So comfortable and just a hair edgy for work if you spin it that way. I sized up according to the reviews but I think I went up too much. Will rent again but will go down in size. 

Fits well if you size up one American size and convert to british. I'm a size 8 and got 10. Was worried that the front part would look weird and baggy but it's so beautiful and lays really nicely. Suggest for work! I'm 5'8 and it's just long enough but might be too short for work for some. 

Fun dress to wear to any event with a semi nautical theme. Is definitely in the short side but seemed okay being outside in a party town and the top is very conservative. Overall loose fit on the body. I wouldn't have sizes down due to length.

I picked this up in the store and couldn't find the size on it and just assumed it had to be either a 6 or an 8. I was in shock to find out it was a 12! It    fits perfectly but I am shocked because I am nowhere near a size 12. Since it's the winter I layered it with a white turtleneck and paired with some booties for work. The outfit was a huge hit. Head my warning and size up!! 

This dress is very simple and elegant. Perfect for work , work function or an interview. I'm between a size 2-4 but probably closer to a two and I wore the British equivalent of a 4 so I definitely think runs a little small. I did receive quite a few compliments. I'm 5'2 and the dress fell at my knees. 

I wore this to Galentines and got a few compliments on pairing this dress w OTK boots. 

Material is a bit heavy for summer but the cut makes it confortable

Loved this dress. Ended up wearing a long sleeve turtleneck underneath. I found it to be a tad tight in the chest area. I am 34B, if larger would recommend sizing up...

This dress, for me, is too short for the office but was perfect with gold-toned sandals for a party at my boss's house. 

A little tight on the busy but otherwise amazing for work! Loved it. 

Definetely runs small, I normally wear a size 2 and 6 fit me pretty comfortably. Wore AMAZING. Got a ton of compliments. Showed enough skin to not feel like an 80 year old but definetely still professional with a blazer. Would've felt comfortable wearing it for a date night or happy hour too.

The fit is very flattering and for a petite frame, the length is perfect.

I loved this dress! Really cute layered over a turtle neck, collared shirt, or long sleeved dress. The skirt does have a slit in the front that may be precarious when sitting. 

This was way too baggy on me on the hips downward - didn't wear it because it was not flattering. Also too long for me!

Like the other reviewers said this dress is uncomfortably tight on top and fits perfectly below the chest. Only rent if you have a smaller chest and less athletic build on top.

Rented this dress for work - looks very professional and a fun twist on a formal dress.  However, the bust is a bit tight, despite the waist being a little loose (I am a 34B).  Also, this is NOT a dress for a windy day or a presentation on-stage.  The two sides of the skirt part are not sewn together in the front, so I have had to hold it closed while walking outside and also have had to readjust frequently while sitting.  

Really cute professional dress. Has a little flair, so isn't boring even for work! Enjoyed wearing it.

I sized up and got a UK 12/ US 8 based on other reviews and it was big on me. I think the reviews about sizing up are based on the UK size, so keep that in mind. I definitely would have for better in the UK 10/ US 6. 

The fabric and the buttons in the front made it so if I wasn't wearing tights, my underwear would be easily visible when sitting.
The material feels high quality and the dress lends itself to styling it in different ways. 

Loved the color, the rose gold button detail and structuring of this dress! But it was tight in the chest and a bit too short. No way I could have worn this if I was a little bloated! I had to go without a bra because I needed the room. I have slim and toned arms but the dress also made them look unattractive because it was so tight around the arm holes, squeezing out every centimeter of skin and fat it could. Good chance I'll rent this again but definitely sizing up!

Beautifully made dress, perfect for the office for this sub-5'0 gal.  I could see how it'd be too short for the office for you taller gals, but I loved it.  I'm not familar with Osman and my initial judgement is that the sizes run slightly small.  I ordered a UK 8, which is a US 4, my typical dress size. It's a little snug across the chest (i'm a d/dd).  Seems roomy in the hips, though I'm fairly straight from waist to hips .

I wore it with a turtleneck sweater, tights, and knee-high boots.

Didn't get to wear it.. too tight on top.  In regular store sizes I wear a 6.. the 10 in this dress was too tight.

I rented the shirt like this and loved it! 

I liked the look of this dress a lot. The only issue was the skirt of the dress underneath did not come all the way across because of the asymmetric hemline. So when the top flap flew up your whole upper thigh was exposed.  Would try again in winter though with a pair of tights 

Size up otherwise it would be too short for the office. Liked the asymmetric drape. Modest v-neck. 

Loved this the first time i rented! Definitely size up (I wear a 6, I wore a 14 in this), but super flattering and easy to wear. I rented a second time and both of the gold buttons at the front were missing... they're a huge part of the design/style and the dress didn't look that great without them.

The dress is shapeless and very heavy as it's getting warmer out. Also, it's so short if you're tall.

This dress is chic and professional without being boring and conservative. Even though I sized up by three/four sizes (usually a 2/4, got an 8), the chest area was still tight on my 34Bs and created an unflattering bubble of fabric above the chest area. The front part of the skirt is made up of two flaps that overlap slightly; this meant that walking outside in a slight breeze, the skirt kept opening up completely and I ended up going home from work to safety pin it together (since the flaps would also completely open up every time I sat down, exposing a lot of bare leg).
