I wanted to understand this dress but didn't.  There was so much extra fabric...maybe I just got a size too big? The length was good and it was definitely slimming, but the neckline didn't work on me, and I didn't end up wearing it.

This dress was amazing! I am 38 weeks pregnant and it made me feel sexy! I was surprised that the dress did such a great job smoothing my problem areas because the knit seemed thin. I had so many compliments all night. 

This dress was perfect. Felt great, looked great, couldn't have been more pleased!

It was great for showing off my 20-week baby bump. Really stretchy so it didn't feel tight at all. Went with a size up and it was the right move!

The dress is gorgeous and very figure hugging. The material is a lot thinner/more lightweight and stretchy than I had imagined, but it fit in all the right places, and it was great. I probably should have worn a size down though as there was a bit of excess fabric that moved the silhouette around.

This dress is extremely flattering and comfortable! I love the unique design and how simple it is. This runs true to size and we recommend sizing up for your backup. This is great for any cup size and the fabric is stretchy. This should be worn with a strapless bra. Pair this with a gold cuff or bracelet! 

The dress is well made, makes you look thinner. I didn't have an issue with arm holes and neck hole. It fit great. In fact, I am currently more a 6 than 4 and I ordered the 42 based on other reviews and even that was loose. Definitely order at least a size down. Had I been in better shape, a tighter fit would have been better

Almost! I'm going to try renting this in a 40 to see if the arm/neck fabric situation is alleviated as others have explained. I am normally a size 6 (leaning toward 8 if we're going in any direction), and while I think the 42 looked great, there was a lot of extra fabric from the neck to hip region. The fabric is extremely comfortable and feels great moving around, but with the top situation, my left arm was a little trapped when I pulled the fabric out/down to visually look good. I definitely liked this enough to try to make it work again. If this fit a bit better, it would be the perfect dress. 

The directions someone recently posted on 'wearing' the dress definitely helped.  Once I got all the 'holes' in place and tugged it into place, the dress was amazing.  Felt good, looked good, and didn't worry about the dress moving throughout the night. The only size available was the 46. I'm between a 10 and 12 in US sizes. That being said, I was still able to make it work and didn't feel like it was too big. I did wear a strapless bra and Spanx, but I'm not sure the Spanx were entirely necessary.

Love this dress. It's sexy without being too revealing. Wore it to a work party and received many compliments. I even considered buying this one because I loved it so much. Will rent again.

Loved this dress!  I rented it for my anniversary dinner, with my 26 week baby bump, and it fit great!  I am usually a size 4/6 dress and sized up.  Thick material.  Highly recommend.

Comfortable, stretchy, fits well.  Size down if you want it super snug.

This dress is nice and stretch but the texture helps hide any bumps. I wore this while 8 months pregnant to a work event. It had enough sass to be interesting but not work inappropriate. I ended up sizing down because the top was a little big and the fit was off up there. 

Yes, that's how much I love it.  I rented it twice and I still love it.  Also, RTR seems to have fewer and fewer Narciso Rodriguez dresses on the Unlimited stock and I don't know if I'll see this dress again.  Very disappointing and I'm almost ready to cancel my subscription due to this.  I'm sure you've all noticed the complete lack of Herve Leger on Unlimited these days.

Love! Love! Love this dress once I figure how to wear it. Got so much compliments all night long. Even wore with with sneakers for a casual day out. Will definitely rent this one again. Dress is TTS. I could of probably went down a size. 

The knit fabric and unique design on top, allows this dress to be very beautiful while also comfortable.  Very classy dress!

I wore this to a  a 16 course dinner at a fancy pants restaurant. Ultimate classy and chic lbd. I had to get a 42, as it was the only size available, and I made it work, but it would have looked even better if I had sized down. This dress is stretch knit. So if you have curves.... get this dress immediately. It will show off your tiny waist like no other.

