I'm a 34DD and I absolutely could not wear a bra with it, not only would it have stuck out weird on the side cut outs (I wear Lively Strapless/Wireless bra and it's an amazing bra! Only comfortable strapless I've EVER found!) and the fabric would not have been stretchy enough to accommodate my boobs and the bra! 

It was a HOT day when I wore it and the cut outs gave great ventilation and the fabric of the dress itself wasn't super hot and sticky.  Breathable for sure.  

Reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the stock photos show like zero cleavage, and even without a bra it was completely unavoidable to be showing quite a bit of cleavage.  And that was braless too!  So if you are uncomfortable showing cleavage or want to be super modest-- this is not the dress to rent! 

I love Nicole Miller dresses and for sure would rent this again! 

The dress fit perfectly! It was thick, fitted enough to hold it all in and in place but not uncomfortable. Showed enough but not too much. Made for the perfect Derby dress!

Loved the side cuts. This dress is very form fitting. 

Dress fit well on the top but was tight around the butt. Didn't need a bra!

I normally wear a size 4 or 6 but could not zip up this dress. If you are larger breasted (I am a 34D), order a size or two up. 

Material is nice quality and it has stretch to it. you can go bra less or wear a normal bra. This dress is so much fun 

I loved the way this dress made me feel and it fit so well! Snug in all the right places. 

This dress has a very well tailored fit- the cut outs were in the perfect place to be sexy but still classy and I could wear a regular bra! The dress I rented didn't fit, so RTR sent this one as a replacement and it was PERFECT! 

Hot dress! No bra needed but you could probably wear one if you really wanted. Material was stretchy too. Great for a summer night out!

This is a great dress but it runs small. The fabric has a decent amount of stretch. It was fun!

I wore this to my fiancé's college reunion and got tons of compliments. I was able to wear a traditional bra with it (though other commenters had trouble with this, it was no problem at all for me). I felt extremely confident and even skipped the spanx, which I almost never do! I'm considering buying it!! 

This dress was amazing. I got two sizes a 4 and 6. While getting ready I put both on multiple times. I opted to go with the 4 bc the fit was bomb. My only worry was having the cut out area look like I stuffed myself into it. Overall it looked amazing. I received multiple compliments and danced the night away. My husband loved it. 

Need to have 0 tummy or fabric will show. The mid section where sides are cut can pop out easily (not stick to your body) which may look weird. Skirt part also tends to hitch up so need to pull it down. 

Rented this dress for new years eve as a back up. My original dress I rented from here had a broken zipper so that was disappointing. Got so many compliments on this dress. I would buy it in a heartbeat!

I usually wear a size 2-the 4 was my backup size-the 2 didn't zip up very well and I don't have a large chest or rib cage. I didn't end up wearing the dress because our babysitter canceled, but I liked the way it hugged my "curves" (I don't really have any, but I liked the way the dress fit). It's "peekaboo" sexy-shows off just enough skin.

Dress fit great it gets a little stuck zipping up at the waist line but other than that great dress lots of room great to dance in

Overall I really liked this dress. However, I am in relatively good shape but still felt self conscious with how tight the dress was. Made it feel like the cutouts were unflattering at times. But if you've got a knockout figure, you'll rock this dress!

This dress was SUPER sexy.  It may seem simple, but it was a showstopper.  It runs a bit small, but with the cutout that may be a good thing so nothing falls out!  I couldn't fit a bra under this, so the fact that it was tight allowed me to continue without a bra worry-free.  If you are on the boarder size up for sure! 

I've loved previous Nicole Miller dresses I've rented so had to go with this one and I was not disappointed. Very flattering, but very form-fitting! Has a little stretch to it, so very comfortable and great for dancing. Somewhere between true-to-size and runs small. Would definitely rent it again!

Loved the fit and length of this dress, it can be an issue for us shorties! It was perfect.

I loved this dress and received so many compliments! It did run small for me so I sized up. It is a gorgeous lbd without being too revealing and the material was very comfortable. I ended up wearing a sticky tape backless bra and it worked perfectly and I didn't have to worry about it showing. I highly recommend this dress! 

It's slightly on the short side, but otherwise a sexy little black dress. True to size. 

I usually wear a size 6 but the 8 felt more comfortable in the hips. I loved the fabric! It didn't wrinkle even sitting for my 2 hr drive to the party and kept its shape thru a night of dancing. I felt sexy but not too exposed.  I would definitely rent again! 

The dress is snug enough that I didn't have to worry about finding a strapless bra that wouldn't peek out with the side cut-outs and yet it still offered freedom of movement. I received multiple compliments on the dress. It was simple, elegant, and made me feel confident!

Originally ordered this in an 8 and it was too tight in the hip area. 10 fit great. Super comfortable! 



I was pleasantly surprised at how well this dress fit.  I usually wear a size 4 and since I'm only 5'2" dresses tend to be a bit long on me. The size 2 fit perfect in every way and flattered my figure.

Great fit, runs a little small. But overall, the perfect dress. A good length but definitely go one size up to feel more comfortable.

I wore this for a bachelorette party. The cutouts were perfect - sexy yet classy. Couldn't wear a bra due to the location of the cutouts, but the material was thick so not an issue. I had to go up a size due to the chest running small and I'm only a 32C. Would definitely recommend and will be renting again!

This dress is very comfortable and easy to wear. Size up, runs small especially with the cut outs. Overall, love it! 

This dress was great for a night on the town or a bachelorette party. The slits on the size add a little fun.  It runs true to size but is quite unforgiving, so size up if you want a little more wiggle room. 

Very flattering LBD. Cutouts still allow you to wear a bra and it's very comfortable. Wish I owned it! 

LOVED this dress. The cutouts, the v-neck, the body hugging stretchy fabric, recommend to everyone! The dress is form fitting and I received so many compliments I would love to rent again. I've also rented the pink one which I recommend too. I'm a 32DDD and didn't have to wear a bra, the dress was tight enough to hold them in place, which was great. 

I absolutely loved this dress. It was sexy but classy. It looks a little more boob showy in this photo then it did straight on. It fit the body great and as a 34DD I didn't even need to wear a bra and that NEVER happens. I'd 100% buy this if I had the money.

I'm 5'2" and short waisted so the only downside is the cutouts were right where I'm self-conscious about back fat. But the dress was super comfortable and not too tight in the waist. Has a bit of stretch. I wore sticky boobs but should have also used double sided tape to keep from falling out. 

I received a lot of compliments on this dress and it fit as I had expected based on reading the other reviews. It was tighter for me in the chest area as I have a wider rib cage, but still looked great and fit elsewhere perfectly. I'm 5' 4" and the length of the dress was just right and not be too revealing. 

Beautiful dress, sexy and classy! It fit true to size.  I am a 32DD and the dress was tight enough that a bra was not needed.  Very comfortable and very easy to walk and sit in! I would definitely rent this again!

Fit like a glove. Didn't wear a bra and it lifted beautifully. Would buy it if I had money. Absolutely love it and highly recommend
