I typically wear a 2, and ordered the 40 & 42. The 40 fit comfortably, not snug. It might have been interesting to try the 38. I am full figured even for a 2, 32D bust, athletic booty & thighs. You might not be able to see but I added the earrings and bracelet suggested, and they completed the look. I hope to have an event to wear this again! 
Pick up and return to the Chicago store was not only a breeze, but the people were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Okay, first of all PSA: this dress is glittery. I was surprised as the RTR pictures don't depict the shine of the glitter threads throughout the pattern! I am not much for glittery dresses and would have liked to know that upfront before reserving it for my work event, however, I ended up LOVING it anyway! 2nd thing to know: the fit ran small and I was so so so relieved to have the free backup size, phfew! Seriously, my bum was hanging out of the 38, so the difference in the length 38 and 40 sizes is huge. The difference in tightness of the fit overall was minimal — it was all in the length. The size 40 fit well and I paired it with sheer black tights, black boots and a black blazer which was perfect for the trade show in Milan. I was comfortable all day and got lots of compliments on it! 

I wore this for a wedding reception in a brewery, so I needed something fun and not too formal. I've a ~29" inseam and this dress hit above the knees. In comparison to other Missoni dresses that I've worn (and another customer's comments), I did not find that there was stretch in dress, or maybe it was too stretched out. So, it was slightly big on me and not as fitted as my ideal would have been. I tried on the 40 that I ordered as well and did not notice a significant difference between the two sizes.

I received this dress as a backup after one of my original sizes wasn't available. After going with a different dress for the main event, I opted to wear this out the evening before because of its beauty and comfort. I opted to dress it down with a cardigan and tights, but it could definitely be dressed up as well. The fabric and fit are so interesting, and the pattern is unlike anything else. It's more sparkly than what can be seen on a computer screen, which was fine by me! My boyfriend kept referring to the "depth" of this dress; the longer I wore it, the more he loved it!

I ordered a size 42 and 44, but the 42 had the hem completely falling out. I had to wear the larger 44, though I would have preferred the 42. Both were large on me and I normally wear a size 4. The 44 also had some of the hem starting to fall out of the back, so I had to safety pin. The dress is also much more shimmery in person than the photos suggest.

I wore this dress to a retail industry panel in NYC.  The event had no dress code, but no tees and jeans obviously. The fabric is slightly shimmery and has some stretch to it, which makes the dress very easy to wear since there is no zipper.  I'm 5'4 and the dress hits me approximate 2-3 inches above the knees.  I felt comfortable and confident in the dress and did not feel too overdresses for the occasion. 

This dress fit great and was such a fun little number to wear on a date night. Just bear in mind it is short!

This dress is beautifully made and do versatile. While it does run true to size I personally found it to be slightly on the larger side. I'm petite and have a relatively straight/narrow body type. This shift style dress was flattering and hit me in all the right places. I wish it had been a little more form fitting for the occasion, but it was very comfortable and tastefully fun. The tag also kept coming out, but otherwise zero complaints. Loved wearing this dress and wish I owned it. 

I wore this dress to a weeknight charity event.  It was the perfect mix of post-workday simplicity and evening event fun.  The material is soft but not very forgiving.  It fit true to size and was comfortable.   There is a glittery thread in the fabric that makes an already beautiful pattern a little more special.

Dress is okay, but I didn't find it flattering. Sending back.

The fit was perfect. It has a unique print. It isn't a Wow dress, but a pretty dress to wear to a dinner or meeting. 

The dress has metallic threads throughout -- hard to tell in the picture.  I thought the 42 was a little short for me, but the 44 was too big.   Unique dress, but I don't think the shape was for me.

Hi there! I&#39;m 5&#39;7 as well and am wondering about the length of this dress. I&#39;m thinking of wearing it to a wedding but thought it might be a tad short. 

The dress was an easy fit with a little stretch in the fabric. I like the color and pattern. There was definitely some wear and tear in the dress--the lining in the front was longer than the dress was.

Very comfortable. Not super flattering on my shape body but I still really liked it! 

The dress was short and snug. It fit, but almost more like a tank top than a dress. I could not wear it to my event.
