So easy with sneakers. A little short, but nothing crazy. 

Fabulous fit, super comfortable and it was the dress that people stopped me to compliment me on!

I have been wanting to rent this Molly dress since it came out, I was so excited when it was finally available!  It is cute and flirty, just long enough for work, but perfect to transition to happy hour :) Fit true to size, sleeves are elastic band, not too loose or tight. Belted waist, cotton with minimal stretch, buttons from top to skirt bottom.  

I wore this to a dinner party and it was perfect. You can use the belt for a more cinched waist. I chose to hide it by the side and tied it. The texture of the dress is also great, not hot at all for summer. Perfect for brunch and dinner parties!

A little short but I'm 5'10" so that's typical. So flattering and feminine 

This dress was precious. It was easy to wear, adjustable with the tie at the waist, and so so cute. Only complaint was that it was a tad short.

Fits absolutely perfectly - the length, sleeves, just everything.  Since it's winter I don't need to keep it longer but I already have it on my list for an upcoming trip I have in warmer weather. I love everything about this!

Wore this to a work conference and had compliments galore! It is a little short for us taller girlies and it definitely was flying up outside in the wind. Loved this dress and will rent again.

I wore this to an outdoor wedding that had a business casual dress code. Was so comfy and flattering. Everyone asked where it's from! 

Super cute and comfy. Wore to a homecoming game and night out after. Very versatile!

Wore to work & loved the print and felt it was the perfect length 

Only downside is that it does get a bit wrinkled with wear...felt so fun and flouncy but NICE. Would wear work to evening and many occasions. Not as short as so many styles right now (but I always wear bike shorts with the wind here). SO comfortable. The belt is tacked on one side to prevent loss, I guess, but unfortunately, it's not tacked to be as even as it could be. Maybe I will figure out a different way to tie it next time...but I REALLY enjoyed this one! Most likely to keep for an extra month :)

Flouncy and adorable! Love this dress. I sized up to a 10 but couldn’t button the top button, just left it open with a tank underneath. Great piece!

Was complimented all day long!!! Wore white biker shorts underneath in case a gust of wind got me, but thankfully it was a beautiful, sunny, non-breezy day! I know other reviews say it’s short, and I would agree that it’s probably the shortest dress I’ve ever worn. If you’re above 5’7” I’d steer clear of this one. Personally, I’d rent again. 

I found this dress fit really well. It felt borderline too short for work because of the way the ruffles fell but I made it work! 

Honestly best rental ever! Considering buying. Must rent!

Liked this way more than I anticipated! Fit was accurate. 

This dress was just darling. It is a heavier, cotton material that did need to be ironed before I could wear it. But once all the wrinkles were out, the dress lay wonderfully on me. I debated not wearing the belt, but needed some waist definition for my frame. The dress is a bit short… Which is why I decided to pair it with sneakers and make it a little bit more fun. It for sure could be worn with sandals or heels.

So many compliments. Has pockets. No real waist so it can work for straight or curvy gals. It did have to add a safety pin between two of the buttons bc it gapped open at my bust line. 

I wore this out in Nashville and was so cute! I got so many compliments on it! I would have bought it had it not been so expensive. Would absolutely rent again and probably will

Adorable dress! Received many compliments. The flare of the skirt and pockets were everything. Felt it would have been a tad too short for work if worn with heels, so I wore flats with it.

Great dress, has pockets, but it's short and swingy. If I were any taller, I really couldn't have worn to work.

Fit was good, a little short (but I am also short! ) had to iron the dress/belt beforehand but it was cute

I am 5’2 for reference so i sometimes worry about mini dresses on RTR being too long on me, but this was perfect, even for work! Got so many compliments. So comfortable and fit perfectly. The POCKETS! Would rent over & over again. 

What a great dress! Some ppl might feel it’s short but I think the length is flattering!

The top part of the dress is very structured. I’m between a 4/6 and was fine with the size 4.

The material is soft and roomy in the bust for the bigger boobies, has pockets and would be good for a date night, not suitable for work tho 

If it really well, it felt very comfortable. It just didn't look good on me plus, it wasn't quite formal enough for the event I was attending

It was a little short but really cute so I made it work (5”6). Beautiful pattern! 

Very comfy and cute dress. A little baggy with the belt not super tight but comfortable and light weight. It’s short in the back, as others have said so I wore little shorts underneath. 

I can’t tell you how much I really really wanted this cute dress to work, it needs at least 4 inches extra to be remotely comfortable to wear. I tried it with shorts underneath and even then- it’s too short. Tall girls, this brand isn’t for you. The “waist” of this dress is seriously a solid  4” too high. 
Otherwise, fit is good- true to size, even a little generous.

Loved this dress and got a lot of compliments but probably a tad too short for work. Probably should have sized up for work but it fit well everywhere else but length. 

This dress is so pretty uncomfortable but with one light gust of wind it’s definitely blowing up. So wear it on a calm day. It’s true to size I’m 5’4”.
