I wore this dress to work. As other reviewers noted, there's not as much color contrast as it appears in the model photos. Otherwise, dress is cute. Quite fitted in the shoulders/chest, but the fabric is stretchy, so it's not a problem. 

It's a great work dress but the zipper wouldn't lay flat even though it felt like it fit right. Maybe it's because the fabric is so thick. 

Great dress for work- so flattering with beautiful details. It's a bit heavy, but the fabric and material sit just right. Can't wait to rent again, one of my favorites so far 

Incredibly flattering fit, very comfortable and you could dress up or down. 

Fit is true to size and has some stretch to it.

This dress is perfect for all occasions and I wore multiple times before returning; work, date night, to hang with friends. Fit so well, very comfortable and true to size. Can dress up or down. Loved it!

Rented this for work - it was a perfect work dress. Sleeves are cute, great length for tall people and not too tight. Material is fairly thick so maybe not the best for height of summer but I'll definitely rent again 

This dress is a standard cut and appropriate for work or drinks etc, it came right down to the very top of my knee. The fabric has good stretch, somewhat thick so will hide any bumps but would not recommend for a 90 degree day. The textured pattern in the fabric is very cool and gives an edge! 

This dress was a perfect fit. It hit just above the knee and fit well through the bust and waist. The flare was just right over the hips to have plenty of flow without being poofy. I got plenty of compliments about it. I liked the weight of the fabric. I do not prefer showing my arms at work so I put a blazer over it, but they were not tight or in any way uncomfortable. Another great rental and lovely dress from Parker and RTR. 

This is a really pretty dress. It's a bit conservative which is exactly what I needed for a work function. Great quality and very comfortable. Received many compliments. Even heard "you always have the best dresses!"  Thanks RTR!

I loved everything about this dress. It was super comfortable, fit like a glove, and hid my pudgy middle section. I'm 5'3" and it hit me right at the knee. It was perfectly work appropriate for my business casual environment, and transitioned well to a nice dinner out. My only tiny nitpick would be that the zipper up the back didn't quite lay flat - it bunched up a little. But I definitely plan on renting again!

The fabric is stretchy, making this dress very comfortable. My husband really liked the way it fit me ;)

Form fitting in chest but flares perfectly. Great length. Love the pattern and texture it creates. Definitely multipurpose..can wear to work, dress up for an evening, etc.

The shape is flattering and the thick, patterned material gave it just enough kick to make it stand out. A+!

I rented this with my Unlimited subscription and bought it immediately after wearing it the first time.  Very cute, versatile dress that can be dressed up or down and worn with tights, boots, flats or heels.

I rented this designer last month and loved the fit. It's a classy dress still that can be dressed up or down. Paired this with the necklace to dress it up as the wedding wasn't super formal. I did receive a lot of "You look amazing, this dress looks 'hot' on you" compliments. Dress is stretchy and runs true to size. 

Casual and comfortable, this dress is a fun material and the pattern is beautiful. 

I loved this dress.  I could have kept it forever.  The weight of the fabric is great for transitioning to fall and the texture gives it a little extra something over a basic navy dress.  Its slightly large for a medium, but the length may have been too short in the small.  It has a bit of stretch but doesn't lose shape throughout the day.  I will keep this in my rotation for future unlimited orders throughout the winter - could definitely be worn with tights, boots and a cardigan/blazer.

Amazing dress. I received so many compliments and I was incredibly comfortable. I plan to rent this again for a wedding this fall. I wear an 8 and the medium fit well; I'm a little broad in my shoulders so it was a little tight there but not uncomfortable. If you are second guessing renting this dress, RENT IT. IT IS AMAZING! 

Update: 10/25/2016 I rented it again. It's that good.

The dress is a work event dream. It's simple, but the ridges give it some flair, and it showed off my curves while covering everything I wanted covered. A statement necklace of sorts will give it some pop. Although it was very stretchy and left plenty of room to breathe, it did sort of pinch annoyingly at the shoulders, but I also have massive, weight-lifting shoulders so this may be more of a "me" problem...

I love this dress! It's comfortable, flattering and easy to pack. I'm a 6 and the medium fit perfectly. 

