Should have sized up but I still wore it. The buttons on my chest kept popping open. Will probably rent again in a larger size because the color is fantastic! Love the while vibe! 

Cute dress but had to pin the chest to keep it closed. 

Runs small across chest. Button would pop open if not pinned. Otherwise loved the dress. Comfortable and fun. 

I could not get it to look good with a belt at all. 

This dress is adorable. Easy for everyday or a casual outing with friends paired with the right shoes. Great for a semi casual night out with boots or heels. It’s very lightweight so keep that in mind. It’s not very warm.
Does this dress need a belt? Yes! Easy fix. Does this dress need pockets? Yes! Unfortunately it wasn’t designed with them.
One other thing to note is that the buttons gaped at the bust (see second photo posted). I’m a 34 C for reference. I used double sided fashion tape and it fixed the issue. I will likely rent this again when the right event presents itself.

I really liked this dress. I paired it with green knee high leather boots to add a touch of color. The dress was flattering and had a flirty swish to it. The only part I didn’t love was the lack of lining by the collar and neckline. If you don’t button it all the way and want to have the collar hang some, then it shows the unfinished faux part of the leather. I didn’t think it looked as nice. So I buttoned it all the way. Would have rather left a few buttons open 

Add a belt without one it will look like a leather sac. The right accessories can turn this from drag to fabulous 

I liked this dress and got lots of compliments. However, the buttons popped open a few times based on their small size. I had plenty of room in the dress. Also it wrinkled throughout the day. Still, I’m glad I rented it. 

I am rather large busted so I had to pin the top between a couple of buttons, but I wouldn't see that to be a problem unless you always have the same problem I do!

Cute but too baggy on me. Better for more of a figure. Material is also super crinkly 

This dress got me many compliments! 
It was very flattering and the fit is very feminine. The only drawback is that the buttons kept opening many times and I had to fix it. I loved it overall!  

Great take on a prairie style dress. Edgy and surprisingly comfortable. This dress doesn't come with a belt, but definitely looks better with a belt.  

Such a great dress! I rented this multiple times and wore it to a client dinner, of rehearsal dinner, a date and got tons of compliments. Has a cool vibe... beware Can get toasty 

Style
This dress is an homage to the 70's and is simultaneously sexy and demure - I loved it. Being a shirt dress style means the wearer can dress up with accessories and reveal more by leaving buttons open if they choose.

Wear
The material is more fluid and comfortable than I expected. Because it's pleather this is not ideal for hot weather. The buttons did tend to slip open but that's a problem with satin too so I just lived with it.

Definitely on my repeat rental list.

A truly unique texture and design. Not the most comfortable, but cute and fun!

Thankfully I only wore this for photos. The buttons popped open every time I moved because the leather didn't have enough friction.

As others have said, the buttons are challenging. Still loved the look and would rent again. 

Stunning, feminine trendy must have show stopper! Perfect color & perfect fit. And just like everyone else mentioned, the bottoms were shot but I still rented. I safety pinned each hole to tighten it slightly to prevent buttons from slipping out. It worked. The price we pay for perfection!

I wore this dress to dinner with my in-laws. It fit great, I added a belt, if anything it was a little big. The fabric was soft, and it really hung nicely. 

im trying to figure out if I can order a 4! I usually wear a 6, wondering if a 4 will fit since the 6 is unavailable..

Loved everything about this dress.  Fit, length, comfort...  Its lux without being over the top.  I hate to return it.  Worn it twice so far and I need another excuse to wear it one more time before I return!  Or do I buy it?  Eeek!

This dress is so 70s chic! I could think of many different ways to dress it up or down. It is a rich oxblood burgundy. It has ruffles on the cuffs and collar. As others have mentioned, some buttons struggle to stay closed. I used fashion tape at the bust. It was surprisingly warm even though it is lightweight. I am between a 0-2 and I went with the 0 and it was perfect, so I think size down. Shoulders are great for petite people- narrow and slim. If you have broad shoulders this might not fit.

Fit a little big, fabric is very comfy. Felt very fashion-forward but not too much for work. The buttons were a little tricky with staying closed. LOVED it and am considering a purchase.

The faux leather is soft, and it is a beautiful, flowy A-line dress. I wore it with a belt to accentuate the waist but it looks nice without it too. The only con would be the the buttons can unravel at unopportune times but other than that Nicholas created another hit.

The only thing that could have made this dress better would have been to make pockets. This dress is a dream! Lighter leather than I thought. It's a perfect fit and flare silhouette. Love the drama of the shoulders and the sleeves. A must rent for fall/winter!! 

This dress is everything!!!!!! One of the buttons kept coming undone but everything else about this dress is perfection!

Fun look but way too hot for Florida. The fabric was lightweight but not breathable, felt like I was roasting so I didn't end up wearing it anywhere. 

The color was nice for fall. Ran large, looked huge so I added a belt which saved the look.  

My husband didn't love this dress, said it was too much leather and too baggy. I wanted to love it.
