This Parker is the epitome of boho chic. A smocked waist adds some definition, while the off-the-shoulder silhouette adds an alluring look and feel. And if that isn't enough, just take a look at the allover intricate embroidery.

Blue crepe (100% Rayon). Short sleeves. Off the shoulder neckline. Blouson with embroidered and tie front detail. 35" from shoulder to hem. Imported.

This dress runs true to size. We recommend going one size down for backup (see following fit notes for exceptions). Sized: XS-L
