Great work dress; material is a bit heavy for the summer; color is very unique xxx :)

I'm 5'3", 135 lbs, and 34DD. I rented this dress for an anniversary dinner. I also wore it to work with a cardigan. I'm normally a size 8 and this dress was a little snug, but it luckily had some stretch to it. I had to pull the dress over my head to get it on. I was able to wear a regular bra, but the sides of the dress showed part of my bra. The material is nice and thick. This was a really comfortable dress and I would recommend it!

True to size. It was thick enough material that adding spanx was not needed! Cozy, not too short, great color.

I am busty and this was a great fit. The double skirt effect at the bottom was so flattering and made me feel feminine. It's a heavy material. Would be great for a holiday party because of the color. 

Obsessed with this dress. It's so flattering, well made and gorgeous. I love the weight of the material, the tiers, the shape. Perfect. Highly recommend.

Loved the material stretch of this dress, super comfortable to work in all day and then transition into cocktails at night. I wore a black blazer over it during the day with black tights and pumps. Highly recommend this style, I have also rented it in all-black. 

The dress is flattering and slims the waist. The ruffles and layers are fun and the fabric is thick. I'm saying it's true to size, which it is, but it's also a tighter fit.

The fabric was thick and held everything in. Gorgeous color. Loved the flirty flair skirt and it was a great length!

This is probably one of my most favorite items I have rented. This dress is made of high-quality material, it is extremely comfortable and easy to move in, not to mention extremely flattering! I got so many compliments while wearing it.

This dress was awesome! Fit perfect, flattering style. True to size. Was able to dance and chase my 5 and 3 year olds all night! Loved it.

I believe RTR carries this in black as well -- I prefer this one. The colours are lovely. It is quite fitted -- not usually my thing -- but looks very 'flattering'.

I wore the XS to a work event in Boston, this dress is very fitted.  The ruffle on the neck does not sit as pictured on the model but other than that a beautiful dress

Fun dress to wear that was comfortable and surprisingly not too short. I was able to wear it to work with a blazer from RTR. Recommend especially if you are planning to go someplace after work to show off your outfit!

Runs true to size. In my case I should have worn a smaller size because it's true to size but also stretchy so the M was big but still looked very cute as an everyday dress. I would rent it again.

I rented this dress for a Kentucky Derby party but ended up wearing it to work instead.  It looks great on camera.  The XS was almost too short for me and I'm 5'9", so if you're taller than that I'd order a small.  The dress is really comfortable.  Highly recommend!

The fit and fabric of this dress were perfect!  The dress fit very true to Size (I am typically a 2 and the xs was perfect). It was so flattering. The ruffle detail at the top was perfect and not too much, the leather trim on the ruffles a great touch. I would rent this dress again!

I attended one of my collegues (and friends) weddings in March. Since it was a winter/early spring wedding and I was going to be at a table with most of my bosses, I needed a dress that was sophisticated, comfortable, non-revealing and most of all, FUN! This dress hit the mark on every single point! The flutter sleeve and cropped neckline was reserved yet fun and the ruffle skirts were long enough not to be indecent, but still really cute and flirty. The XS fit me perfectly since there was a little stretch in the material. I was asked by multiple people where I got the dress. This dress fit me beautifully. As my 4th RtR, this is my favorite so far. Nice and heavy material, hid all lines really well.  My affair was formal so I was concerned that the fabric may have been a little underdressed when I first saw it but the style was so sweet and the leather trim and ruffling jazzed it up perfectly. Heavier bottoms like mine can't slip into this dress, it has to be pulled over your head; something to bear in mind when planning your hairstyle and makeup as the fit is very snug on top. Overall, very satisfied. Loved the forest green color with black trim. Highly recommend for hourglass shape.

Okay, here's the deal; I thought this was a super cute unique dress and that I looked fabulous in it. My husband hated it. He said the extra ruffle was dorky and I looked like a christmas tree lol. So there are two very different opinions for you :) one other note, it felt a little too dressy for work. More of a party dress than an office dress. 

Loved this dress and color.  I had gained weight but in this dress I was confident and comfortable! 

The material is heavier so it smooths all lines (spanx aren't mandatory!)  The cut, the neckline, the trim, all make this a fun dress that attracted compliments but not all the attention (which for a work party was perfect). The color was beautiful as well.

I loved this dress, but it ran just a tad small. If you are self conscious about the dreaded "armpit fat" this dress is a hit or miss depending on your shape. My armpit fat poked out a little and I had to readjust throughout the evening. 

After a shipping debacle, RtR sent me this dress in place of my original rental. (Customer service was awesome!!) It's not something I would've picked for myself, but when I tried it on I instantly felt gorgeous!! Due to the type of material the dress runs small - instant Spanx! I definitely recommend this dress for any office party or a night on the town! You're bound to get a lot of compliments :)

This dress was suggested by the stylist after my first choice was unavailable. It was perfect for the charity cocktail party I attended and even matches the colors of the organization! Super flattering and comfortable.

Great dress, perfect fall color, comfortable thick material, couldn't ask for better dress.

This dress molds to the body but with enough stretch to be comfortable. It felt age appropriate as the length was modest but not all the way down to the knee. I love the black leather detail and the waist line hit right at the smallest part of my waist. The first layer of skirt was also fluffy enough to make the waist look smaller but not so fluffy that I felt like little miss muffet.  I'll definitely rent this again.
