This top was an oversized somewhat masculine look. The sleeves made it fun and feminine. I received many compliments and would wear again.  There was a small mark on the collar, and from all the dry cleaning and wear it was not a crisp white - FYI. 

The fit is good up top and arms and goes out at waist, hips and back. I felt like it may have made me look a bit pregnant but since the front is so short it worked. Speaking of, the front is almost cropped or at least if your raise your hands it comes up. I wore it with high waisted pants and it was perfect. The material is almost a silk like soft material. The slaves were a bit tough to fit under my jacket but I made it work! 

Love the fit and cut of this button up. Feminine but also business- my fav. 

This shirt is so comfortable and stylish. Hope it goes on final sale so I can have it forever!

Love love love this shirt! I normally hate button downs because I have a large chest and sometimes the buttons pull apart a. Bit. BUT this one is roomy so it fit super well and was a nice departure from a plain white button down with its bell sleeves and high-low style. I wore it to work with black jeans (would be great with black skinny pants as well for dressier style) and also on the weekend with skinny jeans. It does run a tad large but I wouldn't size down, I liked the big fit. 

I adored this top and would love to own it! The sleeves and high low length made the top more versatile than the classic white button down. I wore it to a dinner, a brunch, and work - paired with different bottoms each time. Only complaint was how easily it wrinkled (as you can see in this picture after I had worn it all day). Overall very lovely top and highly recommend! 

The blouse is fun and was great for my casual work environment. The fit is a little tricky (I sized down because I knew it was over-sized and it was still pretty big), but I think that was more in my head because I don't normally do button ups. It was comfortable to wear all day and I got several compliments.

Paired it with high waisted jeans and lace up flats.

So cute!!! Wore with jeans heels and a nice necklace and it was perfect. It's slimming and chic. I would definitely buy if it were a little cheaper. 

I wanted to buy this blouse, but I knew I'd never iron it!  Looked polished , yet comfy for a casual weekend brunch with family. 

This is one of those pieces I will probably end up buying at some point. It's just a great, versatile and modern dress shirt that can be dressed up or down infinitely.

Don't be fooled into thinking this is just another white top!  It's wonderful.  Flows perfectly, fits great, and just looks really good on.  Will definitely rent this again!

The bell sleeves are terrific. The sleeves are rather fitted above the bell, which gives it very nice tailored look, despite the roomy cut in the body. I'm broad shouldered, so next time I rent this (and there will be a next time!), I'm ordering a size up.

I have a longer torso so a higher rise pant was necessary but the top is a new fave!!

This shirt was great for work. The cut is flattering for most. It will likely get it again for fall. Good if you have a cool office

This top is a fun update to the classic white shirt. It runs a little large but can easily pass for a more oversized look. Because of the ample amount of room, it's super comfortable and great for almost all body types. I paired this with cropped jeans for an all white family photo. Will definitely rent again to wear to work or just for everyday use!

I ordered an extra small but it still felt a bit big. Could just be the style. I wore this with cropped jeans and pumps for a polished casual look. 

I use unlimited to change up my look for my casual start up office and I love items that are polished yet easy. This top is all that and more. I definitely needed to wear my high rise denim but that meant I could still show off some shape to balance to large cut. Small thing but the bell sleeves make it impossible to wear a coat. I layered a scarf for my cool morning commute but something to consider for winter rentals.

This shirt felt so classy and well cut. It's short in the front and long in the back. Great design. I washed it and wore it twice in three days

Wrinkles easily, but was comfortable for every day. I received a ton of compliments!

I expected this blouse to be silk for some reason?? But it was a more traditional, poplin button down material. It was flowy but still structured. I wore with black jeans and flats to work, then again with blue jeans and booties for drinks with friends. 

I loved this blouse.  I rented using my Unlimited subscription and wore it to work with skinny ankle denim and heels for a casual Friday at the office-- then to meet up with friends for happy hour--super crisp white, remember to pack a liner as the blouse is a bit see through.  Next time I rent I will wear it with a black pencil skirt and statement heels.  will work for a cold day in NYC or anytime into the summer.  

Super cute; love the 3/4 length sleeves. With a wider sleeve, I always want something shorter so that it doesn't drag. I wore with black pants and pumps for the office, but could have dressed down with jeans too. If I didn't hate ironing so much (and this shirt definitely needs to be ironed!!) I would have bought it. The gathering at the sleeves prevents this from being too big overall.

Note: wear with high-waisted pants or you'll show your stomach. Ladies who are smaller across the shoulders could probably size down one, but I like the oversized fit. 

LOVE this top. I got so many compliments. It really steps up your regular white button down. So comfortable but like any other button down, wrinkles easy. Would definitely rent over and over again though.

Loved the fit. It was almost a tad short for work in the front, but I have a long torso. My husband likes it, though and wore it later that night for a date. He said to, "Keep it on. It's sexy." So, I guess that is great. :) I think it's been worn a lot. The color isn't bright white anymore and seems a bit worn. That is the only negative and why I wouldn't buy this piece. 

I got a lot of compliments on the silhouette of this shirt. I wore it buttoned all the way up to the collar which I think makes the high-low hem and bell sleeves stand out. I thought it ran a bit big -- I generally wear small shirts and this was an XS, and while the neck/chest fit was perfect, the sleeves and body of the shirt had a little too much volume. It also wrinkled badly throughout the day in the back from sitting at my desk. I would rent again probably, but due to the overlarge fit would make sure to wear to more casual events. 

I really liked the cut + details of this piece. Such a great take on a basic white shirt! Unfortunately, this item just looked like it had been worn/dry cleaned too many times so I sent it back w/o wearing it (gave RTR the feedback). But I would definitely rent some of Nicole Miller's newer stuff in the future!

Shirt runs a little big.  Needs to be worn with skinny jeans/cigarette pant or else you look like you are just draped in fabric.

The white is dingy, collar bent, supremely wrinkled... a rumpled mess it wasn't worth the ironing trouble. 

I rented this for work and sized down to an XS after reading reviews. I was definitely taken aback by how short the front of the top is. For work, I had to pair with high-waisted jeans or else my stomach would have been showing. Other than that, I really loved this top! The sleeves are great and the shirt was super comfortable.

Do you recall how long it was in the front. I&#39;m 5&#39;-3&quot; also, and I&#39;m curious if the front falls at the hips, or if it&#39;s much shorter than that. 

Got a lot of compliments on this top even though I found it a bit too billowy (likely because I'm very busty). Overall, a nice top for work.

Based on other reviews and photos I hoped this top would be a neat alternative to a standard button-down.   Maybe it's better on taller, narrower frames?  I ordered a Small (I'm 5'3", 36C), and while it fit in all the right places - across the bust, back, armholes - and was comfortable, I looked (maybe more like "felt") like an oompa-loompa.  I think if this had been a $40 find at Marshalls I may have bought it - but I know myself well enough that I'd probably only have worn it once.  Too bad!
