I rented this dress to wear at a conference I was presenting at. I gambled and went up a size because I have been in between sizes/having sizing issues and I am so glad I did! This fit so well without being too tight or too loose. Because I have a short torso and junk in the trunk I did have to adjust this every once in a while to get it to sit nicely. The color and fabric were great and so was the design, very flattering and forgiving for the midsection. The picture doesn't really do it justice!

Rented for some work events where I knew I'd be moving around a fair amount, and out in the heat of Louisiana. The crepe keeps it super lightweight and cool, but of course shows any moisture. It's not a bright shade of teal, but it's a nice break from my primarily black and white wardrobe. Runs a bit small, but I thought only around a half size. I'm typically between a 12 and a 14, rented the 14 and it fit great - I might have gotten a 12 to zip, but skeptical I could have worn it for long, if at all. 

It was weirdly hard to get into -- I had the wrap part around my back to begin with. Can't explain, but once I figured it out it was much better! Nothing amazing, but a good silhouette and length for work. 

The color was lovely! Fit was good. Flattering, but not too tight for work. I paired it with a black sweater and black pumps, because...you know... office air conditioning. Got compliments on the dress!

I'm usually between a 12 and 14, and the 14 fit like a glove! I feel like the photos don't do it justice--it was obviously a close fit, but it flattered my hourglass figure and was such a beautiful color and fabric, and the cut was flattering irl. 

I wore this with a blazer, and I loved the pop of color

Loved this so much and got many compliments to the point where I purchased this to wear to work. For more conservative clients/events a blazer worked well with this. I'm in love with the way it hugged all the right places without being too provocative. 

This was very comfortable and just the right length. I was impressed with the size. 

RTR sent this on a busted hanger, but the dress itself was in great condition.  Very flattering dress. 

Wore this to work a few times. Super lightweight and very cute!!

This dress felt like it was made for me. Fit perfectly, looked beautiful and traveled well. Wrinkles weren't even a problem after spending time in a suitcase. 

Probably the cutest basic work dress I've seen on RTR.  Nice, comfortable material that feels wearable, durable and not to too delicate.   AMAZING, waist accentuating fit!  I'd even rent it again.  

I liked this dress a lot more than I expected. It does run about a half size small. I usually wear a 12 and the 14 fit well even if it was a little big in the armholes. The fabric is more of a crepe type fabric. But overall it was perfect for work with a dark gray blazer. 

The wrap of the dress falls nicely - the material is lined - very comfortable fit.

Fits very well. Lined, so not for hot days. Fun dress. Great for work.

Comfortable, flattering and got lots of compliments

Lovely crepe fabric and great color.   Perfect for work or anything daytime,  really    Very flattering.  Received compliments.  Would consider purchasing this one.  

This dress is light and airy, and a beautiful shade of blue.  It is perfect for work in the summer.  I normally wear a 0 in dresses (sometimes a 2 in Theory due to wider hips) and a 24-25 in jeans.  I rented the 0, and it fit very well - a tad snug in the hips, which is always an issue for me, but the 2 would have been too loose everywhere else.  Because of the snug fit in the hips, the dress appeared a tad short - certainly still workplace-appropriate, but hit about an inch and a half above the knee for me (and shorter when sitting).  Overall, a really great dress for work and more conservative events in the summer, like church.

Dress fit like it was made for me. I have a small waist and larger butt and it hugged my curves perfectly. Frequently sheath dresses are too large in the top if they fit in the bottom or too tight in the bottom if they fit in this top. This one was perfect!

Loved this dress! Comfortable and flattering. 

Comfortable, classy, good length. Was going to wear it for a wedding but wore it with a blazer to a work conference instead and it worked out  great.

I picked a size too small so it was too tight to wear.  It is a gorgeous dress though!

A good work dress. The color is a beautiful seafoam blue and the material is a well-lined crepe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the fabric in the front is a little bunchy and looks off. The length is good for petite woman- I'm 5'2'' and it hits about 2-3 inches above my knee. 

I liked this dress but it was too tight at my bust. I was not able to wear it to work as I had planned.

I really like this dress, but am renting dresses for work and this was very form fitting and not appropriate for my work environment. I may rent it for another occasion, like a cocktail party or wedding!

I really liked how this fit! I am busty with broader shoulders and a much smaller waist and bottom half...so getting things to fit with a tailored look is hard. This was great! There was a little problem with the seams like you could see the lining (?) but overall I like it a lot and wore it twice. Once to work and once to a conservative work related event with a floral blazer on top. Lots of compliments :) 

Nicely cut work dress, but I had to return for larger size. Dress size is 8 in lost brands, but definitely need at least a 10 with this one. 

Dress was beautiful, nice fabric but runs small in the chest. Very small. So if you have a larger chest it might not be a great choice.