The top is tight and the waist goes out in a true Aline. I loved it a lot and the material was great. Length was not too short and I am 5'11

Very flattering. Fabric is a bit heavy for summer. A very simple dress but the geometric pattern is flattering. Wore with fitted denim jacket for a more casual occasion and with straps heels for a corporate event.

This fit great for those who like A-line dresses. I'm narrow on top and the small was a perfect fit, I could see it being tight if you have broad shoulders or a bigger chest.  Also a great length for work; I wore it with a light blazer. 

Wore this for a bridal shower and it was a hit. Super comfortable. Fabric was a little too thick for such a warm day but overall it was perfect.

This dress was super cute ! It flatters a slim waist since its fitted on the top. The material is stretchy and a little heavier, not flowy. There's a nice geometric almost Aztec pattern. Fitter around the arms without being tight. I added a slim belt (not photographed) around the waist since it felt like it needed a little something. Wore it for a daytime event. 

This dress is great! The fabric is thick and I loved the texture. It is very flattering and comfortable to wear all day. Would definitely recommend! 

Very comfortable and forgiving.  Stretchy but structured material, very forgiving midsection.  Going to be tough to send this one back!  Plan to wear to a christening, and maybe to work.

This dress was absolute incredible. The fabric had a fair amount of give. The skirt had enough flare out from the waist to have a flowy effect. Also, the imbedded design was also very stylish. 10/10

Fits well, thick material is very comfortable. I threw a belt with it so it wouldn't be quite so plain. 

The fabric on this is flattering and comfortable,but being a bit thicker feels luxurious. Loved the pattern in the print. Deep true navy color. Perfect for work, a daytime event, or a more casual evening date or party. Two thumbs up!

I liked the pattern and it was easy to wear but a forgettable dress.  Wouldn't rent again- even for work cause I feel like we all have a conservative, adequate black or blue dress in our closet.   

This was such a wonderful dress. I had an important meeting at work and felt so confident in this dress. The fit was perfect and it "sucked in" any concerning areas. 

Fit was a touch small in the sleeves but I have an athletic build with wide shoulders and large arms. Other than that, it fit like a dream! Thick fabric that was perfect for fall, but wearable for a cool evening in Florida. Lots of compliments.

Fit of the dress was perfect for me.  I like an "A" line dress.  I wore the XS.  The SM had a bit more wiggle room.   This dress was absolutely worth the $70 to rent.  In fact I might be renting again for a different event.

I would say runs a little larger but not much. Small fit great. Fabric is a little bit on the heavier side so great for fall. The fabric seemed a little more casual to me especially with the pattern. It was so confirms me though and was very cute. Wish I owned it! 

Loved this dress.  The fabric has that nice, thick, spend-like effect and a cool textured pattern.  It was a great work-appropriate length on me (5'8") and looked great with a simple tortoise necklace and black patent pumps.  Only complaint would be about the sleeves - they're just short enough to rub a little under your arms and be annoying about halfway through the day (although admittedly it was a very long day when I wore this dress so might not be an issue for everyone).  P.S.  This dress would travel well and not wrinkle!

Pros- fabric was very thick, stretchy and comfortable to wear. Length was nice and appropriate. Hit about to my knee (I'm ~5'7"). The dress was very versatile. I wore it to work with flats then a wedge for happy hour. I received a few compliments on it. 
Con- the dress ran very big. I wish I would have rented the XS. I usually wear 2-4 but this one kind of hung and was not form fitting. I also expected it to be multi-colored. Black and navy, but I was a solid navy/royal color, making the pattern difficult to see. 
Overall very cute. Good for a professional or conservative event. 

Super comfortable, perfect length, tons of complements.  I'd say it runs true to size/a little big. Definitely bigger than typical Parker dresses. Loved this dress and will definitely rent again!

The patterned navy knit style by Parker is perfect for work or play! The dress material is soft and stretchy, so I would recommend sizing down for your backup size. The bodice hugs your curves and flares out at the natural waist. The fabric is on the thicker side, so there is a little weight to it that adds a high quality feel. While the dress appears as more of a mini style, it actually hits about mid thigh (it will be longer on those under 5'8). Pair this dress with a statement necklace, ankle booties and leather jacket as I have done here for an edgy feminine look!
