Absolutely love this dress. I wore it three times and almost bought it. It's super comfortable and flattering. The sleeves run a little long and the waist is a little loose so I may size down to see if the M is a better fit. 
Ended up wearing this twice for work and then to a holiday party. Would definitely rent again! 

Ran a little large, even with the elastic waistband. Super comfortable. Can be dressed up or down. Will definitely rent again!

I love this dress! It surprised me after see it on the hanger; it's a very flattering fit and super classy.

I am very short and short waisted so this ran a little bit on me. Overall this was good quality and looks very classy!

This was a great rental! Easy to dress up or down, but looks a little on the dressier side. I wore it during 90 degree weather and was still ok because it was a nice, lightweight fabric. It's definitely on the shorter side, but not too short (I'm 5'6). It's very comfortable and flattering!

I got a ton of wear out of this dress. Perfect for client meetings when dressed up, or a typical day in the office when paired with white sneakers. 

Definitely size down. The elastic is probably going on this dress. Super cute, flattering, tons of compliments. 

Such an easy dress with great details. Fit is a bit roomy but still worked for me.

Fits a little larger than I expected--particularly at the top, but overall, worked fine. Very flattering, got lots of compliments. 

Fit was true to size. The waist is slouchy and can be worn a little further up or down, which was perfect for me to accommodate my 19 week baby bump. The material is very silky and was comfortable to wear.

Super cute, was worried it would be too short for work but it wasn't. Definitely size down, I had to keep pulling up the elastic waist all day.

Definitely runs large, but is incredibly flattering and comfy! I'm y'all with an athletic hourglass shape and large chest... it was perfect for me! 

This dress runs big but the small felt good! Its a very chic everyday work dress. I will be renting again!

Loved the style but it was too big on me with wear without belting it.  Great shift dress, great with leather leggings or tights, booties or heels, would definitely size down if you are between sizes.  I am between a 6 and 8 and this was a medium

Dress ran large, especially around the waistline. The length is a little short if you're 5'6 and up. The fabric looked great and felt great on. 

This was a cute dress. Nothing too special about it, but a nice flowy black dress for work.

I am 5,2 and 130lbs and the small was even a bit big. I wonder how the XS would have fit. However, The small didn't look too frumpy. 

Wore this to work with a grey pea coat and black booties 

Pros:
- very comfortable and easy to wear (no zippers)
- looks cute with many different shoes (flats, boots)
- hides any problem areas (stomach)
- cute neck tie

Cons:
- waist kept slipping (loose elastic)

Would rent again

I didn't end up wearing this because it was a little big. I could of got away with it but would rather send it back and get something in its place. Runs a little bug but was really cute and comfortable. 

Good length but overall ran big and sort of baggy- specifically around the waist, felt like it was just slipping down when I wasn't paying attention to adjusting. I wish I had tried the XS, I imagine it would've been perfect.

I wore this dress to work and found it comfortable and cute. Feels very oversized and made with of lots of material--I would have preferred a better fit. That said, I would wear again.

I like this dress so much that I've rented it three times.  It's a fun winter party dress.  Very comfortable.  My only complaint is that the ruching around the waist isn't tight enough so the dress tends to slip down - I wear it with a belt to avoid that.  The top part is flowy enough that you can't see the belt.

The dress runs large so order 1 size down or maybe even 2. I typically wear a small but wore the XS in this dress. It was comfortable and I was able to hide the extra pounds I’m currently carrying. Can jazz the dress up with booties and fun earrings (cannot wear a bracelet because the dress is buttoned at the wrists and a necklace would be too much with the straps from the dress).

Great dress just wish the waist was a little tighter. Was a bit loose and too lowered for my liking. 

I'm usually a medium in Parker but this really overwhelmed my frame. I could barely keep it up on my hips and the top was very blousy. I love Parker and wish the small was available when I rented this! 

Great everyday black dress - perfect for work to date. Runs large as Parker tends to so size down. 

It definitely runs big! I usually wear a size 6 or 8 in dresses and the M was huge!! I went with the small and it fit fine. I didn't think it looked so cute without tights, but with tights it looked nice! I wasn't over the moon for it, but it worked for what I needed!
