I liked the print and colors on this but the fit was off for me. I sized up since there is a cami underneath but that still felt a little tight so I was sort of uncomfortable even tho the outer layer is looser. Sleeves were a bit long then too. I ended up wearing under the dark brown Shakoon x RTR "pocket detail shacket" all day. 

Good fit, nice design for a work day. Looks good in person 

Love it!  Wore this dressed up for a party with faux leather pants, and for work with black jeans.  

Fit is great, was perfect for work and out to dinner with coated jeans 

I copied this look straight from RTR. The top was cute, perhaps a touch tight around the shoulders. It fit well otherwise. The length is somewhat short so it looked better tucked in than not.

Comfortable and stylish, but took too much for me to dress it up for work. I’d recommend more for casual wear. 

Perfect fit, love the colors. It's light enough to wear in an air-conditioned office in the summer and would also be good for fall/spring.

Fall colors but could be worn anytime of the year depending on how you style it. True to size.

Great colors that work with blacks brown or tan. More of a work shirt. Arms slightly long. 

Wore to work and got lots of compliments! Really comfortable and looked great.

This was a great, nothing-fancy work blouse. The shoulder poofs were more pronounced than I expected, but I liked them.

This was a really beautiful pattern. A little short in length, but the sleeves were very long. Still comfortable enough to wear all day to work. I wore it twice before sending back. I got quite a few compliments on this one. 

Love the colors for winter and it transitioned well as the warmer weather arrived. Very cute and stylish. Will order again 

Overall really liked this for an elevated business casual look. Sleeves were a bit long and can't be cuffed due to the buttons, but overall fit in shoulders and chest was good and I would not recommend sizing down. 

This shirt was perfect for work.  I loved the print and the long sleeves.  It is warm but not too warm.  It was comfortable. 

Nice work blouse. Material is good for fall. The fit was TTS and there is little stretch, so I suggest larger size if you are between sizes.

A little loose but looked nice tucked in. I wore it with a light pink suit for a conference and got lots of compliments.
