Depending on your dress code / comfort level with short skirts - this definitely doesn't fly for work (and I'm only 5'5). I think if you don't have hips it would be more flattering; for me, the line between the top and bottom sits on my butt which causes it to be shorter AND causes a weird lump around my lower belly - which is not where I want lumps! Super fun design though if you have a narrow hips and don't need to be conservative at work!

Loved this dress. So girly and good for chilly temperatures. Definitely one to wear tights with due to the flouncy skirt, but the "band" tucks below the bottom to ensure no flashing. 

I took this out if the bag and wasn't sure about it, but I LOVED IT when I put it on. The silky pleats at the bottom are flouncy and fun. I loved the mixtures of patterns and textures. Sleeves were a little short since I'm tall, but no big deal. I loved how this dress fits and hangs. I would love to own it & would rent this again. 

This was a fun daytime dress for colder weather. I loved the drop waist and the pleated skirt. The design felt inspired and I received a lot of compliments. You will want to pair this with warm tights bc the skirt is a thin silky material. 

A sweater dress that was perfect for work conference. Nothing too special and a little boxy but overall great quality and in amazing shape. 

Very comfortable and cute. The lower half can be short on a taper frame. 

Comfy and warm. Great for running around or work or casual dinner. Sparkly bands at neck, end of sleeves, and top of pleated skirt. Relaxed at waist. 

I wish this was 3 inches longer for work, but it wasn't inappropriate. The dress is warm and the details overall are great. Would buy if it was just a little bit longer.

Great dress but just not as flattering as I had hoped. The skirt line fell a little low so might be okay on someone taller. Collar and skirt line are sparkly, super fun!

I Wore this to work for casual Friday and it's the perfect dress. Smart enough for the office, but comfy like wearing a giant sweatshirt. 

I'm 22 weeks pregnant, and the medium fit perfectly. I'm normally a 6, so I'd say it runs a bit large m. 

First, it is very cozy, a good dress to rent in winter. I like it so much I've repeated it. I love the  fabric - could be just a grey houndstooth check, but it has pretty flecks of pink. The band between the torso and the skirt sparkles so that's fun, and the pleats look crisp and sassy. Does have weird zippers opening nothing (no pockets) on the shoulder and hip. Guess they're just decorative? Adds some interest, at least. Just a wonderful dress. 

This dress is so warm and comfortable, gorgeous details and colors in the knit. Great for day to night! 

Fits small and short for taller ladies like me.  Glad I sized up and rented the medium.  The top was quilted and warm.  I paired with leggings instead of tights due to the length on me (I'm 5' 9"). Very cute overall, got lots of complements.

I knew from reading other reviews to size up & I am glad I did as a medium is perfect. I usually don't go for a drop-waist silhouette but I love this one. Something I didn't see mentioned is that the cuffs & the band above the pleating have silver metallic threading so be wary of that if you're not into sparkly. 

This is one of my favorite dresses! It's super cute and uniquely stylish. It's warm for fall/winter time. The drop waist hits right in the center of my backside.
If I raised my hands the skirt was incredibly short. I wouldn't wear this without tights because it is a bit short for work, but tights makes it appropriate. I got a lot of compliments but also a few snide remarks about the length. Will definitely rent again! And wear to work too. 

Fit great!  Comfortable. I am a pretty athletic build and usually between size 2 and 4 and the xs fit great.

Wore this to work, it was comfortable. The trim where the sweater hens and turns to the flowing fabric hugged around the butt, but it was good to avoid feeling like it was riding up. 

I paired the dress with a pair of black pantyhose, a pair of black flats and a pearl necklace and bracelet. The length was appropriate but also fun. I felt very "on" point. Thanks RTR!

The material is warm - so it's great for winter. It fits well without being form fitting. The design is distinctive.

This was a great dress for my niece's baby shower. Two of the young women even asked me about my dress! It was a cool and damp in St. Louis and it was nicely warm with tights -could have been too warm otherwise. 

I liked but didn't love this dress. It was a little too cutesy for me but my colleagues liked it!

When i first tried this on i didnt love how it sat - i thought it was a bit bulky in the middle. The "waste" line that starts the pleats keeps the dress taught and led to some odd bunching. However i got amazing compliments all day because it was just so unusual. Its also really warm so goes well hnder a jacket or an early spring day. Definitely would wear again.

Im 5 10' and loves this with tights, wouldnt wear with heels. Wore more than once and really loved it.

A great dress for work. I wore it on a very cold winters day. I was toasty warm. 

This drop waist sweater skirt is cute- sweater is medium thick so pretty warm and the skirt came to a little lower than mid thigh. I wore it with leggings.  Because I'm curvy especially in the hip/thigh areas, and there is no definition in the waist, it's not the most flattering look.  I could try the small but suspect it would be too short in the torso and wouldn't sit right in the hip area.  But looks good enough that I'd still wear it again.  The zipper that looks like a pocket works but there's no pocket.

loved this dress online and on the hanger but did not do much on the body. The fabrics are great and it is warm! 

Loved the unique colors, the silver accents, and the warmth of this sweater top. Didn't think it was the most flattering look for my figure, though.
