I LOVE this dress! After reading other reviews, I chose a S rather than XS and found it fit perfect. I wish it was 1-2" longer. Works ok on my short frame, but taller girls will find it super short. Definitely keeping this on the list of things I'll re-rent. A few other notes: fabric is nice and heavy/structured, buttons blend in much more that the RTR picture that makes them look pretty light or metallic, the arms holes are cut bigger than I was comfortable with so I wore a black sport bras underneath to blend in and provide more coverage.

Great material for a winter event. Paired with boots for a more causal look. Loved this rental and received lots of compliments.

I really liked this dress. It was very snug but had a flattering cut. I wore it to work and then out for dinner and drinks. I liked the high neck and button details. The length was appropriate on me for the office. 

Too big up top for me and it was hard to get over my butt. But this dress is still a wow. Loved it. Paired with a jacket and was happy. I could not have worn without something up top to cover up the top fit. 

This dress runs small. I usually wear a small, but after multiple returns ended up wearing a large. The medium was just too tight. The fabric is heavy and the buttons are closer to black than metallic. 
The length and style of the dress is perfect. I will rent this dress again. 

It ran a little bit bigger around the chest and I wore a push up bra, but there is no way I could have fit into a small because it was a little tight getting into the dress. After it was all zipped up and on, it was super comfortable, warm and cute . Perfect for work if you can wear sleeveless in the office. 

The fit of this dress was great.  I love the buttons that give it a little extra flare!

Did not fit right on me. I am petite and this dress is for somebody tall. I couldn't return so it is in my closet for about 2 years. :( The model looks great but on me very sad. 

Great dress just will not work for me at this point. I had surgery so I have a bit of swelling. Was hoping to wear this with leggings, but it is a bit snug for me at this time. Otherwise it runs true to size and would be a fun and easy dress to wear especially in San Diego in December, when it is still somewhat warm outside.

I really wish I could've worn this dress because it was so cute but it was extremely small! I used my unlimited subscription to rent the XS and I wish I would've rented the S because I could barely get the XS on. I'll probably rent the S at some point because this would be a really flattering dress if I had it in the right size. 

It is thick and well made and fits the body perfect.  Loved this dress.  

Dress fits like a glove and the thick fabric smooths over any imperfections. I'm tall and the length wasn't too short which is unusual. Such a hot little dress that can easily pair with fun shoes and accessories 

The dress was a tad on the short side for work, but I paired it with dark tights and a bright blazer so it worked out okay and was a good transitional fall outfit. Very flattering tapered fit, cute button details, and the neck wasn't too tight or restraining. Would definitely rent again!

Loved this dress. The material was very thick and hugged the body. Perfect work dress. I would say this dress runs small. I am typically a 4 and the medium fit well. Needs to be worn with a black bra and the armpit area is cut a little low & you might be able to see your bra a little. 

Snug in the hips, so order up if needed.  Great for work, or play.  I wore this with a slightly patterned black tight and black suede booties.

Adorable dress, but runs very small. I am typically a size 2 or an XS and could not even get the XS over my hips. The bust runs small as well, so I would not recommend this dress for larger bust sizes. Definitely size up one size, maybe two sizes if you're curvier. The cut of the top requires a strapless bra, but you can also go bra-less since the material is thick enough for support. At 5'7" the length hit about mid thigh. Great for a date or dressed up for a party. Pair with gold jewelry. 

I wore this to a conference where I gave a keynote (standing) and was on a few panels (sitting). I only tried it on standing up and when I went to sit for the panels realized just how short it was! 

The style was excellent - trendy but professional.!

The dress ran small - nothing spanx couldn't fix but I couldn't wear this without them. I tried the medium to fit my hips, but the bust was way too big.

Great work dress! The only downside is that the inside lining sometimes sticks out under the dress, had to keep pulling the dress down.

I could not wear this, it runs extremely small.  I normally wear a med and I think Id need and extra large in this.

Tight squeeze to put on, but made me feel like I looked slimmer.

I ordered this in a small - I am usually a 4 or a 6 in a dress. It was too tight to wear. Size up and enjoy this super cute dress. 

Definitely runs small; so glad I read the reviews. I would normally wear a medium but I ordered a large and it fit really well. Super flattering on an hourglass figure. 

Cute dress and really nice quality, didn't end up wearing it though. On a taller girl like me the dress fit and zipped etc it just looked a bit off. Would look perfect on someone a little shorter 

Unfortunately, I was not able to wear this as this dress runs VERY small. That said, the dress material is thick and the dress itself is gorgeous. If you have curves, size up.

I am SO bummed I couldn't wear this! I'm a true size 10 right now (5'2'', 157 lbs, 34G, hour glass shape) and the dress zipped fine but was definitely snug across my hips so i decided not to wear. It is BEAUTIFUL though. My weight fluctuates a lot so I hope I can rent this again when I'm back down to my regular weight (size 6-8) but even then I'd still be ordering a Large! Not sure why the sizing is so small on these one but it's too bad! 

I rented this dress for work. It is pretty thick non stretchy material - so I couldn't really get it up over my butt or over my head so decided to not struggle and just sent it back! Prob best for people who don't have  big curves 

I've rented a lot of dresses and really didn't like this one. The material was to heavy and the it ran small around the butt and hips. 

I got this dress and had to return it without wearing it. It was too short and too tight. 

Too short, too tight, a bit strangle-y in the neck area. Would probably look good on a petite, slim girl who sized up, but I couldn't come close to wearing it.

I average between in a 4 or 6 in all my rentals. The reviews recommend sizing up so I went with a medium, I was able to get it on, but it was not  work appropriate. It is also worth noting it is made of suit like material, not cotton, so it has little to no stretch. Well made though!

The busy size was way too big on me. The dress fit my hips weirdly. Unfortunately this was a no go for me but it looked good on the gals in the picture.

Awesome dress but very, very, very small. Also, very short. Cute for weekend or date night but not appropriate for work. Retro, 60's vibe. Did I say how small it is?

Fit was so weird. I'm usually a small in Parker but due to the other reviews I got the medium. It fit in that it zipped up fine but it looked so bad. The part where it flared out was too low - just awkward proportions. It was really long and the neck part was really thick and high and looked like it was choking me. Returned immediately 

Quality dress, too bad I couldn't wear it. I am a size 6 and ordered the Medium. Did not even come close to fitting...did not fit over hips (and I am not curvy). Order two sizes up. I am guessing this dress has shrunk over time with so much dry cleaning. 

The dress fit but the proportions were off, it was so gappy in my shoulders i couldnt wear it. The dress was also nearly impossible to get on/ off by yourself. I had to contort mysekf to get it zipped and unzipped. That process alone was so frustrating so dont attempt to wear this unless you have someone to help you get in and out. I normally love Parker but this design was just kind of basic.
