I saw some mixed reviews on this dress, especially those who rented a size 0, so I was happily surprised when it fit perfectly and felt trendy rather than matronly. Yes, it's flowy and forgiving, but it hit well in all the right places, and was ultimately very flattering. Plus, Nicholas is always high quality. 

I'm also loving orange this summer!

This was so flattering and timeless. I loved the color, the material was so comfortable, and it looked so high fashion. Loved it 

I thought I requested size 0, but apparently this is one size fits all. I tried it on and it looked like I was wearing a potato sack. This one went straight back to RTR. Definitely not recommend for petite frames.

I wore this for a baby shower 33 weeks, it was perfect! Ordered a 4 and 6 and went with the 4 because there is so much fabric! I have a large chest and still had ample room. It was soft and breezy, lots of compliments and fun to wear. Definitely recommend! 

Love the color and shape of this dress. It doesn't have any of the pleats and details as in the photo (probably from getting so much wear and cleaning, but it's still beautiful. 

Loved the color and of the shoulder style - it runs a little large especially the busy area. But overall so comfy and made our honeymoon pics pop!

Wore this for my baby shower at 33 weeks. Obviously I sized up since I am now 166 lbs at 5'3, probably fits true to size otherwise. Comfy to wear and as cool as it could be on a 90 degrees day in the middle of October in Texas.

This dress worked great for my bump. I wore it all day and it was super comfortable. I went up two sizes and I probably could have gone up to just one and would have been fine. Beautiful color of orange for the fall! 

This dress is so stunning! Bright color that can be worn on or off the shoulder. This picture does it no justice I wore it on a sunny day and felt full of life. 

The dress is flowy and loose but fitted in all the right places. I wore it on our vacation in Spain and a tourist asked if he could take a photo with me lol. SO gorgeous, I'm thinking about purchasing. You can't go wrong with Nicholas.

Not my style but fit well and when paired with the right accessories- it just works!

This dress is comfortable, beautiful and great for fall.  Highly recommend.

Loved the dress. Tried to pull it off during the winter which was a bad choice. I was freezing but I looked cute. Need to wear a strapless bra with this one. The elastic on the arms is a little tight and kinda dug into my skin. But the color was delightful and I enjoyed it. 

I wore this for brunch the day after our wedding, to breakfast and around the resort from on our honeymoon, and on the plane traveling back home. It was perfect for all of the occasions and perfect for a cool to warm day. Fun option to go on or off the shoulder. 

This dress is made of a heavy cotton material that surprisingly flows like water and hugs all the right spots in spite of its weight. I wore this dress for a Morning safari, a mid day shrine visit , and a late night wedding party - it it THAT versatile in terms of on shoulder conservative or off shoulder fun . I can not recommend this dress more 

Took this dress on a business trip to NYC and wore it for Sunday brunch back home in Phoenix. So easy to throw on. Both the 12 and 14 looked good on me, so I wore them both! The fabric traveled well. 

It's really a great dress for photoshoots, social occasions, and the summer/fall seasons. It's just a beautiful dress. 

this is a great between season dress; i listened to reviewers and sized down and i'm glad, it's stretchy and can be worn off shoulder or not. i wore it on the shoulder since the off looked weird.

if you do wear it on shoulder it's pretty wide so you definitely have to wear a strapless bra. all in all cute dress and great color for fall. 

Fabric was different than I expected but I adored the dress. It's more of a linen like material rather than a traditional sun dress. The ruffles of the fabric are beautiful and striking. 

This dress is much more casual in real life than it looks in the RTR photo. It's not shiny at all, it's washed down linen beachy fabric/vibe. Also a lot of the praying from the RTR photo has fallen out.

Definitely runs big especially, in the top. Does not follow normal Nicolas sizing. I have about an 1 1/2" safety pined out on either side of the neckline. 

All that being said, I definitely recommend for and easy summer beachy dress 

Rent this if you want a effortless dress that will make you feel like a sun goddess! Did run big so get a size smaller if it's available. For me the size smaller wasn't available but this is the kind dress where you can make it work.

