This dress traveled well in my luggage which is important. The dress fit perfectly and was in incredibly comfortable. Was easy to wear all day.

Loved the dark plum color. Fitted and my waist perfectly. Good For chicks with hips. Flattering. Top was fine but shows some minor cleavage. Perfect for work. A bandeau under it may make you more comfortable. I was fine without. Classy. Thick smooth material. High quality feel. 

Needed a purple dress for an event and this fit the bill. No complaints and it did what I needed but not a wow dress

Seriously thought about buying this one, but I'm just going to plan/hope to rent it again. The top needed a pin at the chest, but it was flattering and easy to wear!

Great color. Works day and night for a dressy summer look.  Office appropriate .

My biggest issue with is dress is how low cut it was. I wore a lace cami underneath and it worked but you cannot wear it alone as shown on the RTR model. Otherwise it was a pretty dress that was nice to wear to work.

The dress is quite beautiful for women with fuller chests. The wrap is a little strange. I wasn't sure if my dress was damaged or it was meant to only have a small stitch to keep the entire top half closed. I pinned it and it was fine. Lots of compliments on the color and cut. 

Material was very comfortable and the color was brighter than I expected. Consider sizing down, this runs slightly large. I had plenty of room in the bust and waist. A-line skirt was roomy across the hips, as well. Sizing down would have given me a slightly more tailored look I think. You'll likely need a safety pin for the top, not because it pulls across the chest but because it hangs loose and falls open. Safety pin fixed the problem and wasn't noticeable. Skirt hit right below my knee, if i were buying I'd likely have it hemmed to right above my knee so this is great if you are taller but still works for average height. Expect this to hang long if you are short. Overall I'd rent again. 

The top is a bit blousy as intended which I like. The capped sleeves makes this appropriate to wear without a cover up at the office. I typically wear 4-6 in a dress and the 4 was perfect. Will rent again. 

This dress is great overall with only a few drawbacks for me. The fabric is dreamy and doesn't wrinkle. The waist and skirt felt true to size, if perhaps a bit on the larger side (but comfortable for work!). Hit me just below the knee. The top, however, was too big for me and I had to wear a cami underneath to avoid over-exposure. The wrap portion is tacked closed in the front, which helps, but the V is still pretty deep and it gapped on me. So close to a perfect work dress!

Even with a stitch in the neckline, this dress gapped awkwardly on me. I loved the color and fabric, and I wore it, but I felt frumpy.

The waist fits but the top is way too small. I'm usually a size 6 but based on reviews of the top having a ton of excess fabric I went smaller, which was a mistake as you can see the top is gaping open. This fell past my knees with a very loose skirt. I didn't think it was very flattering on me overall. 

I wore this dress in the office and when I spoke at a conference. I'm pregnant and this dress was very flattering and hid the bump well. I like the deep purple color and the at-the-knee length of this dress. It's a piece I'd consider purchasing.

I love this dress! I've actually rented it twice now in different colors for work. As a very small-chested gal, I would say it runs slightly big on top, but it still lays nicely. It's very comfortable and hits right at the knee so it's professional and appropriate for lots of occasions!

Good quality though, and fabric doesn't wrinkle. 

I don't know what would have made this better - going up a size? Going down? But it completely gaped in the chest and was wide open. I returned it without wearing which was sad because the color was lovely.

I rented this for both work and to wear for my engagement photos. The dress was comfortable, stylish and I felt confident wearing it. The photos turned out great and I couldn't be happier 

Such a flattering style! The material is forgiving and good quality. The color is gorgeous. So many compliments. Will rent again and seriously considering purchasing.

Bust was very large - you need a decent chest to fill this one out, but the drapey look worked 

This dress was fantastic. The length and neckline was modest enough for work, but still added a camisole underneath for added protection. The fabric was silky and pleasant to have on. One downside is that it showed every single spot where something touched the fabric- like dust, chalk, etc. Paired with booties, it was perfect. Loved it!

Fit very well and I am curvy.  The fit around the bust did pull, though, and I had to use tape and cover with a cardigan so that it did not show my bra.

For me well. Great if you're busty. I'm short but the length was still good. Down to calf. Is rent this again.

Wore this with a black blazer. I received a lot of compliments. Made me feel very professional. 

I loved this dress for work. It was feminine but still professional. And a great color for work - not too bright... but not black! If you're between sizes, go down. But close to true-to-size. 

The dress is nice.  But the skirt was a bit too long for me.  I'm 5'2" and wear size 0.  The skirt came to my mid-calf.  It was OK with heels.

The fit was almost perfect on me. Just the bust area was just a bit looser and more drapey than I prefer on my smaller chest. It didn't necessarily look bad, although I probably would have been unconsciously adjusting it throughout the day. The lower portion fit my wider hips so well and was exactly the length I was looking for. I almost wore this dress (this was my backup choice, and neither of the two sizes of my first choice fit me). However, the darkness of the color (darker in person) made it feel too business professional for my event -- my doctoral graduation ceremony -- and I opted for a similar dress in a brigh royal blue color.

I usually wear a 4, sometimes 2. I got the 2 and it was still a bit large in the chest area. Beautiful color, great for work, comfortable material. 

Simple and stylish. I received a lot of compliments, but the fabric is thin and it didn't keep me warm in a cold office.

Fit perfect a little long I am 5'3. Nice dress and pretty color.

I usually wear this size, but it was so big I couldn't wear it. Even a size down would definitely be too big. 

I paired this with a black jacket, a think belt around the jacket, black tights and black heels.  It was a very professional look and I received lots of compliments on the look.  You have to wear a tank top underneath as the v is pretty deep and only held together with a think stitch.  The skirt was a lot longer on me and hit me well below my knees but I liked the length. The skirt was not straight but a bit fuller/A line so it was easy to move in and flattering. 

I like the fit and feel of this dress. Other reviewers are saying runs HUGE, I'm not sure I would agree although def runs large. I think if you are busty/broad shouldered, it just runs about one size large. Really beautiful color. Maybe not the best quality, mine had several loose threads. 

Like others said, the top for awkwardly, having a gap and just not sitting right. But I just wore a shell underneath and then it was fine. 

I got many compliments on the color and the design of the dress overall. The length is slightly below the knee and the skirt is very drapey and flows nicely as you move. 

The only down side was that I have a larger bust and the wrapped top was separated wide open. I placed a nice pin so that it would hold the top closed and created a bit of a drape effect that looked intentional with the design. If you are slender but have a larger chest, just be mindful of this. 

This is the second dress I have rented of this brand that has been gorgeous, but slightly too big. It was baggy where it hits at the waist, but I wore it a couple of times anyway because I thought it was decent enough. The fabric is very high-quality feeling, almost scuba-like but with more movement. Beautiful dress! - wish they carried it in 00.
