It took me a little while to figure out how to wear this.

This dress looks so good on me. Believe the reviews... it is a little bit difficult to put on. But once you figure it out it is the perfect cute going out dress. Tip it crosses in the front and goes over your head. The skirt zipper should be to your back and the top zipper should also be to your back. 

Ordered both the 6 and 8, ended up wearing the 8 for the tiniest bit of extra length and movement. I adored the look and feel of this garment, and the cutouts felt so fun while the velvet and blazer look brought the elevation I wanted. The way it came from RTR helped indicate how to put it on, and I went no bra without fear of anything slipping out or showing. Would absolutely rent again. 

Once I figured out how to get it on it was perfect. I'm 5'4, with a 32F bra size and it worked. 

Lived this dress. Little cod using to get on but you can do it! Warm and just sexy enough. 

It was a bit of a pain to get it on. Almost thought it didn't fit. But once I was able to figure it out it looked amazing. Will be renting this dress again. 

I’m an intelligent woman. It took me a solid 30 min to figure out how to put this thing on. I wish I was exaggerating. This outfit would benefit from an instruction sheet. But it fit great, could wear a bra although don’t need to. Perfect holiday dress!

I had no issues putting this on and at first was concerned by other reviews but it's honestly easy. Not itchy and the perfect color velvet for a holiday party!

It's rather heavy and gets hot quickly so great for cooler weather. 
I sized up to the 8 to get a little more space in the shoulders, but then the sleeves were long and the waist was a little loose. As others mentioned, I would recommend someone to help you zip up.

Felt very luxurious! Ran smaller on me than I was expecting, probably could have sized up further. Tricky to put on and get all zipped up. But very fun and glam for a Christmas party.. lots of compliments with this one.

Beautiful fit and luxuriously soft. My daughter wore to a bachelorette party. 

A head turner and easy to wear. Very comfortable and flattering. No stretch.

Wore to a wedding- lots of compliments. Pay attention to how it’s hanging on the rack so you know how to put it on… otherwise it’s confusing. 

Runs small- I was a little under my usual weight and the size 6 was still snug. 

You’ll need pasties to wear with.

As other reviewers mentioned this dress is slightly tricky to put on, with assistance it was quick. I loved the fit but recommend sizing up. It runs a little small. 100% would rent again.

I wore this out during my 40th birthday weekend out in Vegas. It was perfect for highlighting the right curves in a little bit more of a bold way than I'm used to, but still feeling classy. It was short but I expected it and embraced it. The fabric was nice and stretchy so it gave me some grace. If you're looking to embrace something a little sexier than you'd wear on your typical Saturday night date night, this is it!

This dress is stunning. The velvet material and color made it perfect for the holidays. It is difficult to hide a bra due to the cut outs on the side. 

I really liked this dress because it wasn’t too low-cut or too short. I was able to wear a bra and overall it was comfortable! I wore the size 0, because it was a little more formfitting than the size 2. I got a lot of compliments, perfect for a fall or winter event!


If you have the confidence to pull this off it’s a head turner! Wore it for multiple presentations and got a lot of attention. Wish I could keep it forever!

Also, the split in the back makes it super easy to attach a mic 🎤 battery pack if that’s something to consider.

This dress is GORGEOUS!  
Yes, it requires two people to get it on but it’s absolutely worth it. I wore this twice my birthday weekend and felt so beautiful. 

I have an hourglass shape and it hugged all the curves. I wore it on a cold evening and it kept me very warm. Sleeves are long but it was fine. Rent it!!

Things to know about this dress:
1. It’s impossible to put on and zip if you don’t have help.
2. The sleeves are very long and it’s difficult to adjust them.
3. It’s very warm, if that’s what you’re looking for. 
If you’re between sizes, I’d go up.  I’m usually a 0, but I wore a 2. I fit into the 0 but it was too snug for my liking.