Obsessed. If it wasn't a $670 peasant dress, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. The high quality linen was flowy but not flimsy. The neckline is sexy, but not inappropriate. There are some lovely details on the sleeves that help elevate this dress. People kept complimenting the dress but also me--not even the dress!--as if the dress had magical powers that also made my skin glowy and my hair unfrizzy. I almost believe it does. 



Cute dress! I love the bright pop of orange and it's flattering on many skin tones - including my very fair skin with red undertones. It is a little baggy in the chest area which I was surprised by since i have a larger chest. Wore this to work on my birthday and out to dinner and it was a great summer day to evening look. Can be dressed up or down! 

Got this dress because I love the vibrant colour and boho look for everyday, weekend casual wear and I was NOT disappointed. It's flowy, flattering, the colour is gorgeous and the off-the-shoulder style emphasizes my cute shoulders and collarbone. Would recommend for the curvy girl (I'm pear-shaped and this emphasized my shape without being tight).

It was super comfy. Would wear again but it's larger than I expected. I would do a size smaller next time 

I loved this dress! It was comfy, looked great and could be dressed up or dressed down. The color was awesome. I wore it to work and also on the weekend when it was off the shoulder. It did feel a little big, usually I wear a 10 or 12 but I think honestly the 10 would have been too small. Really recommend!

I got this dress from the Georgetown location and all the girls there are so nice- they loved this dress on me- it was a size too big, but it was the only one they had. I should have gone down a size but it still worked. It was heavy material but didn't drag. It worked all day walking the city even on the plane across country and home. I wore it with a long army green jacket and combat boots. Sooo comfortable. The guy at TSA complimented me on my outfit!

Just threw on this dress, which is a bold color and didn't have to accessorize much to make a statement.

It's nice and well made dress but the overall design feels very matronly for me. 

I can see how some say it's slightly larger because of the fit in the sleeves, but I actually liked that aspect of the fit! 

Lovely piece. Fit was perfect. Color is a beautiful pale orange. Material a tad heavier than anticipated. Ideal for a spring day. I wore on the first 75 degree day we've had in NY and was comfortable in the shade but quite hot in the sun. 


I had so many people compliment this dress - the color was gorgeous, the fit was flattering, and It ended up being more comfortable than I thought it would be! I'm 5'3" and length was perfect. Can be worn off the shoulders or not. 

I love this dress. Super comfortable and the perfect weight for spring in California, which is typically in the 70s. I'm pretty small chested, so it was a little loose there, but overall fit great.

I was so looking forward to this dress, but didn't wear it because it is way too generous in sizing and fabric, especially in bust and shoulders. The style is super cute and the color is wonderful. It would be a nice daily stunner if it only fit. May try again with smaller size. FYI - the fabric is on the heavy side and a bit wrinkled. Not a gauzy feel that I expected.

Loved this flowy pleated flattering dress. Super comfy material and cut with sexy neckline. (I wore a strapless bra because it slipped off shoulders which I liked) I felt like a fire nymph. Perfect RTR dress - tried something completely new and loved it. 

I'm in LOVE with this dreamy dress! I rented it for a day of wine tasting with my boyfriend and I received compliments all day long because the bright orange hue just makes people happy. The fabric is lightweight and breathable and the neckline is super flattering, although the sleeves tend to slip down sometimes (I just went with it and kept it off the shoulder for part of the day). The elastic waist is comfy and the midi length was perfect on my 5'9" frame. This dress is great for gals with curves (I have wide hips and wear a D cup) and is effortlessly chic. I would definitely rent it again and again!

I had to use fashion tape to keep the sleeves on my shoulders. I couldn't tell if it was meant to be off the shoulder, but that made me look frumpy. Love the quality of the fabric. Definitely had a "Swiss maid" feel, but I was into it. 

I love this dress.  There are no cons.  It is comfy, flattering, and just gorgeous.  I couldn't wait to wear it win it came out of the bag and it will be worn a couple more times before I part with it.  It is just so gorgeous.
