a little too expensive for me! 

RL did it again. The monochromatic eyelet hemline was the perfect touch for this classic shirt dress style. It gives it the extra touch of feminity. Very comfortable cotton blend fabric in the perfect shade of army green. 

Beautiful pattern and cutouts. Super comfy. 

Super roomy and comfy and easy to wear. Effortlessly stylish. Works for the office or weekend. Great over tights as a backdrop to the cutouts. Cinches up for a perfect fit.

So many compliments on the bottom half of the dress.  Simple but unique and easy to wear. 

As others noted, the cutouts are a little high but I think they were small enough for work still. 

This dress was perfect for working a conference - the sleeves were good for chilly meeting rooms, but the lacy cut-outs gave it interest. Pockets are fantastic. Dress it up or down with shoes/accessories. Loved it!

Fit was good but cutouts sit too high on my legs and wouldn't be appropriate for work

Wish it came in a slightly warmer fabric for cooler months

Fit is great and not too long for short girls

The detail in this dress was gorgeous. I wish I had sized down though - then it would have been perfect.