This is a beautiful dress, but be prepared to not eat anything or get your spanks ready.   This dress fits very snug and was a little tight by the arms.  The fabric is comfortable.

Loved this dress. Very flattering and comfortable. Probably a bit too long for shorter girls. Material is very stretchy so if you are unsure, go down a size. When it's too big the arm and neck holes have too much fabric

The fit was a little difficult as it twists on top but despite this I received tons of compliments and loved the way the dress looked. 

I rented it for work and ended up not wearing it.  It's really flattering for a night out but not practical for work.  The way one sleeve works, it restricts your movement and can't lift your arm up all the way so it's good for a fun night out but not practical to wear all day to work.  

Pros - slimmed my pregnancy muffin top/hips and fell at a complimentary length for my 5'6" curvy 36 week preggo frame.

Cons - Felt like there was too much loose fabric near the top neckline part of the dress. The front/back and sides were fine but the area that hits right at the neck was too much fabric.

Oh so sad.....The 40 wasn't available, got the 42 and it just didn't work. Would have been perfect for my event had it fit. Go small on this or forget it. The dress is a ribbed tube with 3 holes. It looks so strange before you put in on, and then when you do, if it is too big, it will just not work. Big breasted ladies will have an easier time with this one. I hope to get to  rent the correct size at some point. It is so edgy and classy and fun. Weird to put on, but such a neat concept!

I think this dress has unfairly gotten a bad rap. First- I am 5'8" and I weigh between 135-140. I usually wear a 6 or an 8 in dresses. I have muscular thighs and I wear at 32F. I routinely wear a 4 or the euro equivalent in Narciso Rodriguez. Always go down at least one size and for this dress. Otherwise the armholes would look very odd. Another thing, the tag goes in the back, the center hole is for your head (even though it's tiny) and the two holes on either side are for your arms. Don't worry about how they look, just do this and THEN once your head and arms are through, pull the LEFT shoulder seam to the midpoint of your upper left arm. Then, pull the bottom hem down just past your knees. The dress will look AMAZING- it's just a tube- but if it's fitted enough it will stay in place and look very sheik. But if you don't get the first part right and the size is too big, forget it, it will be a mess. 


This was too big in the middle. I might re-rent and try to get the sizing right. When it arrives it just looks like a black tube sock, the beauty is in the draping, so the fit has to be right.

I could not make this dress work, despite really wanting to wear it! The material is great and stretchy but thick, which is great for hugging your curves but still covering up flaws. Unfortunately, the sleeves on this dress are ridiculously disproportional. The cap sleeve was really tight. I tried moving it down my shoulder to see if I was placing it wrong, but then there was a gap under the arm. The other narrow sleeve or sleeveless strap was so loose no matter how much I tucked and tugged and pulled on it. The top part of the strap easily came up to my ear! I spent a long time adjusting this thing but I just could not get it to work. Other reviews said that it runs really small, so I may have had the wrong size. However, if the cap sleeve is any smaller in the smaller sizes, then I won't even be able to get my arm through. It's really too bad because the dress could be really very flattering if it was made correctly.

The size equivalency might be a problem here (size 10 and they sent me a 46). This was way too big - too much fabric everywhere. Since the dress is a knit and meant to be form fitting this was not great. I did some creative folding and was able to wear it - but wish I would have had a size (possibly 2 sizes) smaller. 

This dress was too fitted for me. I did not wear. 

So beautiful on the model, but not on me. Wasn't sure if I had my arms in the right hole, but overall think I just ordered a size too large. I thought since it had lots of stretch it wouldn't matter, but it does. The neck/arm area was too big and floated above my shoulders. I think this runs large, so sizing down may help since material is so stretchy.

The arm hole for the capped sleeve was tiny! Not even a small child could fit her arm through it, must have been a misprint. Too bad, as this size would have fit me better than the size I had to end up wearing. 

I was disappointed because I was looking forward to waering this dress. The arm holes were strange. Just overall a very weird fit.
